I was looking for a dentist that took medicaid for I had a tooth that was very loose and infected as an emergency situation after being told that through the Salude clinic with dental I would have to wait till February. I could not wait any longer and I was able to get into a dentist the next day to my amazement I was treated like family by all that worked on me. My family now has a very good family dentist.
Absolutely love ZocDoc. Just seat at home and make your appts on the computer. You can see the hours, make your appointment and get a response. You don't have to speak to a person and keep asking what times available or what days. Do it on line and everything is right at your fingertips.
Showed up to a doctors office 45 minutes away from my house and Zocdoc hadn't scheduled an appt, called him, emailed him, nothing. I now don't have the money to be seen as the gas up there was what I had to get me there this week. Zocdoc not only wasted my time but my money.
My friend told me to use zocdoc after getting my health insurance so i gave it a try. I trusted zocdoc to give me the right doctors that accepted anthem blue shield ppo. I was confused why i got expensive bills. I called my health insurance and told me that those doctors were not in-network. How are you going to help me Zocdoc?

I am a patient of Water's Edge Dermatology in Malabar Fl for the past three years. I had a pre cancer spot frozen off. Dr Welton was my doctor. He is extremely professional and thorough. His "bed side " manner was excellent. He explained everything to me and what to do for aftercare. The staff at this office are wonderful. They are so helpful and willing to answer any questions if the doctor or nurse practioner arent available. I would not hesitate to recommend any one there.
Found her on zoc doc insurance is main word test that are not asked for or needed unethical not a doctor a hussler
My husband is sik all week heart pain she lies about sending in prescriptions just horrible careless humen being don't use her worthless doctor skills

Dr Hendriks works hard to do a good and proper job.
The promise was that I would be able to eat "anything when I am done with the program. I realize I am not yet altogether implant wise. But just having learned of denture chewing efficiency being only at %20. I work hard at it and that's not very good at eating "anything".
I say, I am bummed at that eating ability level. Trying to chew is very slow and tiring.
Somehow I don't think I am the only one with this experience. The Dr. s office staff has told me that I am.
Did not have good experience with him... 6" incision and 70% chance of recovery... horrible bed side manner plus Dr. Robin Wind does not know him. When to Dr. Scott Cordes much better. Dr. Bensen was his reside for 4 years... Dr. Afshari made bad recommendations.

I booked an appointment with a dermatologist on Zocdoc and they gave me the address and the time. Everything was ok until, Guess what, it wasn't in that address because that specific day the doctor was in the office at 2:00 pm and my appointment was at 10:00 am. I called them and they reschedule it for later. When I went to the office again the doctor was not a dermatologist, he was the general doctor and the did not even accept my insurance. I was so pissed off because they made me loose a whole day just because of their incompetence. They should know better this stuff people cannot waste their time like that just because they did not know. Be careful when your are making an appointment always make sure they take your insurance and when they call you to confirm ask them the address and time just to make sure.

I made an appointment AND GOT CONFIRMATION for my my wife to take my son, who had just broken his leg, to a specialist. It turned out the address on zoc doc was not even correct for the doctor. My wife had to carry my son around lower manhattan to get to this first address as it was not cab accessible.
My wife then looked up the correct address for the doctor which was all the way uptown. When she got there she discovered the doctor did not even see patients that day (Monday) and she couldnt see anyone until Thursday.
All while my son had a broken leg and was hobbling around in pain. We ended up having to find a doctor that same day w/o zocdoc.
Avoid this service.

In a city where it is difficult to get an appointment, Zocdoc doc is excellent as it saves us a lot of time and hassle. I have had nothing but positive experiences, and I have discovered excellent MDs who I will continue to see. Emailing an apt reminder is helpful, and a rating afterwords keeps the MD and MD office accountable. I don't easily give 5 stars but Zocdoc deserves it.
I went to one of the docs who received high reviews on this site. HE WAS HORRIBLE, but the reviews said the opposite. I went back to put in my own review only to discover that they don't let you make reviews! What a croc.
I enjoy the convenience of using ZocDoc to set appointments. It can be difficult to reach the doctor's office by phone but with ZocDoc, I can make the appointment, have it confirmed and then get a reminder.
I love Zoc Doc, it makes my life so much easier being able to schedule appointments online and submit medical information to the doctors office instead of sitting and doing it in the office. Plus they have the best customer service ever. One of my appointments I made, the doctor's office had changed the time. Zoc Doc noticed this and sent me an amazon gift card even though it wasn't even their fault. They're awesome. Enough said.
Zoc Doc is a wonderful app. It saves me time and also allows me to select a doctor based on my preferences. The client reviews are spot on and I really like the rating system. It is easy to use and extremely efficient for those on the go.
