I did not receive what I ordered. I tried to call several times, but received a busy signalI emailed and had no response. Do not order from this company. They are a scam.

I order the 3 package of 15 oz liv hair creams. I order two packages of three which i down loaded and video tape Zabiva liv hair cream product as I placed the order. Thinking that it was an excellent deal and would use the wesite in the future. They only sent me two 150z jars of cream cheating me out of four 15 oz jars. I called and email them over hundred times they never replied. I look the matter up with my bank showing proof of the order amount. The bank sided with Zabiva because they had proof of delivery which was not the correct amount. Never, never order from Zabiva because they are dishonest and thieves, they even changed their website where i bought the hair cream. Buyer be beware. When something look to good to be true it is not

I have never given an online company a bad review before. Sometimes an unfortunate manufacturing or shipping problem occurs, and I give the vendor the benefit of the doubt and simply do not issue a review. However, in the case of Zabiva, I would be doing a disservice to the shopping public if I failed to report my experience with this criminal company. The company failed to deliver the merchandise I had ordered. George, the Zabiva representative I dealt with by phone, said that, due to a "technical glitch," the company could not issue a refund. George had asked me to issue a voluntary charge-back request to my credit card company, after which he would issue a full refund directly to me. I complied with his request, because he had told me that a charge-back reflected poorly upon his company. Needless to say, the refund was never issued. I have no recourse, and I'm out $46.23. Ordered a coffee maker from Zabiva and it failed within one week. Asked for an RMA number for a product return. After many e-mails and several excuses I finally got the number. They would not pay for the return of the product. I returned the product at my expense. After almost a month and NO responses to my e-mails this company still has not refunded the purchase price of the coffee maker. Would I order again from this company? NEVER.

Zabiva is a fraud company I placed a order with the on December 27,2019 and it is now January 19th 2020 and no product nor refund all I've been getting is a complete run around when I call their phone number. I warn anyone before ordering with this company please do your research you have been warned they will take your money and you will get nothing but a run around I wish this company nothing but bad luck because they deserve it!

Dod not receive item and was given the wrong tracking number. A facking scam ill hex the owner, may they choke on some meat for all the fraud
