Ordering the guitar was quick and easy: Iordered 12-26-19 and it arrived 12-31-19. The guitar is beyond beautiful. I had no real appreciation or interest in the "looks" of a guitar. Then I got my ZAD80: I was shocked at how gorgeous it is. It is like an amazing "sculpture" of a guitar. It even "feels" beautiful. I ordered a Zager because I'm old with small clumsy fingers and I wanted to see if Zager's really are "easy play". Answer: unequivocally YEP. The best way I can describe the ease of play is that my electric guitar is no more my easier to play guitar. The action is very easy on my fingers. I can barre much better with the ZAD80, and the extra 1/32 of an inch makes a real difference in terms of unintended string contact. I am very happy I saved up to buy my ZAD80 OM. Thanks Zagers

I can honestly say that Zager Guitars are the best out there. When I was trying to " take the plunge of faith" by buying one without playing it first, I was hesitant like anyone else I'm sure. I went out and played Taylors, Martin's, and a few others before buying a Zager but I just couldn't imagine Zager's wouldn't sound just as good. And with that 30 day trial period, what could I lose? I am sure glad I took the plunge. Right out of the box, I knew I had made the right choice. To go along with the superb sound, I was blown away on how easy it was to play. To me, that was the single biggest reason I took plunge to buy one. I was so frustrated with my previous guitar on getting Barre cords to ring out correctly. Zager's allow you to play these with ease, eliminating hand fatigue and keeping your fingers from getting sore. To validate this, every time a friend or family member gets their hands on my guitar for the first time, they say the exact same thing. If you are thinking about getting a Zager or on the bubble about pulling the trigger, rest easy. It will be the best decision you've made. They also have great customer support. About a year after I bought a Zager I ended up moving from a very humid climate to a very dry climate and started having issues with the notes on the high e string. I tried a myriad of things to get the guitar to sound good again but nothing I did helped fix the issue. After exhausting all options, I sent in an email to Zager guitars for help and Dennis Zager Jr. Helped me understand the issue and gave me a remedy that had my guitar sounding perfect again in 3 days! I couldn't believe it. Dennis responded quickly to my every question and really made me valued that I had purchased one of their guitars. I am without a doubt a Zager guitar player for life and look forward to getting another one down the road! Thank you Dennis Jr and the entire Zager Guitar team!

The guitar seems to be so far "over the top" sound wise. I bought a discounted 20E and could find no flaws on it at all. The sound is impeccable! Easy play, is right. I just want to keep playing and learning more new songs.
No soreness at all. Workmanship and finish on instrument is excellent!
Sound is very rich and mellow. Communication with Denny Jr. Was always very timely and informative.
No regrets here! Truly support the Zager Guitar Team.

I just got my 80CE guitar back from the tech shop for Zager Guitars. I couldn't be happier with the results. I just moved from Vegas to Florida and it was a bit hard to play and a few buzzes. They kept me abreast of the process from start to finish. It came back in perfect condition. I played it for a few hours and it was wonderful. String height is spot on and no more buzzing unless it's my fault. Dennis said if his shop found out how to fix that he would definitely give me a shout lol. I even put on a set of headphones and patched into a music service and it sounded like I was in the studio with them. So often times we complain about this or that and write bad reviews well this if just the opposite this was well worth everything. The outcome was great price was right on the money. I would recommend to anyone whether you're buying a new guitar or sending back to the shop it's well worth your time to have a look at Zager Guitar.

Outstanding customer service, quality construction and playability. My wife got me the 80CE Aura for Christmas. It is an absolutely beautiful guitar both in looks and play. Construction quality is flawless and it plays superbly. The action was higher than I like so I lowered it after following the help videos. Recommend viewing the help videos on string height before making any adjustments. It all makes good sense how they are set up. I already gigged with it and it's a player. This guitar will do anything.

The guitar is beautiful and plays like a dream. The tone is wonderful and the sound is rich and full. The intonation is spot on. I am very impressed with my new guitar.

After stumbling on Zager guitars via Instagram I decided to take a chance and I am happy I did. Mr. Zager would not send me the original guitar I ordered because he was not happy with final inspection. I had the option of a refund or another guitar at same price. Dennis Jr. Delivered a very nice guitar. Tone is great, easy to play. I would definitely recommend a "Zager" to a friend. I look forward to spending more time with this guitar.

I have owned the ZAD80CE for 7 years now, and I truly love it. When I first bought it, I took it to a guitar store and played it head to head with a $2,750 Taylor. While they both sounded great, the ZAD80CE was easier to play and I felt the Zager had a little something extra in its sound. I have now purchased the ZAD900CE AURA, and I couldnt be happier. It is such a beautiful and well made guitar. The sound is bigger and brighter than the ZAD80CE, which is really saying something. The Fishman AURA system really brings out the beautiful tones of the guitar when you plug it into an amp. I highly recommend buying either one of these excellent guitars!

Was skeptical about buying a guitar online. Wow am I glad I gave it a try! The service was unbelievable. I emailed them over a dozen times with questions) and the owner responded immediately! This is the most beautiful sounding guitar I have played (I have a Taylor 522ce that will not be played again)! The most impressive thing is the ease of play. I have small hands and it is so easy. I have had it 2 days and have played 7 hours with no hand or finger discomfort. That's amazing since I haven't played in over a year! On the fence? Get a Zager, you will not be sending it back!

As soon as I picked up my new Zager ZAD50CE I was amazed. I had never had a custom guitar before. I am 5ft 8 inch's tall with average reach and the guitar fit me perfect. I am making chords I never could before. I have arthritis in both hands and this guitar really made playing a much better experience.If you are use to the production line instruments do yourself a favor and try a Zager. There is no comparison in my humble opinion no matter what brand you are use to. I want to also thank Dennis Jr and his family for service I have not seen since I was a young man on the 1970s when a handshake was better than a contract That is exactly how the Zager family operates their business. It has taken me back to what I call the good old days. They are simply the best and I have dealt with the bigger companies and they don't hold a candle the Zager Family Thank you Zager family I hope to get a chance and thank you in person someday God Bless Mike A

Thank you SO MUCH for your prompt attention to my "action, fret buzz" issues along with the complimentary hole plug & string set.

I was convinced it was going to take, at least some fret filing to fix.
I was amazed when the "wet towel in a baggie" video solved my year long ordeal! The top is now correctly "arched" and

I finally have the action set low... to my liking & the fret buzz is gone.
I can finally honestly say
"I love my Zager 900ce"!

This has been a HUGE PROBLEM for me... I only wish I had contacted you about it sooner!

I received my ZAD50CE OM' size about a week ago, and I am very impressed with the sound & feel of the guitar. As a beginner, although I've read music most of my life, the acoustic guitar has been a difficult challenge for me however I'm more inspired to practice now. The height of the strings makes it easier for me who has smaller hands & fingers, to press & move up & down the frets. I love it! It has a cleaner sound to it. What I like even more is the relationship Dennis has with his Dad which is reflective in the product. Also, the customer service experience was awesome & I will be purchasing the Parlor size in a few months. From my perspective, this is the Go to guitar' for all beginners.
