Great selection, but some items I wanted were out of stock. Everything that was available was packaged with care (bubble wrap and brown paper) and everything arrived in good condition.

Loved both products I purchased & the promptness with which the order was processed & delivered. My only concern is that the outside of the box was Not marked "Do not allow to freeze". We live in Minnesota & the day the order came the temperature was WAY BELOW ZERO! Had we not been home, the 5 jars of Mom's Meatloaf Starter would have frozen & likely exploded.

Shipping was fast and got lots of updates. Items were well packaged and great quality. Had a hard time finding what I was looking for until I found this company!

Very Good, but navigating to search for items could be a bit smoother. All in all though, one of the BEST in online ordering, products, prices, and updates on your order.

My sister and I recently came to Salem Indiana for the Burger King. My sister was a committed vegan. We were eager to try the impossible burger so she asks if it is cooked on the same grill as hamburgers as we are told to. We showed how sick she would be if she had the meat juices in her burger. The employee went to her boss and was kind enough to make sure they were not. We got our order and the same employee came and asked if she liked it, THIS was Fine. That's customer care. PLEASE FOR VEGANS PUT IN A GRILL FOR IMPOSSIBLE BURGERS BY ITSELF. Superb burger and great service.

I had never dealt with this company before, but was very happy with their customer service and quick filling of the order. Great job and I will definitely order again - Holidays are coming up!

It would be helpful to have more up to date info about shipping status. I was told one delivery date, but it arrived three days later with no explanation besides a notification of shipping.

Simple and efficient. Great selection! Foods always arrives well packed and without damage. And they are fresh, not anywhere near a short expiration date.

Haven't used the product yet but looks perfect, crazy fast delivery, and the email making sure I recieved my order was a great touch, really impressed by that!

You weren't able to get the Caesar dressing. But we got everything else. Everything was wrapped in so much bubble wrap there was no chance of breakage! Good job.

Easy to scan all products, edit and pay. Look forward to trying these. Started with the Pommery mustard which I was glad to find and replace at this price.

I wanted to verify the best use by date before ordering a larger quantity of the D'arbo strawberry fruit spread - your response was simply all products have a minimum of 30 days. Didn't help.
