I called Ziprecruiters Customer service line to ask about the best way to change an ad's Job location without loosing the traffic boost feature and to get canidates from a different area and i got a representative named dejuan, He went ABOVE and beyond and asked me if I had been taking advantage of the resume database feature. I told him "No, I have not because I did not get around to that yet", he asked "If i had time to go through it, its on of the best features" I replied "absolutley", he walked me through how it worked and definetly opened up some great doors to my recruiting strategy and I am very happy that he went so above and beyond.
