Forget ordering fancy envelopes because the free ones are junk, like V*******nt! The invitations come with top quality envelopes that will not embarrass your company! We ordered a large number for a company party and were very pleased with the quality and design of the invitations. They are just perfect! I made a mistake in customization and the staff contacted me to warn me that it would print less than perfect. They walked me through the process of fixing my mistake and then within one day the order was on it's way to being printed. Perfection!

Zazzle = Unreliable

Even though I paid via direct debit from my bank account with faster and extra care for delivery within 6-8 days Zazzle was not able to deliver 1 USB drive in 16 days. I had to cancel it and they said that they had reimbursed my money long ago which I still have not received! They only need the money but cannot deliver anything. I am terribly disappointed.

For some some lovely and fun crafty items useful for gifts (many handmade), you should check out this site. Further, their speed of delivery at last-minute holiday time was fantastic. This site was much better than expected, and I am happy to recommend it.

I've ordered with zazzle 3 times. Each time my order took 2 - 3.5 weeks to ship. I'm currently waiting for the second half of my order to ship from 3 weeks ago; mind you I ordered this with express shipping. Customer service takes several days to respond and is not helpful either. I think the most frustrating part of shopping with zazzle is they will send out your order in several shipments - if you're like me, you will need all the components of your order at one time. I ordered invitations. I will not be ordering from zazzle again.

I placed an order for business cards last month and have still not received them. I cannot find any email addresses to contact someone in the office and the phone numbers I have called are apparently disconnected? Is this company even real?

I ordered a t shirt guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It didn't come but I was given a choice to cancel or take off 20%. I wish I had cancelled. I just ordered another item yesterday & Zazzle processed my paypal payment immediately. Funny how they get paid right away and then your items are left in limbo. I've read these reviews & I'm concerned I won't get either orders. I'd rather get a refund for the t shirt & cancel my new order and get a refund. I wish I'd done my homework.

Zazzle attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Just like all the other people here, I too have been waiting and waiting and waiting for my order. I ordered on 4/22. They keep telling me the same thing. It's still being made and we can't give you any estimate of when we will send. I've ordered puzzles on Etsy that were high quality and were sent out within two weeks. If you don't have the capacity, don't take the orders and be honest about how long it will take. Don't bother, they'll never send you anything.

Bought two of these for graduation gifts and they loved them! Super easy to design, price was great and quality with cotton was outstanding. Love Zazzle. I dont know why anyone would want to shop anywhere else!

No masks

I ordered $119.60 worth of different themed masks. I got one and 10 disposable masks were to be with it but no not there. Web site has not contact ability and phone number is a recording. They took payment for non delivery. I finally emailed company but no confirmation of email as a responsible company would do. I've made a few purchases on Zazzle and having seen a few bad reviews recently I felt obliged to share my own, very positive, experience. Having seen and used other POD sites I know Zazzle to be a huge cut above the rest. An intuitive user interface, quick and efficient customer service and great timing on the delivery. I hear that they recently moved their manufacturing facilities from California to Nevada, perhaps this is the cause of some people's problems? I myself, am a very happy customer and continue to recommend Zazzle to all my family and friends.

Don't spend money here!

I ordered a custom shirt from Zazzle, the messed it up twice for a grand total of 30 bucks pretty much pissed down the drain. I went to another company and got it done correctly for $20. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Not perfect as we expected to get our save the date with foil details but after reading the website more careful it does indeed say that it's just for the website and not an actual representation of the product. However the cards arrived way in advance.

Overall good experience… just a slight issue

We have ordered numerous things from zazzle and everything has been wonderful! However with our past order 3 of our 30 items has an error on them. They all had random streaks of color( one red, one green and one white) so that was slightly disappointing.

Zazzle is wonderful. We live in a "customize it" world, and Zazzle is at the forefront of that! The website it beautiful, streamlined, and sophisticated looking (no flashing glitter!), with an endless array of products. Whether you are looking to buy a product designed by someone else (they call sellers), or are feeling creative enough to design your own product, Zazzle has all you need.

Unprofessional

Ordered my cards with the 4-7 day shipping and on my tracking said arrived, it had not. I called for my replacement which was said to be shipped out in 2-3 but somehow another mix up happened and now I'm waiting another 7 days. Both times waiting on the phone for a full half hour. Hopefully my cards are as beautiful as they look online

Wedding invitations

Ordering process is simple but if you have a problem your in for a ride... sent three different colors for wedding invites... rsvp, invitations and accommodations all different colors... took me days to get someone on the phone and then they won't reprint until the wrong order is sent back to them... really... then rude representatives... save yourself from a bad experience and go elsewhere

Deceitful

This company pretends to be locally based by using country specific domains. Don't trust their delivery times. I was promised 2-5 days for delivery of a birthday card and it's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Maybe it will arrive for their next birthday.
