I recently bought a dress from Zapaka, and it looks nice on the website, but it didn't look good on me. So, I called the number on their website and no one picks up that line. I filled out the return request on their website and no response there either. I messaged them on email and WhatsApp and waited several days for a standard sorry message to tell me to go to website and fill out the return request. I responded back with all the info they asked for + told them I had already filled out the return web request. Then nothing after that, no response, no address to send back the merchandise, no reply on how much the refund will be and timeframe. They just want your $, and they don't care about customer service. If you buy something from them, don't expect to be able to change your mind or return.

I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).

I ordered dress for my bday party, they sent me a cancellation email saying my order is been cancelled and will refund my money. When I sent an email to find out why it was canceled no response and a week later they reply saying that that email was an error. Due to their error I had to buy another outfit. They mentioned to provide me a full refund as it was their error but today I got an email that becoz I cancelled my order before 120 hours I m only entitled to refund for shipping cost. This is terrible service. I hope I get my money back

Do not order from this company! I should have read more reviews before purchasing and now I'm stuck in this horrible situation. Unless you plan to deal with sketchy customer service and wait 1 month + for your order do not order from this site. They are from China and very misleading. I ordered a dress with expedited shipping (additional $30) on May 25th 2022 and Polly Song from customer service has just said the order won't be dispatched until June 10th and I need the dress for June 20th. This company is absolutely ridiculous and they are clearly full of lies in regards to their shipping. I did not order custom sizing I ordered a standard us 6 so I'm not sure why they don't advertise "made to order" for every single size including standard sizing because these standard dresses are not ready to ship. I already paid for expedited shipping so why is Polly Song telling me: "We will notify our relevant department staff to expedite your order. To determine if you can meet your requested date". The relevant department should have been notified when I PAID for the order initially, why do I have ask to expedite my order ESPECIALLY when I paid for this service already? Polly Song also said, "Your package will be dispatched around June 10, and it will take 4-7 working days to ship". Do they really expect a package from China to arrive before June 20th to Toronto, Canada if it was dispatched on June 10th? 7 business days from June 10th is June 21st. I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund none of this 20%, 50% nonsense. How are we as customers supposed to trust this horrible company especially when they take 24+ hours to respond to inquiries and lie about shipping dates. I have no faith in this company and you shouldn't either. Polly Song is definitely lying in our emails to save the face of the company. I cannot continue to believe that this order will arrive before my prom date of June 20th. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please don't waste your time and money with this company. Ordered a dress they said was in stock and would ship in 48 hours. Not true! After a week and a half, the dress still didn't ship, so it arrived way after my event. Polly from customer service provides no help - just a lot of "sorry" emails that take 3 to 5 days to reply. I sent it back, have proof, but they won't refund me. Now I'm out $150 and don't even have the dress. This is a ripoff site that ships things from Hong Kong, and they know how to run their business so they get away with this stuff.

This website is an absolute scam, and I cannot believe I fell for it! Please do some research before you purchase from websites you are not familiar with. I ordered on the 20th and my order still has yet to even be processed. I reached out an asked for a cancelation of my order and a FULL refund, and if they do not I will go to the Better Business Bureau with a complaint. They send items out to influencers and bloggers to get praise and positive reviews, but then never ships items to normal customers. The fact that I have to post on this website to warn others about this predatory website is absurd. Don't make the same mistake as me, no matter how perfect the dresses may seem, it doesn't matter because it will never actually show up.

I should have checked this company out before I ordered from them. They are shipping the products straight from China. The order took 4 weeks to arrive. The quality of the merchandise was good, however it arrived too late for the event. If you want to return your items it is nearly impossible. They offered to give a 15% refund and you keep the items.

My daughter ordered her prom dress on February 14,2022. The dress arrived more than 3 months later, a day before prom - May 21! Needless to say, we had to shop for another dress because the support agent we kept contacting back and forth just told us to wait. The dress was not in transition until after we asked for a refund and were reassured we will receive it. We are still emailing back and forth with customer support to get the return instructions and the well-deserved refund.

