My love of Zager products started when I was given strings by a friend to try on my Taylor GTe. They were easy on my fingers and lasted a long time. I spent a year window shopping their beautiful guitars and reading reviews before I decided to buy the ZAD80CE "Aura". I felt like like there was nothing to lose by trying this guitar with the company's guarantee and reputation. I received the guitar within a week of the order. It came beautifully packed in one of the best cases I've ever seen with a hand written thank you from Denny. The guitar required very little tuning right out of the case and I've played it everyday since receiving it. This instrument has given my beloved Taylor a back seat. I love the quality, sound, and beauty of my Zager guitar. I wanted to let you know that I received the ZAD900CE 6 string guitar four days ago and I am so happy with this guitar. It plays just like my ZAD-20E/N that I purchased 2 years ago. I'm sorry that I had to return the 12 string but the arthritis has my fingers twisted enough that I couldn't play some chords clean enough and I appreciate the no hassle return policy. I tell all my musical friends about your guitars and customer service. You are 5 stars all the way.

With interest, I've been reading about Zager guitars for some time now. The many testimonials on their website were compelling, but I was still somewhat apprehensive. I finally decided to give it a try since the return policy was bulletproof. When my new ZAD900 arrived, I was not disappointed. Beautiful craftsmanship, tone and materials. I initially made a minor adjustment to lower the action since I tend to play more on the soft side. After four hours of playing it, along side my Martin GPCPA1 (which I love), the Zager sounded better and was easier to play and that's no joke or hype. Even with the wood being new, the tone was deeper and richer and I'm told that will only improve with time. So yes, I really am impressed and glad I took the plunge. And while I will probably hang on to my Martin, I'm now a Zager guy and this will become my main instrument for performance and recording.

I have to say…. You guys have been awesome throughout this trying time for you, with supply delays and the craziness going on now. However, I must say the slight delay in getting my new guitar was worth it! I love this ZAD50CE African Mahogany! A beautiful instrument, a much better guitar than I am a player, but man does it ever motivate me!

Been playing guitar for 56 years. Had many different ones. This Zager is total awesomeness. With arthritis in both hands my other guitars became way to painful to play. Felt like I lost my main emotional release. I had heard of Zager guitars but never thought I'd own such a fine piece of musical mastery. The feel as it breaks in just keeps getting better and better. The sound, tone and depth will only get better with time. Thank you Father and Son Zagers for my "last" guitar.

Ordered a guitar in February, doing an insane amount of research and reading every review and comments people left, well got my very much anticipated guitar in April, was very very nice sounded great, but for me something was missing and not feeling right, reluctantly I contacted Zager guitar, and their correspondence was second to none, never was I treated so nicely and they totally understood me. I asked for a refund keeping my fingers crossed they would be as said a company of their word 100% money back guarantee. And they were going to refund me, but offered me to try another guitar first and if I didn't love it just send it back with their free shipping and they would refund me no problem. So I sent guitar #1 back with their free shipping and waited for the new one…Well a few weeks later my received my second guitar, immediately started to play it and I was hooked, I knew everything about this guitar was everything I'd been looking for the sound is perfect, it's beautiful, and just feels right. I received my 900CE guitar and it is a magnificent instrument in both quality and tone. Whether I use it as a straight acoustic or with an amp, the quality of the sound doesn't change. It is an extremely playable instrument. The folks I perform and jam with are impressed with the guitar. These folks are Gibson and Martin aficionados, so when they say that the Zager is more than equal to theirs it truly means I have made a great purchase.
The service from Zager has been outstanding. I had questions prior to ordering, while ordering and after receiving the guitar. Their patience and helpfulness enabled me to get the best guitar for my needs. Every e-mail was answered promptly and with information I could use. They even advised me on an amp. They are the best.

I purchased the ZAD80CE "AURA" Black Lacquer Special Edition Solid Cedar/Rosewood Acoustic Electric Pro Series guitar from Zagar. The whole experience from purchasing to final delivery was awesome. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. The guitar looks and plays GREAT. I have a few guitars and this acoustic guitar from Zager is now by far my favorite to play and the tones are fantastic. It's still new so I can't wait to hear it once it cures and settles into its own sound.

I received my ZAD900CE 50TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION. It is beautiful. Plays and sounds Great. I have sold my other Acourstics now. Gibson, Epiphone Masterbuilt and Fenders. This is my bucket list guitar. I have been playing since the 60s and never been so satisfied with a guitar. Played my first 2 gigs with it last weekend and my friends were stunned at the sound and the beautiful finish of the whole instrument. I love it so much that I picked up a used ZAD50CE for a traveling guitar. It too, is great. Thank you for building such quality.
