Never received my order. They provided me fake tracking number when i contacted them. Their phone number is a not working number. They said oder is delivered to Amazon locker. Now I will talk to my credit card for chargeback.Please stay away from this website.
I ordered a maybelline product from south australia and it was delivered within 3 weeks.having read some reviews i was skeptical of its arrival...However my correspondence was always answered and i was able to track my parcel.and it arrived safely and as described and pictured
I bought a 6-pack of eye make-up remover pads and they only sent me 1 pack. When I called them, they insisted I had purchased only 1! Only 1? For $25? The retail value of 1 pack is $5. I even sent them a google screenshot showing that their company was indeed selling a 6 PACK of the item for what I had paid. I waited while the guy opened the screenshot and he still refused to send me the rest of the packs. He said the only option was a partial refund with a restocking fee if I returned the product (and it would take an additional 48 hours to even process the request through their returns dept)! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love purchasing beauty products but I don't care HOW cheap their prices are. I will never purchase from this garbage website again!
I ordered Molding Clay American Crew Clay for Men 3 oz and it is super amazing. First of all I must say the website is user friendly. You can technically find any product which you need at an aggressively lower price compared to other market places. The product quality is top notch!
They generate a shipping number but do not actually give the product to the shipper They keep advancing the expected due date but it never comes. They tell you they can't cancel the order because it's already shipped, but it hasn't. AN endless loop.
Best recourse is to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
They advertised a product as a "flash sale", then shipped an inferior model at an inflated price. When I got a different product than I ordered, they want me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. They won't answer the phone.
I received at the right time, and it's looks prefect. The seller went above and beyond to get me my order after having an issue with the carrier service.
Was looking for OPI Mother Road Rose, a discontinued nail polish for one of my nail clients. I found the color on Zabiva@ $50.43 + 5.95 shipping! That's wayyyyyyyy to expensive for 1 bottle of polish that used to retail for around $7.00. They can keep it for that price and there's no way I even want to look for other merchandise on their website. Wow...
A terrible business that does not accept that they have any responsibility to customers.
Fake customer service representatives reply with emails that are all clearly written by the same person, and all very poorly written.
The business address is a self storage container.
There are many other online businesses that are honest and reliable--give your business to them.
Someone hacked my account and made a fraudulent purchase from Zabiva. I emailed within minutes of receiving a fraudulent order confirmation asking them to cancel and refund. The next day they ship the items anyway to the thief. They then have the audacity to email me TWICE from two different reps telling me if I return the items unopened they will refund me. How am I supposed to get items returned that were delivered to a thief? Should I contact the thief and ask them to pretty please ship the items back so I can get a refund?! Worst experience EVER! Avoid this company at all costs!
The price of the product I ordered went up twice between when I started my purchase and when it was processed. Then they sent me the wrong product and insisted they wanted a 25% restocking fee for returning it. I reported the charge on my CC as fraud. Stay away form these guys!
This company is completely a scam and fraudulent activity takes place with all orders! They are not a real company and they gather your personal information and charge your credit card for a purchase that doesn't exist. Cannot say enough about this warning.

I was thinking that i got scammed and called customer service and burst my anger b uh saying a lot of $#*! in customer service representative tho he still able to help me even telling me i wont help if u keep saying abusive words.
