My Zager guitar truly sounds better than my other high-end guitars.
It's truly deep acoustic sound and it's really easy to play it.
I've been played Taylor, Martin, and Gibson but Zager is truly a work of art.
Price point, I kinda regret that I've been paid too much for following big name brand.
Customer service is #1. If you have a question, Dennis Jr. Listens and solves your problem in a heartbeat.

I started on guitar when I was about 11, learned acoustic folk and played around some as a teenager. After college I lost track of acoustic, worked on jazz for a while, had a couple of very good jazz guitars, played some keyboard, and only recently got interested again in hollow body guitar. It dawned on me that I'd never really had a decent, much less great, acoustic guitar. That matters. About a year ago I started reading online, considered used instruments (mostly disappointing), considered all the usual suspects for a new instrument, and eventually happened onto Zager guitars, which I'd never heard of. I must have gone back to their website 50+ times. As I compared more and more, I kept noticing all the high-end features on the Zagers for a surprisingly moderate price. The demos that I heard online, despite mediocre sound quality, were impressive. Every time I compared the Zager to other similar quality guitars, Zager won by a lot. After confirming their guarantee, I finally bit. I've had my ZAD80 for about a month now. I play every day and love playing this instrument. For new wood, the tone is already surprisingly rich. Every time I play, I hear different things in it. It has a very expressive and dynamic range, and it just sings. Wow. The workmanship is as beautiful as it looks online. The Fishman electronics are fine quality and the onboard tuner is really handy for alternate tunings. I never thought I would own an instrument of this quality. The Zager guitars are the real deal. If you have as many questions as I did, just write to them. They are super considerate the customer service could not be better. They're quick to answer all of your questions and most importantly, they take great pride in their craft, and they want to make sure that you end up with a guitar that you love to play.

I purchased my ZAD-CE80 over 10 years ago and it is one of my most prized possessions. I was reluctant to spend the amount of money for a guitar over the internet. After looking at a lot of reviews I initially bought a cheaper Zager, an Orchestra model just to "take a chance" and was very impressed with the quality and sound. It was a fine guitar as well and I gave it to an unborn Grandkid. Any questions have been promptly answer by Mr. Zager or his son. I cannot recommend buying from theses folks and would not hesitate to make another purchase from them. Great buy and great people

I just received my New ZAD900CE a little over a week ago. This is my third Zager Guitar in the last 16 years. The ZAD900CE is a high quality instrument. The sound is a true professional sounding guitar. The playability seems somehow even easier than my older Zager's which are amazing. I could not be happier with my investment. Even my wife immediatly noticed the sound quality when I first played it. Can't wait to hear the sound as it continues to age! Thank you Denny and Dennis Jr!

Was looking at a new Martin D-41. My brother who has my old D28 and my dad's D35. Saw a Zager post on Facebook and tagged me. When I saw the Anniversary model, it was jaw dropping!
1/2 the cost of the D41 I was looking at plus electronics. With the guaranteed shipping both ways, I had to take a chance. I am totally blown away with my Zad900ce. Will tell all of my music friends and family. I saved so much money over the Martin, I can get another one soon. A guy can never have too many guitars.

Just a little update. Got back from my Asia trip and my new Zager Travel Guitar was waiting for me. It is a beautiful guitar and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The sound for such a smaller guitar is fantastic. The strings were still a little high so I flattened out the neck and what a pleasure to play. This was mentioned in the literature that came with the guitar and I watched the video and I understand that new wood needs a good 6 months to adjust properly. No problems there I will just adjust the neck back when needed. The case that came with it is so light and well made it was a welcome item included with the purchase. Thanks for always responding to my questions and you folks put out a quality product.

I got my Zager D50 last week. I have been completely impressed by this guitar. It is beautifully constructed and everything about it is functional and aesthetic. The tone is simply amazing! Never have experienced such a beautiful instrument right out of the case!

I have owned and played some fabulous guitars, including a Gibson J-45, Martin D-28 and Martin D-35. BUT, the new Zager ZAD900E is by far the best guitar EVER. It has a deep, rich tone that literally sings when you play it. The Zager claim that their guitars are "easy play" is no hype. It's true! The width and shape of the neck is like nothing I've ever experienced. The full box of the ZAD900E dreadnought resonates better than the much higher priced guitars on the market today.

Ordered on Sunday, Guitar was in my hands on Tuesday! My expectations were high and I was not disappointed. Workmanship and attention to detail second to none! Zager was recommended to me by a friend after I was complaining to him that arthritis was making it hard to play my chords without buzzing the other strings. This guitar is much easier to play and the tone is outstanding. I wish I had discovered Zager years ago.

First, I'm a 70 yearly newbie who has been playing about 15 months. This is my second acoustic electric that I've purchased. I also have a bit of arthritis in my hands in my hands, wrists and shoulders, so ease of playing is important to me. My ZAD50 OM AE, once I adjusted the string height with the help of Dennis Jr., really does require a lot less finger pressure for clean sounding chords and is, as advertised, easier for me to play. The tuners are amazingly smooth and my guitar requires very little tuning between sessions. Finish and overall construction of my Zager 50 is awesome and the guitar has a great sound that with its solid wood construction, which will only get better with age. This is the guitar that I'll be passing down to my grandson. Thanks again to Dennis Zager for making me a great guitar!

After arthritis pain kept me from playing guitar for several years, I learned about the Zager Easy Play. I opted for the parlor-size acoustic because I have small hands and am only 5' tall. The customer support specialist treated me like family. My guitar arrived wonderfully boxed. The guitar came in an incredible, custom-molded case, almost perfectly tuned (cross-country with temperature extremities notwithstanding), and all the accouterments I never expected.The inlay is stunning. Love the T-shirt! But I digress. Never expected that, either! My love of playing is being restored. By the way, the sound is fantastic

I ordered and received a set of Zager EZ play strings. Had the local shop do a professional installation yesterday. Have had a only one small chance to play a few tunes but I REALY LOVE THESE STRINGS! I have a Yamaha guitar and the shop did a complete check out and set up. Changed the neck angle very slightly and made the strings ever so slightly re-allined to the fret board. Wow what a different it makes to have a pro do the set-up.

Dennis. I just received my Zager 50CE Vintage Sunburst Acoustic/Electric guitar. Right out of the box, I couldn't be more impressed. The case is incredible, and it only got better once I opened it up!

This Zager is just absolutely beautiful! The Sunburst color is amazing! But it once again, only got better, once I began to play!

I've played the guitar since I was 12 years old, and have owned many guitars over the years, Yamaha, Martin, Teton, and Sigma. None of them can measure up to this Zager! The richness of the acoustic sound, the ease of play, and the crispness when on the amp, is really outstanding!

Thanks for your help in exchanging the Zager Parlor I had ordered, for the ZAG50CE. Your professionalism and service is truly impressive. I'll be a fan for life!
