I ordered a dress and hat from ZAPAKA and received it very quickly! I was hesitant at first, thinking it might be a scam, but I did get them. The only issue was the dress had many loose strings on the decals that I had to cut off.
I saw negative reviews about their website, so I didn't put in an order the first times I saw their ads in my Facebook feed. However, there was this 1950's vintage dress that kept popping up in my feed that I loved and I couldn't find it on any other vintage dress site, so I decided to give it a shot since I couldn't stop thinking about that dress. After putting in the order, I kept worrying that the material would be junky or it would fit poorly; I had really low expectations. But when the order got to me yesterday, I was seriously impressed! It fits me just like I hoped it would, the material is soft and beautiful, and it looks just like the picture on the site when I wear it. It fits true to size and I have absolutely no complaints. I was so pleasantly surprised. I'm not sure why people left so many negative comments. Perhaps they have improved their quality over time? I will say that the shipping time was longer than I normally wait for shipments, but I recognize that they are taking extra precautions with shipping right now, and it was definitely worth the wait for me. I will be shopping from them again in the future!

I ordered a 1920s style gatsby sequin dress. It is just like the pictures, good quality and very beautiful. I wish I had more events to wear this style to, I'd love to get all of them.

I had seen an ad on Facebook and was very leary to order but took my chances. I was not disappointed! My dresses and shoes are perfect! I couldn't be more satisfied! My order took about two weeks, which I thought would be longer than that due to the covid shortage. Definitely count me in for more orders.
I bought a dress and shoes for my prom and they were so cute on. The shoes are a little tall for me but I get so many compliments I wear them as much as I can. Will order again for sure!

I ordered my dress over 18 days ago and it is still in processing. My prom is tomorrow. I emailed and contacted their live customer service. The reply I got was "it takes 7114 days processing time because it is made to ship, and with standard shipping another 7-10 days." So there are two problems with that. I am well passed 7-14 day processing time, and 2. I selected expedited shipping, (3 day shipping). I later was informed it is peak season for their company. This leaves no excuse for them. They should put on the site for example, if you order between April-May you're shipping and processing may take: (this much longer) due to it being peak season, and orders being in such high demand. If I was made aware of this I guarantee I would not have ordered from here, or I would have ordered it earlier. So at this point in time, I will not be attending prom after I spent a few hundred bucks on makeup, hair pieces, nails, and the dress, a prom ticket, all because the dress will not be here for my prom.

I ordered a dress that looked nice on the website but when it finally arrived it was very poorly made with cheap looking fabric and was far smaller than their own sizing guide, I would suggest by at least two sizes
Because 'easy' returns are advertised I thought it was safe to order. The fact is that Zapaka are based in China and if you are able to eventually get them to accept your return you will need to send it via a tracked postage method in order to get your money back. The correspondence I have had since my purchase in February has been exhausting, both with Zapaka themselves and also with PayPal who I thought I would be able to rely on, not a chance
The bottom line is that really the goods are substandard, as you can see from the authentic reviews posted on here - rather than the glossy studio photos they would like us to believe are real...
Anyway, do not take the chance on wasting your money with this company, they are a massive con and enormously disappointing.
Honestly, I have been left with a £55 dress that is completely useless to me but would cost too much to send back to China tracked... it is not even good enough to gift to somebody or sell on

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST. They refuse to reimburse me.

Do NOT order from Zapaka! It took 4 emails with customer service (me asking for updates since it had been 3 weeks and I hadn't received any shipping notification) and over a month to get my purchase in hand. When the item arrived it was the wrong color and the dress is cheaply constructed.
Loved this dress for our grandson's wedding! Perfect color to go with my white hair! So many compliments!

I ordered two dresses, nothing too fancy. It took almost a month for them to ship. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if customer service had been honest about the timeline when I contacted them after more than a week. I was out of town for two weeks when they finally shipped and had to arrange for packages to be held at the post office. I really don't like being lied to. It gets worse. When they finally shipped to me, they sent the wrong size. I initiated the exchange or return process and Zapaka stated I was responsible for paying the shipping for the exchange, international shipping to China. It gets better. It's not a guaranteed exchange or return. They will inspect this dress I tried on once to determine if it is in good enough condition for an exchange/return. I responded that it was Zapaka's mistake and they needed to take responsibility for paying for the return shipping; if they had sent the correct size to start I wouldn't need to send it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY without considering that you may end up stuck with a product you didn't order without any means to fix the situation without spending more money. Their customer service is terrible.
It took over a month before they would send the dresses or give any information about it. I felt as though they had taken my money and nothing was coming. Every means of domination I tried only have me another automated message telling me to try another method. I was discouraged. I filed a claim through paypal and two days after they sent me my tracking number. I was doubtful that it was really the dresses, but they did come and they are beautiful. I don't like not knowing what is going on. I love the dresses, but am still concerned that they might not have sent them off I hadn't filed that claim. I don't know if I could recommend buying from zapaka or not. They still haven't communicated and I have continuously tried. I just want to know what happened. This company is in China (I thought it said it was in the US) so after it was shipped DHL it took awhile. I'm just glad it turned out, but will it next time? I don't know that there will be a next time.
I ordered two of the dresses and my friends ordered too as the girls needed to match, the colors differed just a bit in color in different sizes. I'm hoping its not too noticeable
