Excellence

Love that this merchant carries a bunch of international hard-to-find products for anyone living outside of their continent, especially Europe, America, and Asia. Website is pretty easy to search and navigate. Fragile items are well packaged for shipping and they arrive fairly quick. Overall nothing to complain about.

Quick delivery beautifully packed

This is my third delivery from Yummy Bazaar. They have always gotten my order out quickly and efficiently with no mistakes or missing items. Everything is packaged so well; generous bubble wrap so nothing has ever been delivered broken or crushed.

Bad shipping experience

This latest order was placed on 12/11/21 and was not received until 12/23/21. It seems to me that it could have been delivered a lot quicker by USPS. Product is great, your service is very good but the delivery put a negative vibe on the entire transaction. Please do better.

You need more inventory since some of your items we want to buy are either out of stock or only available in 1. Your free shipping if purchasing $59 is too high. You should drop that down to say $35 minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping.

1st and last time ordering from YUMMYBAZAAR

Sent items that were different than photo. Told them I wanted to return it and they dragged their feet. Was told to wait 2 to 3 business days and someone will contact me. Took 8 days to finally get a return label...but only after I disputed the charge did they then take action. Also, its a small mom and pop operation. They bite off more than they can chew. Understaffed. Not the best customer service. Friendly but not efficient.

They had promo code on their website for buy one subscription box and get one free. When I went to apply the promo code, it didn't work. I reached out to customer service and they said their code ended in 2022, we are in May 2023 and they are promoting false advertisement? Didn't even offer to honor the coupon code for their mistake. Will take my business elsewhere, no need to get scammed here

Need more help answering the phone

Overall, satisfied with the purchase. I did have some concerns as the order took 5 days before being fulfilled and every time I tried calling the customer support number received a message that there were no agents available to take my call.

Banged up cans and soggy waffles

-More bubble wrap on the canned food might keep them from being banged up.
-Perhaps there's a less rude way to say that the Belgian waffles are soggy because that's just how it is.

Probably won't be ordering anything in the future.

I received an almost outdated product, which had coagulated and had a vile smell. When I emailed *, she basically told me to go pound sand. Then I posted actual pictures of the product on the site, which were deleted. They do not stand behind their product.
Here is * exact response: "Thanks for your input. We're sorry you were dissatisfied with the taste of this product, but unfortunately, since it was sent in good condition and with good date, we are unable to replace or refund this product."

This company does not publish reviews if they are lower than four stars. That certainly doesn't do their customers any good. It's all or nothing - you don't get to just publish 4 and 5 star reviews. I have complained about my two-star review getting ignored and they say they will look into but don't. It would appear that it is a purposeful omission. I will try to get product elsewhere whenever possible. Your reputation, your choice.

Beware, if you are looking for authentic products don't bother. While the company claims to sell products from a certain country, they are no more less the same 'fake' preservative polluted items you can buy at any local place. They claim the product is "From France"... "From Germany" and they are actually made in countries where cheap ingredients/chemicals are legal. And customer service seems to be quite proud of this as well.

Excellent Care!

The Fondue Cheese just arrived and I was amazed at how carefully packaged it was! They did not skimp on necessary materials to keep it safe and cold while being shipped. It had two Ice Packs in there to ensure it stayed cold. The care they put into this amazed me. This is my first purchase from them and I can't wait to go back and shop for more items as they have a new customer for sure! Thank you for taking great care of our order and caring so much!

The 6 jars were wrapped in something like 21 feet of bubble wrap. This was entirely unnecessary and destructive of the environment. I can 'recycle' it but there is no assurance that all this packaging will in fact be recycled and the damage from its production has already been done. I will have to think carefully about ordering more from YummyBazaar.

So Glad I Found YummyBazaar

When I first saw this website the YummyBazaar name made me a little leery about giving my credit card but I took a chance and everything worked out great. The can was double boxed and heavily wrapped in bubbly wrap. It was better packed than most everything I get from Amazon. Will definitely buy from them again.

I had a pretty good experience with this vendor.The order came well packed. I ordered all liquid products in glass jars and they arrived intact and not leaking. Better than I can say for other orders from other places. I would buy from this company again, but I will wait until things go on sale or they offer free shipping.

Buy food from these people when you want it to arrive in the worst way! I ordered numerous items almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them. When I call they can't figure out where they are or what has been done and they say they will put a trace on and I never hear back from them. If this company wanted to provide customer service they would've re-shipped the order in an expedited manner; but, they are too cheap to try to resolve an issue and I have stock payment on my credit card. I wouldn't buy anything from this company!

My items were shipped quickly and received without any delay. My only issue is that the items (tea bags) will be expiring in about 2.5 months. They come very well packaged within each box in foil lined packages and stay fresh. We will use them; we understand having to rotate stock and the short expiration date.
