Zocdoc

Zoc doc is a great site for finding a doctor. Hands down, quick, easy, convienent and great. I just don't get why I get hit up by recruiters all day to work in inside sales their via LinkedIn. I get it, I'm a well established sales person and I had friends that work there. Honestly all the reach outs for jobs to me makes me want to stop using the services. Trust me I love the convienence but at some point getting reached out to so much questions the stability

Zocdoc is an absolute joke of a service and company. Not only was it difficult to find a doctor in my network, even though I live in a massive city and have a huge HC provider, but it bamboozled me into thinking I was meeting with a doctor.

Instead, and unbeknownst to me, it filtered me through to Privia Health to speak with a nurse. It was a complete waste of time and nothing was accomplished. All the nurse could do was further recommend a doctor/clinic in my area. $400 bill to just have a nurse tell me to google local clinics. That's what i was trying to do in the first place! Just unbelievable.

Northwest Medical Center Doc! Brandy Freduei! I had to call to get my results twice. It seems as if I was the only one concerned about my health. And Wellness. And the only reason the bedside manner was OK, was because I was a new patient. The day in the doctors office, I waited to speak with the doctor for 40 mins the second time I went. She never got bk with me, said give me a few, or I will call you, or anything. As a concerned professional, The follow up was very unprofessional as well as everything else. Its upsetting when you have to call the doctor not once but twice concerning your health especially when they say we will call you! Call if you have any concerns or questions BTW she didn't call back, and we will upload it to the portal and never do! I would not recommend, but unfortunately she may react better to certain people.

I was able to find a primary care provider and compare her available appointments to my schedule. I was amazed at how easy it was to use this sight. I was able to meet my new doc (whom I already love!) and scheduled my appt for the very next morning. Where was this sight before?! I absolutely give you 5 stars! Thank you for making my life much easier.

Pros & cons. Overall I would give it only a D at this point. I scheduled an appt. Which was accepted only to be called back and told that the first appt. Available was more than a month away. Why allow scheduling capability if the appt. Will not be honored. I also found that the only docs listed are either in Sarasota or Fort Myers. Hardly ever in Port Charlotte were I live. I look up in the phone book or google and find docs available.

STAY AWAY! Their sales people make promises they don't deliver. We paid them $3,000 for the year and in three months have no results - only excuses. Their search engines don't work properly and they keep telling us they've improved them. Save your money and STAY AWAY from ZocDoc.

ZocDoc has helped me find some really wonderful doctors. I like that I'm able to read the Dr."s bios, and also that SocDoc finds the nearby doctors that take my medical insurance, which in my case is Medicare. I was able to find a specialist to help me with my Hep C, and get me on a program that just might cure it! It's looking good. And the Doctor is just as happy about it as I am. The site is extremely easy to use. Thank you ZocDoc. I'ss use you whenever I need a doctor, and also I recommend you to everyone!

Zocdoc is greedy and killing zocdoc 's good service by charging doctor high booking fee and they don't let people or patients to know this charging and circustance of their booking, hurrying the people making booking there and generating high booking fee from doctors, it is becoming worse and worse, patient no show, no information, false booking,last minutes booking no show still make doctor pay the booking fee. The point they don't let people know when they are booking, it is a monster system to generate the money through booking, please people waking up, not let it making money through your irresponsible behavior

I like zocdoc because it allows you to keep track of all your doctors in one place. But I am so disappointed that the insurances are not correct. For example I have deltaCare USA dental the HMO plan. When I search providers with that specific insurance a bunch of dentist show up but when I actually call the offices they don't take my insurance if they don't take it why does it show up. I called over 10 doctors and they all do not take that insurance which makes it frustrating because I just wasted my time.
