I ordered a specialty chocolate close to my dinner party date but the site promised I'd have it in time. I panicked but there was no need as they arrived exactly as promised.

I was online looking for a white chocolate advent calendar and ordered this one. I like the cute style of it but didn't taste great.

We looked every where For the sparkling cider after we had it at a wedding. We could not find it (except very expensive on Prime) and then a friend sent me your website. So happy she found it for us

My coworker give me a pack every day, I never tried them before, so I finally opened one after collecting them in my purse, I'm hook, I went to the Asian market and brought a box, they are light and not to sweet.

This is my first time using. While most of my items were well packed, one item - a can of mackerel salad - had just been put unwrapped and loose in the bottom of the big box everything came in. This can had a peel-back top, which had split, leaking material mainly onto the bubble wrap which was around other items. Some heavy pickle jars had been placed on top of the can, which was most likely what had caused the split. I emailed the company requesting a replacement (obviously I had to trash this can and the remains of its contents), and after requesting detailed explanations including a photo of the can which luckily I was able to provide, they issued me with a store credit just covering the discounted price I had paid for the item. While I guess this was fair enough, i was disappointed not to have received an immediate replacement of my item, and to have to reorder it, in order to break even, if I ever place another order with them, which likely won't be at a discounted price. Too bad, because it looked delicious!

I bought an assortment of items for gifts, some of which were in glass bottles ( oil), and everything arrived well wrapped and unbroken. Delivery was fast and easy.

Good. However, the Swedish ginger cookies in the tin - many were broken. We planned on using them with Glogg - Swedish Christmas drink for a holiday party...

We left Japan over 6 years ago and have missed a certain beverage we were able to get from this app. I will have to do an update because this is a final family Christmas present.
