I had a problem with my account today and Stacia M was so helpful and understanding. She is terrific! I cannot give her enough compliments. Wonderful customer service. She understood my problem and corrected the issue right away! Ziprecruiter is good as well. Easy to use and understand. Plethora of options to find the right candidates.
It was about 9pm, s time when so many companies seem to have their B team doing customer service. Not ZIp. I was having trouble with the screening questions. I hit the chat button and immediately Melody responded, explained my browser was locked up, and I needed to clear the cache. She also answered all my questions, and volunteered several suggestions to improve the overall ad. While chatting we got disconnected twice, but she was right back in touch with me inless than a minute each time. She was really a great deal of help. Many other companies can learn from this example of customer service.
Our company recently upgraded to a different "quasi-premier plan" and both David (Acct Rep), as well as Erika (Custy. Support) have been super helpful and walked me through how to maximize our upgraded choices. Their timeliness and follow-up are outstanding. I could not ask for better service; they were top notch!
I tried ZipRecruiter for the first time, utilizing the complimentary 5 day option. I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity and the quality of candidates. We have 10 candidates that we will explore next steps with.
We are a small startup company and I don't anticipate any additional hiring needs, so I chose not to pay the monthly subscription. I closed my job posting, but overlooked canceling the membership. I just realized it and phoned customer support to explain the situation. Brittany G was attentive and helpful. After verifying account information, she was able to cancel the membership and activate the process of a refund.

I would recommend utilizing other options like Nethire and Indeed. They took our company for $120 and will never see a dollar from us or our peers. We employee 100 people through Ontario and will also be addressing the charges with the BBB and Visa. How can you charge for an account on hold!
I called the support line with a billing concern that was handled very professionally by Tanya. She was friendly, personable, and understanding. Tanya treated me as a valued customer and took care of the issue right away. It was a pleasure to deal with Tanya and I very much appreciate the excellent support that she provided me with regarding our account.
Making changes in our company contact and setting up our account was a challenge. Once I reached Tanya by phone, she was very helpful to make the needed changes, update our account and was able to walk me through some basic functions to make the account meet the needs of our business.

I did a chat to cancel our free trial and Melody canceled the charge, extended the free trial so I could make changes after watching their Youtube video and a few suggestions she gave me. I am new at placing ads for a small company and this help was unexpected.
Leticia offered specific advice on key words I can use to attract more attention on my job postings, and she also showed me how to use a feature of my subscription that will further help draw more resumes. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I had signed up for a free 3-day trial and had played around with the package options and in doing so had "lost" my 3-day free trial and was charged. I reached out to Rebecca through Live Chat and she was so friendly and offered to reverse the charges as she saw why the charges were processed.

It's Sat morning and I decided to check on my recruiting and noticed a much larger charge then I expected.
