I have been out of game for a while now. I was able to give all the information i knew about myself and the tech who did my resume did a great job of putting it together. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a hard time expressing their job qualifications.
I had a resume done and that was okay but I then bought the linked in product where it became apparent that it was just some template approach where the seem to use catch all frazes and following some kind of basic layout. The continue to put jobs in the wrong order describe duties incorrectly and list positions out of order and even sometimes blend the descriptions together. They closed my order without telling me. Then the reopened when I complained and now I'm thinking, now that they emailed me this survey, that they closed it again. The writer told me he was still working on it and I had just replied with feedback. I want a refund! Waste of money...
I attempted to sign up. Entered card info. Got a no go ( yes card is good). Entered different card, also got a no go ( also good acc't) Never got any confirm of purchase, but charged 3 X on two diff act's. Contacted by fraud units from 2 banks. Contacted Zipjob. Promised response next day. Heard nothing. Do not recommend.
It was good. I am happy with my new resume. It looks professional. Also the writer was cooperative which helps a lot and she let me know whenever she finished the resume and asked if I wanted to add more stuff or is it okay.
Lori, my writer, was extremely helpful and even though I have a background in writing, she was able to tailor my resume to target the exact types of positions I wanted to pursue, after having been out of the "job-hunting" game for nearly a decade.
I purchased and first writer was so unexperienced. I raised a request got another writer it was same. No interview nothing. Its been 90 days and sometimes they don't even respond. Asked for refund but no reply. Its scam guys don't pay!

I purchased a package for over $300 online and uploaded my resume. There was zero contact after that. No resume, no return call, no return email after my continuous outreach. I "chatted" with Vincent online before my purchase and he assured me a writer would be in contact right away. This is absolutely outrageous. This company stole my money.

ZipJob did a great job of cleaning up and focusing my resume. They helped me get organized and trim off the excess material I didn't need, and really gave me a nice resume. Most importantly, it really worked. I got multiple interview requests the first day I sent it out and one of them turned into a new job.
Overall I had a great experience! I have been a stay at home parent for 16 years, and working on reentering the job market. My biggest issue was getting my resume done correctly and to current standards. My writer did a fantastic job with very little to work with and I will be sending resumes out this weekend! Thanks to zipjob I can hopefully get some attention with my new resume!

This was an okay experience, it did have a quick turn around but my resume is cookie cutter. Although I expressed my intentions, we only made it halfway there. Also, there were quite a few typos in my material.
The writer I was given gave me a timeline and didn't meet it. The quality of writing was laughable. I sent the writer copies of the job postings I was interested in and none of that was reflected in my resume. All of my pertinent skills were relegated to a tiny paragraph. When I demanded a refund, it was denied... Twice. I was offered another writer but I have zero confidence this will turn out satisfactorily.

My experience with Zipjob was amazing. I had not updated my resume in over 7 years and was at a loss of where to start. Zipjob took my old, tired resume and made it simply wonderful.
