I can't express enough, how great the customer service is at Zager! I've had several picks break on me, and Zager not only replaced the one that was broken, but sent a whole new set just in case I got a bad batch of picks! Now, I contacted Zager asking about their neoprene sponges for their humidifier. I asked if I could but another sponge, or if I had to buy the whole unit. Their response? "We'll send you a new one at no cost!" This was after I told them I destroyed it by using bleach on it to get rid of mold! Customer service next to none! I'm a Zager fan for life!

My ZAD 20e arrived about a month ago. Although the action was too high, I could tell it is a quality instrument. I decided to loosen the strings and let the guitar breath for awhile.
Today I adjusted the action, and it's very close to perfect. Plus it sounds incredible, very resonate.
It plays and sounds better than all my others including Gibsons, Sigma, Epiphone, and several other vintage ones. She, s a keeper and I would strongly recommend Zager guitars!

Just want to give a bit of feedback on my Zaeger 50th Anniversary 900 Series guitar that I purchased earlier this year.
It is stunning! Absolutely beautiful. I have to tell myself that it is meant to be played and not just admired like a piece of fine art.
I have owned Martin, Washburn, and Ovation acoustics over the years, and lately have been playing a Hummingbird. All great, and I have been pretty happy with the Hummingbird sound, but DAMN!... This 900 is simply amazing. The tone and resonance of its body is like going from a five-piece band to a symphony orchestra.
I am getting used to the neck and loving that too… as I have been playing a Les Paul and Strat (a bit narrower) but my aging, large fingers really love the wider nut.

I am so flipin' happy that I took the leap and purchased this guitar and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fine instrument to add to their collection.

After months of research, reading hundreds of honest reviews (not the ones paid for by guitar manufacturers), I made the decision to purchase the ZAD80CE "AURA" Black Lacquer Special Edition Solid Cedar/Rosewood Acoustic Electric Pro Series. I received it approximately five weeks ago and could not be happier. I have been playing for the last 55 years - owning a Guild, a Fender Palomino, an Epiphone, a Martin, and a Breedlove. None had the quality craftmanship or the tone that this fine, hand-built instrument has. With the custom strings, neck design, lower string heights, lower string pressure, and string spacing, I find I can play for hours without any pain in my fingertips; something I could never have done in the past. The sound is amazing! The only regret I have is not purchasing a Zager guitar years earlier. If you play an acoustic guitar, do yourself a favor and give a Zager a try. I promise you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Zager guitars are for real! They truly play like butter and sound amazing! I'm 65 five years old been playing off and on most of my life, mostly on these days and my ZAD50 sounds as good as anything I've heard. I took a chance on them a couple of years ago with one of Zager's parlor guitars, starter models. I was so impressed with it I'm back again, and really happy I did! I would recommend Zager guitars to anyone looking for a real keeper! Gratefully Bruce!

The Zager family live by this"Do to others as you want done to you". I was anxious and hurried when I ordered the full size. What a beautiful sound but it was too big for me. Then I went to the other extreme and ordered the travel size thinking it would be just right. But like Denny said the smaller the body the lesser the sound its a choice. I sat on this 2nd choice for days wondering why I chose this and I was embarrased for not doing my homework. So I read and compared prayed and researched it. My conclusion was the orchestra model size which was what Denny suggested after my first order. I wanted the sound of the full size with the fit of a smaller make, reminding me of my first guitar a 1940 acoustic Martin. It inspired me and others. One day someone walked away with it and I never thought I could have that again until now. I have shopped many music stores over the years and if you dont look important, you feel it!
Zager never charged me for my mistakes they continued to be patient and honest, overflowing in generosity. Sometimes, rare times you find genuine people. With the Zager family you get honesty and quality every time. Sincerely, Nadeen clark

