I've been ordering business cards from the same creator for over 10 years and it's always an easy process. I often get compliments on how beautiful and sleek they are. The product has never changed, paper is good quality and durable, and nothing is ever off-center. Orders are shipped promptly so I can continue doing what I do!

I've used Zazzle before to order business cards when I was in Japan. The timing it took to get there as well as the quality of the cards I received were really positive. I moved back to the states - hey I need new cards again! Although the color quality went down (in my opinion), Zazzle is still pretty convenient to use and I can feel rest assured that if I don't like my cards, I can return or exchange them!
I reordered 20 additional invitations and they were supposed to be scalloped edges but did not come that way.
I've ordered these same cards several times and each time the color is different. Being that Zazzle is a marketing company, I would wish to think they know how branding and colors work and how important it can be to a business. I also ordered the exact same cards and one of the 2 boxes has paper shreds on the sides that I have to pick off and the same box, the card isn't squared on the card. There's a white frame around the edge of it. This is not professional looking at all.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
