YouTube's reputation is increasingly marred by customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to excessive advertisements and perceived censorship. Users express frustration over the platform's reliance on ads, which disrupt viewing experiences and lead many to consider alternatives. Complaints about account suspensions and a lack of transparency regarding community guidelines further exacerbate concerns about customer service. While some users appreciate the vast array of content available, the overall sentiment indicates a growing discontent with YouTube's management practices, prompting calls for more user-friendly policies and a potential shift to competing platforms.

Youtube used to be great because they didn't have a million commercials. Now, however, theres one before every video.
It's disgusting that you choose to advertise horror movies on your youtube station not considering the specific market segment that is negatively affected by the horrifying images that affect our health. You should consider your users' search results before you decide to include terrible advertisements to every user. What if it was a 5 year old watching a kids video on YouTube?
This Company changed!
New owners, new location.
NO RETURN Shipping.
Jeans are poor and no options like before.
STAY AWAY!
I was a long time customer, when one day I went to order some jeans and notice the models were different... this site use to be up beat a hip and now it looks like my mother should shop there. Now I have to find a new place to get my jeans and urban wear. What wasn't working that you had to change it to where its not even pleasing to the eye
Its horrible! I'll come back when you guys figure it out!
The top-known video hosting site creating opportunities to earn money by creating quality content. Lately they made the business less convenient, but the new rules are better for the good clean content.
YouTube provides an endless source of useful information. Whenever I'm tired, YouTube is my only friend. Its really the best site. Great Stuff!
A great entertainment resource for everyone, any age. This is applicable to music too. The site offers payment opportunities for content creators.
I recently made my first Alloy purchase after learning about the company years ago. I had a good experience with receiving my items timely, and even received my refund for returned items about 2 weeks after my items were received. I'm 5'11', 160lbs and ordered a long-sleeve sweater that turned out to be 3/4 sleeves on me (still cute though and I'm keeping). Also orderd a long sleeve button up that had sleeves past my wrists! Yayyy! My typical size 8 jean size is too small for this company, so I had to get an 11 jean (32 inseam) with alloy. These are juniors sizes, so you'll have to size up if you are not a junior size. The jeans are cute, but the wash label says not to dry, so I hang dry. Clearly not the highest quality denim, but they do have a quality look so I'm happy. I will order jeans and tops from them again.
It is a great site. I can watch different videos that can help in my studies. At the same time it helps me to relax with their different musics. I love it.
The service has a large amount of content for all the age groups and interests. At times videos get banned for nothing but seems they are working on this constantly. As a spectator - I say its good. The other side as a content maker can be different..
I have been ordering from Alloy for Years. So of course I was excited to order a few pair of jeans since the sales seemed to be on point. But of course everything is out of stock and the pickings are limited.
Of course to avoid paying for shipping I added a few items I really didn't need or want, only now to find out I may not get what I ordered at all. I placed my order 12/29/2016. It's not 1/7/2017 about to be 8th and I know for sure it's not coming. And if it does come it won't be what I ordered.
I did exactly what everyone else has done, and I am 100% sure they beat me for my money. I checked BBB and they now have a "F" rating. If you order from Delia's it's the same thing. ALLOY supposedly bought out Delia's so now they both are trash.
I'll be disputing the charges to my bank account on Monday since I won't be receiving my goods. Save yourself time and monley. Don't bother placing any orders with Alloy or Delias.
YouTube is a scam that should be avoided. They have consistently increased the requirements for monetization of videos and then suspend channels when they reach the goals.
My most recent channel was banned for "Spams and scams" without any warning. That's what happens when you're me.
Too bad there's no other legit option these days.
The worst customer service EVER. I don't think anyone works there or if the do i hope they don't get paid. This is a disgrace!
Alloy used to be a great place to shop. They had extended sizes in jeans and they were SO reasonable. Not only did I buy extended length jeans from them I used to by tops and shoes as well. Alloy messed up my item that i had ordered and sent me something COMPLETELY different. When I called them they said that it was a mistake and that I had to pay for shipping to send it back as well as I would only get store credit. This made me highly upset. I decided to keep the leggings that were supposed to be PANTS and never order from them again. Even my niece who I referred alloy to said that she no longer orders from them. Sorry alloy. Whoever brought your company, should give it up. The old site, promotions, and customer service was SO MUCH BETTER.
I have been ordering from Alloy Apparel since 2007. I was so excited to find a site that catered to my 5' 11" body frame. They WERE affordable and on trend. WHAT HAPPENED ALLOY? Since they've "relocated " and "updated " their website, the prices are REDICULOUS! $5 for extended sizes and $2 for 35-47" inseams? Really ALLOY? For this reason am I no longer excited to visit the website. Not to mention that there are no longer "colorful" jeans/pants/cords/sweaters to chose from. C'mon Alloy and get it together please!
Gives a variety of great videos and let young people shine
Used to be a great place to order from. Price has gone way up and items always sold out. Something has changed and it's not good.
I had bought from them in the past and i liked them. But the last 2 orders (i wont be using them again) they screwed me around on. They sold the jeans as stock and then for more than 3 weeks had them listed with some BS "pre fulfillment order". Then after several emails i sent requestingf to know what was status, they changed it to "processing" for few days and then cancelled the entire order with no explanation
I haven't shopped at Alloy.com for almost a year due to being pregnant, but prior to that have shopped there for over 10 years. I was severely disappointed in my recent visit to alloy.com. I am 6'4" and this was the ONLY place I would buy my jeans and they had many options at reasonable prices. Now I find that they only have about 6-8 options in the 38" in inseam category and the jeans are over $50. I felt confident in having two young daughters destined to be tall that I would know where to get that pants that fit, now what. PLEASE BRING THE OLD ALLOY.COM BACK OR TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND HER!
Answer: Not less expensive if you are looking for tall clothing, however they used to have better quality items. There are other companies specializing in tall woman clothing that I can tell you are worth the extra money. Jeans made of real denim, mid-rise meaning just that, etc.
Answer: Beats me but I can tell you that reporting them doesn't do anything. It took a PETITION to get them (and FB) to get them to remove ONE channel with such content and that's just one channel out of a potential 2 million
