So december 18th I ordered a Snoopy mug online through Sear's marketplace company.Zabiva. I had never known Sears to go through another company. Anyway...this past saturday I recieved an email from Sears informing me that I recieved my package ON FRIDAY THE 24TH! Which is funny because friday was the 23rd. So the mail had the wrong date. It also stated the package was delivered on my front doorstep at 10pm at night...by FedEx. Both my husband I were home. None of our dogs barked. It was pitch dark up front since we NEVER use our front door. There is no light on up front. No sidewalk. So I don't know why they'd drop it off up front. Secondly...I called FedEx to inquire. I told them I had not recieved my package. That they either sent it to the wrong address or someone stole it. Well the FedEx rep said they'd do a 24-48hr investigation. That with the holidays it might take longer. Pft. He tried asking me if I checked my neighbor's house. Ha! Yea. Let's have me walk the neighborhood knocking on ppl's doors asking if they recieved my package...in the cold.the night before xmas. So then I messaged Zabiva on the Sears website. They sent me a message back but was vague. I tried going to my order status shortley after and it read as an error. Which I thought was weird. Until today. I recieved an email from Zabiva themselves stating that the originally tracking number was wrong. That there was "a gliche in thier system and it sent the wrong tracking number". Ha! Yea. Ok. The 33 years I've been alive I've never recieved a wrong tracking number. When you order something online automatically your item is attached with a numerical tracking number. So it's impossible. I called Zabiva. Spoke to a rep. He told me that they made a label today and is sending it out from Arizona. Wtf? I thought they were located in Texas? He tried telling me gliches do happen. Bullsh*t! They failed to mail the package. They either sent it to the wrong address or had not sent it at all yet. So to cover thier as*es they claimed the system was gliching. And they did not offer me a discount or my money back. Nothing. Just insured me it would be sent within 5 business days. That's it. Well the last time they insured me I never recieved it. I would suggest not going through Zabiva. Sorry. Bad experience. Bad customer service. And I'd add proof of purchase except I don't have my item!
I would not use it. I'd rather order from Sears directly.
