While spending almost $3000 for a coffee machine I was told there would be a 10% rebate on future purchases if I signed up for their credit card. After 2 months I had yet to get the rebate! I called and was misdirected numerous times before FINALLY getting a refund of 10%! I was also then told that after several hours of wasted time pursuing my credit that I had 15days to get 10% off any additional purchases. After returning to the store(where they are clueless about policy) I was finally told it was on line only. I was so frustrated I told them to keep there 10%, close my account and never contact me again! There service is abhorrent! They are overpriced, mediocre quality and terrible customer service! I went to Sue La Table and found the same items at more competitive or the same price; but, with much better service and far more knowledgeable staff. I would NEVER step foot in Williams Sonoma again!

I was told it would be shipped the same day I placed the order or latest the next day and it's five days later. I asked to have it shipped before the hurricane hit on the east coast yeah you delayed and now it will probably be further delayed. Not good service at all

They were the most expensive and claimed to have the most extensive coverage. What they didn't tell me was the limits on there coverage is among the lowest of any company! The most they would pay for a refrigerator repair was $500 if it was less than 10 years old! If you have quality ovens like we have they only pay up to $400. They don't replace them like American Home Shield up to $1200! They outsource their claims and when you call in you get disconnected, can't hear the person, and are kept on hold for hours! This is the WORST OF ALL WARRANTY COMPANIES! If you have quality appliances they will not replace them or repair them for the value of the appliance! Their service providers are the cheapest in the area and are incompetent as well as taking over 1month for a simple ice maker repair! SCAM ALERT FOR THIS COMPANY!

Buy food from these people when you want it to arrive in the worst way! I ordered numerous items almost 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them. When I call they can't figure out where they are or what has been done and they say they will put a trace on and I never hear back from them. If this company wanted to provide customer service they would've re-shipped the order in an expedited manner; but, they are too cheap to try to resolve an issue and I have stock payment on my credit card. I wouldn't buy anything from this company!

Use another provider!!

Never received perishable items and was told I would have to wait before they would do anything. They charge my credit card and I’ve waited three weeks and when the food arrives it will be rotten
