I appreciated the ease with which we could quickly review and categorize resumes. I could pull them up on my phone on the go and make quick changes to which ones i was most interested in. I could also review new one qickly and sort them for later review. Their online support was great as well. There at 3 in the morning when you have a late night question! I appreciated that I didn't have to wait until between 8 and 5 to get help
Brittany was very helpful yesterday. I was not sure how to update or create a job listing. Brittany made the task very easy with outlined steps that I can now do on my own! She was very polite and helpful, listening to my concerns and resolving my problems.

We are new to Ziprecruiter so I called in to get my password reset and get started on the site. I was lucky enough to get on the phone with a pleasant women named Tanya. She stood on the phone with me the entire time while we waited for the password reset link, to assure I got it. We also were able to chat about where we live and the weather! She not only helped me with what I called in for but she also gave me a quick tour of the site and even gave me a good suggestion on linking our Facebook to be able to share the jobs on our pages. Wish all customer service reps were as helpful and kind as she was. Thank you Tanya :)

I had an issue with my account today, I had to call ZipRecruiter in order to fix the problem. Tanya had taken the time to take care of this for me, and on top of that informed me of all the great features that ZipRecruiter has to offer. I greatly appreciate Tanya's help and suggestions on helping us find the best candidates. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me.
Anytime I use ZipRecruiter I have a positive experience. The online chat service is excellent. Randy was extremely helpful and gave me all necessary information to help me adjust my account subscription. My company continues to use ZipRecruiter and will do so in the future because of the excellent customer service.

More like 3.5 stars for now. Recent technical issue was solved to spec by Katie Barlow. Thank you. Had trouble posting an ad and it got fix once I dejunkified my Google history. Wish I would have know I could have utilized the initial 3 job posting spaces provided to target different cities when we only had our 1 position available listed in 1 city. I almost canceled because it didn't seem worth the monthly cost for that. Then we upgraded for an additional short time because we had more positions to add. Still pretty high otherwise on top of the boost post thing. If you're a smaller business, the cost over the monthly longterm is high. Overall, the site is mostly user friendly. The summary/rate thing that pops up at first is annoying. How can I effectively rate the candidate if I have not fully looked at their full profile?
My 4 Day Free Trial was cancelled prematurely and I had no idea why. After speaking with Katie, she was able to get to the bottom of why it was cancelled and by who. She also had me back up and running and walked me through re-posting the job within minutes. She did it all with empathy and efficiency... Thank you Katie!
