Much like all other reviews, the dress arrived (it was ok but didn't fit) so I emailed the company as the return policy states. They immediately responded and said I needed to provide pictures of the dress before they'd give return instructions. I provided pictures and return reasoning 3x plus I called the phony number…and nothing. They clearly make returns impossible. I wish I spent my money on a reputable company.

I have purchased a dress 3 weeks ago with the ZAPAKADE******* order number and the quality is completely different than the picture in their website. Since days I have been trying to reach them out by calling and mailing to carry the return&refund process out, so far nobody answered to any of my emails nor my calls. Yet they promise answering in 24h answer in their website!
I am so regret and frusturated. I have never had such an bad experience from any website before. I will file a law suit and encourage other customers who have similar experiences to do so!
Dont let these people to earn money out of lies and tricks!

Don't buy from this company, terrible service, they are not based in UK and don't follow cancellation policy…
So, they are pretending they are UK based company, send their goods from Southall UB2 5LF, but finally if you escalate the case through paypal (you can't do independently as they won't respond), they want the items to be return to Chine to address I can't even find on a google map...
They are really conning people for money, all the positive reviews are not genuine.it is obvious they are posting them themselves. Probably amongst many accounts, they are trading under Suzhou Amaya Information Technology Co., Ltd. which also does not exist...very strange, I wonder how they can be stopped. The director of zapaka.co.uk is registered in E10 under Costcutter shop...so the rest is obvious. Utter cheaters...

I ordered my dress and didn't receive a confirmation email or anything. It should be shipped soon, but based on these reviews I'm not sure if it will be shipped when it's supposed to or if it will even be delivered at all. I tried emailing as well as sending a message through the site but I was met with no response. My order is ZUPAKAUS*******. My prom is coming up soon and my dress still hasn't shipped even though I selected and payed for the expedited shipping.

I ordered expedited shipping for an extra $20 so it would get here in time for my prom. It was supposed to take 3-5 days but it's been 10. Now I won't have it for my prom. I sent 3 emails that they didn't respond to, called countless times but was met with voicemail that was full. I used their live chat and all they said was they could give me a 10% refund. No apology nothing. That's as they best they could do. AWFUL costumer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I attached both copies of the two orders under photos in this review.
I received two suits this week, one for my husband and one for my son and they were both much smaller than what a usual large and x-large normally are. We received the items on 04/12/2023 from DHL delivery service and I followed the directions of initiating a return on the same day. I have emailed this address for both order number ZAPAKAUS******* and ZAPAKAUS******* and haven't heard back from anyone. I have also sent a two messages through Whatsapp and haven't heard anything. I also tried to call the *******067 and you can't get anyone, nor can you leave a message. Your instructions say you have to initiate a return request within 7 business days after receiving the package and that's what I've done, but no one is responding to my request. Here are your instructions on your website, that you aren't following yourself as a company; I will be disputing these charges through my credit card company and reporting you to the BBB:
1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. You can contact us at Whatsapp or phone number *******067, or send email to our *******@zapaka.com.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. Write your order number on the package, like ZAPAKAUS0001 to make your package be recognized easily, so we can solve your problem as soon as possible.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original way you paid for the order. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
