Awful service, rude worker, turned away when asked about order delay, Yelled don't talk to me, another customer even told him to calm down. No response from restaurant after contacting corporate office.

I went to zaxbys on commerce GA and ordered a house salad fried. They ended up giving me a grilled house salad and the salad had staples in it how gross!

I absolutely love eating at Zaxbys. I have gone to different locations and they are all very clean and the employees are friendly. The chicken fingers are juicy and not greasy, delicious coleslaw, and the bread is great!

Every time I go at night, they put no effort into my order. My food be half done and cold. I truly think that the don't care about there customers

My husband and I went to the drive through on the brown bridge location on September 25 at 930. After waiting in a long line when we got to the speaker we were told they were out of fries. We substituted the fries for coleslaw and then never received the coleslaw. Also we ordered a wings and things boneless and received regular wings not boneless. By the time we drove off and checked the food it was a 10pm and I guess that means they just stop answering the phone because I called several times and no one answered. I will call again in the morning because there is no way they are charging these prices for subpar service and poorly trained employees.

I ordered the Signature Chicken from Zaxbys on Stantonburg in Greenville NC. I paid 17.00 for 2 salt and chicken sandwiches with salt fries. Blah! Never again.

Have eaten Zaxby's salads for long time but after today I will not again.
Lettuce was going bad and the tomatoes were mush. Paying more and getting poor quality. Really disappointed in Zaxby's.

Order a 3 finger meal and apparently they got to excited and over cooked everything. Chicken was hard to eat, burnt fries and toast was hard as rock. Took them forever to get my food.

Zaxby's has always been my family 1at choice but lately it's been sad 2 say that I'm looking for a replacement of service. We have always use Zaxby's 4 catering & individual needs. For the last 2 months I have been noticing the change in prices and the quantity in the French fries when I know that we are still in a pandemic when the government has assisted business for payroll assistance & bailout money for business & Corporation under " The Care act". I order a 5 piece wing (traditional) with fries & I was totally disappointed again 4 $13.27 and I was very disappointed. I receive 12 fries with 5 wings... I took a picture again & my Facebook friends wasn't shock because it's the 3rd time 4 me along with 312 people who's been complaining about the same thing. U no it's sad when your employees complain!

I said I would never go back after my first horrible experience where they left out key ingredients in my salad and did not make up for the error, now I know why. They charge plenty for a mediocre Zalad and had the nerve to change the dressing from 1.25 oz to 1 oz and only give 2 which is not enough for some people. Now they want to charge a quarter or more for additional dressing. FOH! It's not like they make the dressing from scratch. I said give me my money back, and I was out.

They will NEVER even start the order when I order online until I get there. Sometimes even after I get there they still won't ever start it. Their food is ok at best as well. I have never had issues with other restaurants not starting orders. What's the problem?

Everytime I go to Zaxbys I get the wings and things meal. I love the wings but the chicken tenders are the best with Zax sauce, and tongue torch. I eat Zaxbys at least 3 times a week. Raspberry lemonade is the best drink they have as well.

This happened last night ……. My daughter went to Zaxby's. She ordered food for us all. They gave me a super large regular drink no diet. The equivalent of 7+ candy bars…., I lost my taste and smell in 2009 due to a skull fracture…. My sugar was 500+. Called the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. His name was Gregory. Not everyone chooses diet, people choose diet because they can't eat that much sugar especially In one sitting…… please be aware! Zaxby's will put you in the hospital!

If that's the guy handing your product you are set for failure be sides the 15 minutes wait time he walks away while taking your order and must have something wrong because he can't keep his hands out his paints. Your better off firing him and just paying him unemployment you would get better results

The employees can usually never get the order right, but I tend to get over it quickly.
The amazing food makes up for the poor performance of the employees. The zax sauce is what makes zaxby's my favorite restaurant. That sauce makes the already good food two times better, and I would recommend this food to anyone. I genuinely close my eyes from satisfaction when eating that delicious food covered with zax sauce. 9/10 restaurant. Love it, would eat again.
