I have never given an online company a bad review before. Sometimes an unfortunate manufacturing or shipping problem occurs, and I give the vendor the benefit of the doubt and simply do not issue a review. However, in the case of Zabiva, I would be doing a disservice to the shopping public if I failed to report my experience with this criminal company. The company failed to deliver the merchandise I had ordered. George, the Zabiva representative I dealt with by phone, said that, due to a "technical glitch," the company could not issue a refund. George had asked me to issue a voluntary charge-back request to my credit card company, after which he would issue a full refund directly to me. I complied with his request, because he had told me that a charge-back reflected poorly upon his company. Needless to say, the refund was never issued. I have no recourse, and I'm out $46.23.