I must admit, I had reservations about buying a guitar that I could not play or even see before making the purchase. And I will be honest, I even questioned whether the reviews I was seeing or the communication I was receiving from Zager was real. Let me put your mind at ease... IT IS REAL! The best, most timely, and most informative customer service I have ever received! This is "Old School" folks! I received the guitar, with all promised accessories, on schedule. And oh, the guitar... AN ABSOLUTE WORK OF ART! Obvious pride went into the making of this instrument. I have been playing on and off for over 50 years and own a vintage Gretsch Duo Jet electric, vintage Gibson acoustic (G3?), a Yamaha acoustic, and an Alvarez acoustic 12-string. I have played Martin's, Taylor's, Maton's and many others... I don't believe any of them play as well or as easy as this Zager! I am motivated to get back into playing. I purchased the ZAD50CE and am already trying to convince myself I don't need a ZAD90 also! Thank Mr. Zager and Zager Guitars for lighting the fire under this old man for one last run! As we say here in Georgia, "Y'all are the best!"

In short, my answer would be a firm YES!
I lOVE my new ZAD-900CE, and Zager's customer service is truly beyond compare. I had a couple issues right off the bat, and each time someone got back to me almost immediately. One of my issues was receiving a bad sound system from the Fishman Aura factory, but Zager quickly sent a new sound system and payed for it's installation... You really can't ask for more than that!

I feel I should point out that I was a little underwhelmed by this guitar's sound when I first received it, as I was used to playing big body Martins; however Denny and Dennis said up front that the guitar's sound would improve over the first few months, so I anxiously gave it the benefit of a doubt. Low and behold, this guitar now sounds deeper and richer acoustically than any guitar I've ever owned, unless they were amped and EQ'd. Mark me as a very satisfied customer!

I ordered a ZAD 900CE from the website, I watched it's progress from time of purchase to my home shipping all the way to the Uk with the Fed Ex app.
When I unboxed the guitar I couldn't believe the craftsmanship and care that this guitar has.
It was everything I hoped for and it sounds …… oh wow.! Unbelievable.
Can't believe anyone could not rate this firm and the magnificent service from Denny And their team.
They were with me all the way, I have wanted a guitar of this quality all my life ( this is a 60 th birthday present to myself) and boy it doesn't disappoint, I can play for hours on it.

Hi, Mr. Zager family, I want to thank everyone one for the great job you guys do building this great guitars at a great price, mine is a ZAD900CEOM, never see one before, I trusted the reviews another people left, I normally go to GC to buy my guitars and always wanted to have a guitar like this, but the ones that Taylor and Martin build using the same materials ain't no even close to Zager guitars in price and playability not to mention the accesories at GC it will cost me 5000. 00 you guys at Zager factory made my dream possible,

The Zager guitar is as good as promised. I wanted a smaller
Parlor guitar but I was concerned about buying a guitar online without playing it. I have never done that before. But because of the 30 day return policy I took a chance. It is very easy to play. I will lower the action after the wood cures in a few months and it should be even easier. I am retired so during the first week I had it I played it every day for several hours which is longer than I play my other guitars. The volume is fine unplugged but I have plugged it into a PA for playing with others in larger settings. It is a beautiful guitar and well crafted. If I would have been able to play it before purchasing it, I may have bought a full size guitar with a cut away but still I am very happy with the guitar.

Zag 900CE when it arrived two days ago. I took it to my gig last night thinking i would play it in for a set to see if I needed to tweak it a bit. I needed to be sure it performed as well as my trusty Martin. The sound was clearer, cleaner, balance was better, sound richer, and just stunned how different the 900 made the performance. I played it all night and the Martin is in my closet next to my Taylor. I took a leap of faith and Zager over delivered on the hype. Thank you I'm another believer and look forward to playing Zager Guitars for the rest of my life.

My Zager 80CE Guitar is a work of art and an engineering miracle in design. We hear than Danny Zager perfected it with painstaking tinkering, creative insight, professional playing, and dialog with other artists over many years. I'm suspicious. Just as plausible--Danny Zager channeled it from an extraterrestrial living in the year 2525! Easy to play for hours with a heavenly tone. My 'lefty' came with the optional add-on pick guard, but fit a standard righty. An email got a same-day reply and the correct one shipped immediately. My review is a bit tardy as I needed to recover from a fretting hand injury--another reason this was a great choice on my part.
