The t-shirt i ordered came on time and it's great quality and a nice fit! We got the men's XL and it was perfect for my (very tall) boyfriend.
Everything worked out ok in the end, however, it took me hours to get the tile and info. I dislike the fact I was unable to speak to a live person which would have made the process happen in about 15 minutes instead of hours typing. The tile is beautiful though.liked the tile

I designed and ordered 100 business cards from Zazzle and they arrived quicker than I thought. The process of design is very easy and I'm very happy with the result. When I'm getting low on cards I'll re-order.
Easy to use, so many templates to choose from as well, and you can edit a lot of the format, will always recommend to others!

Very nice cards, but they should send a proof back to be double checked. The print is entirely too small to be read at the bottom of the card. And when I was ordering it the print did not look that small. Disappointed that someone did not reach out to at least bring this to my attention.

I love the invitations with the Baseball Teddy Bear. It is the perfect theme for my daughter who is expecting in July. I am so glad they printed all my details exactly and the big Teddy Bear on the back of the card is great for framing!
Created senior 2026 basketball banners using a template provided, easy to navigate & customize to my liking. Lots of design tools to get exactly what I wanted. Was worried about final product but when they arrived I'm extremely pleased with the product & quality. Highly recommend.

I ordered a custom image wrapping paper from Zazzle, I started with a preset pattern and changed it to my liking. The wrapping paper came a week earlier than expected and was such a hit! Good weight on the paper and clean printing. Better than I had hoped for.
I was pleased with the earring display cards I ordered, but the packaging was insufficient so some of the product was damaged during shipping. This has happened twice now. I relayed my complaint to customer service and am awaiting feedback for replacement product.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
