I love the low back of the dress and customer service was great! They were very quick to respond and very helpful.
I ordered a swim suit from them and unfortunately it did not fit and they immediately gave me a refund for it.
Long story short: my items NEVER arrived and they were no help. They never told me what happened to my package. Ridiculous.

I ordered a lot of bikinis from here, first thing that went wrong they didn't all arrive and didn't notify me why but still charged me for them all.
Second thing - the bikinis were terrible! Half of them fit, some were too small and some too big (they were meant to all be the same size). Some didn't have the hygiene stickers in and all of them were bad quality.
THEN, I tried to return them. This is where the real problems happened.
Firstly it took me forever to get them to respond to me with any details on how to return them. It was a long process.
I have now returned the items and they are REFUSING TO REFUND ME. They are telling me that I need a tracking number and they won't confirm whether or not my Items have arrived with them unless I send the a tracking number. I didn't want to pay extra at Royal Mail so therefore didn't get a tracking number because I wasn't told I had to.
Seen as it took 5 emails back and forth for them to tell me how to return the items you would expect them to mention the fact that it is apparently mandatory to have a tracking number if you wish to get a refund. They are basically ROBBING ME of my money and not giving me a valid reason as to why.
PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

I ordered a bikini from the Zaful App on the 2nd of June 2017. I was notified on the 8th of June 2017 that my product had been shipped, using Standard Shipping (ie 8 - 25 working days until it arrives at its destination, according to the website).
Considering American public holidays, 25 working days post - shipping would have been the 14th of July 2017.
Needless to say, I did not receive my parcel by the delivery deadline. I sent through a 'support ticket' in an attempt to get some answers. I was told that my order was actually shipped 2 days prior to me receiving email notification (ie it was shipped 6th June 2017), but that my order's deadline was the 3rd of August 2017.
This makes absolutely no sense to me. 3rd August is exactly 39 working days post-shipment. Despite me bringing this up in my 'support ticket', the next reply postponed my deadline to the 4th of August 2017. I notified them of this and was hush-hushed. No explanation was given re the 39 / 40 working day delivery deadline.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER. My postal service has no record of the parcel on their system, despite it having 'arrived' here in South Africa on the 26th of June!
The 4th of August is the day I leave the country on holiday. So if it's delivered any later than 40 days post -shipment I have no way of tracking it, signing for it etc.

I ordered 7 Bikini's from Zaful back in February of 2107, its now June 1st. I paid extra for express shipping which was a waste of my money. When I got an email saying my items shipped it was only 4 out of the 7, the other ones took over month before even getting back into stock. Even though when i was ordering them it said in stock!
The bikini's themselves were decent, but the sizing was completely off and all of them were to small on me. I got one in an extra large and yet still didn't even fit my 34D bust. Another one I got in a medium and fit great on the top, and way to small on the butt.
A month and a half has passed since I order my items and I ended up moving houses. I contacted them on Facebook and heard no reply. Sent to live chats and when I finally got to talk to someone they basically told me $#*! off that live chat was for people in the buying process. So I had to do some email chat back and fourth and let me tell you what a nightmare. By the time they answered me i got a notification that 2 out of 3 left was shipped, I emailed them and told them my address needed to be switched and they kept saying cant your friend deliver it to you? Even thought I told them 100 times my mother sold our house and we moved, i don't know the people living there, and therefore wouldn't get my items.
I am also from Canada and had to pay $30 dollars at the boarder the first time, and was pissed to find out I was now gonna have to pay it 2 more times when the rest of the items came. So fed up with a 3 month process I asked them to cancel the last 3 items, as I didn't even want them anymore.
S**t service, I will never order from here again. Because even when they tried to fix the problem and give me only a %10 coupon, i pretended to make another order and the coupon didn't even work.
