Qualities. I can say: I "see" the sound. Good sound has a profound deep

Further the sound travels. Also, the beautiful sound has overtones that
Surround this core and sparkle with multi-colored sparkles. The wider
These sparks spread, the more beautiful and noble is the sound. This

Your guitar has all these qualities. Despite the fact that it is OM
Size, that is, a slightly reduced size, it sounds full, filling all the
Space. On the other hand soft piano notes are also clear and crisp.

I recently bought a Zager guitar 900 Series and can't speak highly enough about the guitar quality and exceptional customer service. The owner(s) take a hands-on approach to not just the sale but answering questions and post-sale servicing. The company doesn't just pay lip service to customer service, like so many companies do, they live it. I'm just a regular guy, but based on my experience they treat everyone like a VIP. Very impressive! Very satisfied! A+

The guitar though is not only an instrument of the highest quality, it's tone, it's playability are in a class of their own.

I've recently completed my purchase of the ZAD80CE OM and am extremely pleased with the entire buying experience, especially the outstanding customer service I received from Dennis Jr and his staff. Throughout the buying process, I emailed Dennis at least a dozen times with questions or concerns and in every case he was back to me quickly with a personal response, often within minutes of my request. It didn't seem to matter what day or time it was, he always got back to me immediately and always with a very helpful response. These guys are definitely on the job 24/7.
I initially ordered a ZAD900CE OM, but ended up purchasing the ZAD80CE OM after Dennis agreed to allow me to compare models. The entire return process was totally hassle free and i received a credit for the difference in price of the guitars immediately. It's very rare and refreshing to fine a company these days that truly goes out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Hats off guys.
Oh, and buy the way, I absolutely love the guitar.

I'm almost 72. Been a singer all my life! Choir, musicals, and rock front man in the past! Still am!

Now, years later, I decided I wanted to be able to play competent guitar accompaniment to my "outstanding" natural voice! LOL!

I have a 70s vintage Martin D-18, but wasn't happy with it for various reasons. I wanted a cutaway model, so that I could easily play up the neck.

Somehow, I stumbled onto the Zager website, and engaged in multiple very friendly, informative, and NO pressure discussions with Denny, Jr. He was very responsive and informative.

Bottom line, I took the plunge, and received my new guitar (ZAD-900C) over the weekend. I look forward to honing my raw guitar talents, so that I am worthy of this awesome instrument! The soft touch, lively tone, and rich depth of resonance makes my "sterling" voice quaver! The FREE state of the art guitar pick, hard shell case, and no questions asked free trial, or return, on the Anniversary Sale, were only icing on a most delicious cake!

This instrument purchase is only for the enjoyment of myself, family, and friends. No public performances are intended. But if my picking and grinning execution grows to live up to the guitar itself, it'd surely be SRO!

I OWN several "classic" guitars. I play each of them often - because neglect is just wrong.
But I MOST OFTEN PLAY my Zager ZAD80CE because it has near-perfect tonal balance, and is just a pleasure with which to practice. (Oh - and show off a little too.)

The EZ play guitar is a great instrument to learn on. The kit comes with everything you need to start playing the guitar, a electric tuner, picks, guitar strap, along with extra strings in case you break one. The guitar itself is a quality guitar for the price. The sound it admits is as if you are playing on a higher quality guitar, I have played on many high end guitars which cost thousands of dollars and the sound being produced is of a higher quality for a less expensive guitar. The neck and fret board is comfortable to maneuver around on, and for a beginner guitar player this is important. Many times other brands of guitars for beginners are more difficult to master in the beginning, hand fatigue being one of the reasons many beginner guitar players lose the motivation required to put the practice time in. The EZ play guitar is almost effortless to play and requires less finger pressure to attain the same level of finger presser on other models of guitars. For a beginner guitar player, this is a great quality in the guitar, it keeps the student motivated to practice. This guitar is also great for people who have medical problems with their hands, its ease of play is exceptional. I would highly recommend this guitar for any student that is beginning to learn and master the guitar. Its inexpensive, exceptional quality, and for the price you really can't find a more quality made guitar on the market today..

First, I must state that this is not a paid advertisement or review. I am simply sharing my experience with Zager. After very careful consideration I decided to order a Zager guitar. I liked it, but it was not quite right for me. I reached out to Dennis Jr who quickly responded, paid for shipping back and chose another guitar which he sent out right away. After 2 weeks I was convinced. After 30 days I am a convert. My fingers and elbow do not hurt anymore. My ZAD80ce OM is absolutely beautiful. Produces a beautiful rich sound. I do play for around 2 hrs/day now. For the record I also own 2 Taylors, which are good, and a Cordoba Nylon String guitar. My Zager 80ce OM is now my "go to" guitar. The Customer Service and attention I received from Dennis Jr is incredible. They do take care of their customers and will make sure you are a happy customer.

I felt like a friend of the Zager family. After ordering a ZAD900OM, I discovered promptly that the OM didn't fit me right. However, the guitar was beautiful and sounded great. I was sad that I made that mistake. In three days, I had returned the OM and received my full size per their generous free shipping. Perfect packaging. Great case. The guitar is Just a beauty to play. I have tried the return service and give that 5 stars as well. Glad to be a part of the Zager guitar family.

I'm a beginning guitarist. I've been playing for a month on a cheap classical guitar and a Yamaha accoustic. The action on the classical is twice as high as my new Zager. The strings on my accoustic are so narrow I can barely form any cords that I'm trying to learn. The Zager's strings are placed a little wider making the formation of the cords I'm learning so much easier. I also don't have any pain as I don't have to push down as hard or get my left hand in a contorted position to get a cord to sing out. These are comments I have read in many of the reviews of the Zager, but you can't appreciate them until you play on one yourself. Finally and most importantly is the workmanship. I own violins, mandolins, and violas that I can't play anymore. They are all in the same price range as my Zager. The workmanship can't come close to the Zager. From head to toe the Zager looks perfect. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

Purchased my guitar from Zager about a year ago. It is fantastic in every way. And what is also truly fantastic is their customer service. I wanted to buy some additional guitar picks because I had worn the ones I had been given by them out. Instead of charging me for them, they just sent me a new batch for free. It may seem like a small thing but handling the small things well is a big thing.

I have been learning to play the guitar for several years now and have been searching for a string that would play a more mellow tone on my Takamine guitar. After trying many well known string brands, I recently ordered the Zager EZ Play strings. After playing with them for a couple months now, I believe I have found the sound I have been looking for, and for me the strings live up to their name, as they are easy to play. I will definitely continue to use Zagar strings in the future.