Zapaka does not have a warehouse in the U.S. The address listed on their site is a different company as shown in the photos. They are actually based in China. They spitefully sent me a shipment after I requested a cancellation knowing it would arrive after my wedding.
I had to place an order for a wedding dress and matron of honor dress later than planned because an Etsy seller stopped responding to messages about the order that was supposed to have been shipped. I had faith in Zapaka because their warehouse is in Durham, which is near where I live. Worst case scenario, I could drive there to pick it up.
I placed the order on April 18th with expedited shipping since my wedding was on May 21st. I emailed Zapaka's customer service and was told by Polly Song that an order would arrive via expedited shipping between May 2nd & May 9th and I would be notified once shipped. On May 5th, I email Polly to check on the status of the order and don't hear back until 7 days later and am told they will notify me of shipping but gave no time frame.
I call the customer service phone number to check in again and there's no answer and no way to leave a message. I go to the warehouse address on their website and it's a completely different business called Restore Pro Reconstruction as shown in the photos. I walk inside the building and ask an employee about the Zapaka clothing warehouse and they have never heard of them. I then find out the Zapaka is in China.
On May 6th, I ask for the orders to be cancelled and was told on May 19th the request would be forwarded to the appropriate department. They ignore my request and spitefully send it on May 21st, knowing full well it would arrive after the wedding which ironically was on May 21st.
They have since removed the warehouse address from the website but I've included a screenshot. It is fraudulent to lie about the warehouse location, send a shipment 3-4 weeks after it was supposed to go out, and spitefully ship after I requested a cancelation and it knowing it would arrive after the wedding. Do not order form this dishonest and unethical company.

I ordered 2 dresses in April and paid over $30 for expedited shipping (maximum of 9 business days according to the website - 2 days to process and 7 to ship), and nearly a month later the order is still nowhere to be seen! I have contacted to see about getting at least a partial refund, but don't like my chances. Wouldn't recommend unless you have ordered months in advance.

My daughter found a prom dresses & we even paid extra for express shipping. She ordered two sizes in case the sizing wasn't true. Dresses came a month later (it was supposed to be 10 days) & when I requested to return them, I found out I had to ship them to CHINA! The cost to ship would be almost as much as the two dresses! I will now keep the dresses and try to sell them somewhere online to recoup some of the cost. I had a gut feeling to avoid ZAPAKA but now it has been confirmed.

I have ordered a dress and received the wrong size. They asked me to return it to China spend money on the return in order to proceed the refund. Its ok for them that I had to wait for that dress for a long time and now I have to go through all this. Never ever buy from Zapaka buy from aliexpress. Every single product they sell is from aliexpress with much cheaper price and better costumer support.

Beware! They say they will give a refund BUT It is NOT true. Went through all the trouble of sending the dress back to China via FedEx and they refused the delivery. Since they "did not receive" the dress, they are not issuing the refund. If you buy the dress, then plan on keeping it. So now, I'm out of the dress and my money. It was not cheap either, the dress was $180.

Our light is very beautiful and of the utmost quality. This product was packaged very well to avoid damage. I do wish white cords were offered. I think we may just not use this as a light, but rather a lantern as I do not like the black cord.

This seems to be the same complaint over and over. Paid expedited shipping for 10-15 business days. On the 7th business day we reached out to again explain our situation because nothing seemed to be happening and the dress was of no use AFTER the senior prom. On the 13th business day, we canceled because it hadn't been shipped and it wouldn't arrive on time. I was told I would have to pay shipping and labor based on the time they were working. Since it hadn't been shipped and nothing was custom, I replied a full refund is absolutely expected. I see them repeatedly asking for an order number ZAPAKAUS*******. Today-22 business days later- we got a notice of shipment. These are fraudulent business practices. The BBB has 32 open complaints on this company right now. What an awful experience for young girls excited for their dances.
