I tried to schedule an appointment four different times, and each time my mechanic canceled due to a "personal emergency." For the fifth time I tried to reschedule, he was no longer available in my area. All this took place over a month. I am not convinced this is a real company, and if they are, it is poorly run. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
I hirre this place to get my Jaguar fixed and they ended up braking up my car... The Jaguar was working fine it only had an electric problem and now my car will not start the mechanic got upset because I told him. What did he do you car and started yelling and arguing with me as af now still have not heard from the company I made several calls and they have not got back to me please do your self a favor don't use this company you will regret it
I got an instant quote to replace my serpentine belts on my car and my mechanic was slightly late, but that was okay, I think he drove a long way. The mechanic was friendly, professional, and it was supposed to take him an hour, but he finished replacing my belts in about 40 minutes. I saved over 40% by not going to an actual mechanic shop. I thought it was weird though how they needed my license plate number, I'm not sure what the reason behind that was since they had my vin number. Overall I was pleased with the service and I would use Your Mechanic again.
Mechanic made a recommendation to replace struts. Did so, took 2 hrs longer than estimate. Car immediately starts pulling. THEY SENT 4 different technicians before they could diagnose it correctly (that he totally messed up the repair). They did the repair. On the way home, car starts pulling and blows out a tire. Have to get a new set of tires, and they won't cover it with their warranty (or cover the 3 alignments I've had to pay for in this process). A month later, wheel starts clicking, take it in, strut is totally broken. Their repair was bunk. Have to get another strut. Control arm also impacted, need to replace that. They won't cover any of this. $6k later and 3 months later, I'm just glad to not be in this companies orbit. Awful, awful customer service, and totally inept mechanics.
Had my car worked on last week. It is still not running right and now I cannot get ahold of the warranty dept. They will easily book a new appointment on their site but getting a warranty claim taken care of is a nightmare.
If I could give this site/place 0 stars, I would! They are an absolute sham...Horrible service! Took my money without doing any of what they said they would do before the appointment. Then, they refused to give me my money back and, when I tried to submit a charge dispute to my CC company, they fought my dispute and won! They should be ashamed of themselves! Don't pay them a dime! Don't make an appointment! Find someone else! PLEASE! Don't do it!
Just an update to this tragedy. 4 months after this started and them telling me politely o basically go away. They quietly refunded me the amount they charged for the labor. I'm still out the money I spent for the parts and transmission fluid I had to but at least they returned what they charged me. I'm pretty sure the negative attention here probably had something to do with my getting the refund..
I called them to report some problems after my vehicle's radiator was replaced but the first thing the call staff said was that I had not warranty because I chose to provide the parts. I told them that the parts were not the problem but my vehicle now leaking transmission fluid because of the work they performed. They promised to have my case escalated and after 3 calls and emails to them, nobody has contacted me. I had to get another radiator installed because Mymechanic tech mangled the fittings for the transmission cooler and it could not reused.
You have an option to schedule your time and then you get messages saying it is scheduled and then the next day you get calls texts and emails saying a mechanic can make your scheduled time and you have to wait an additional week! Save yourself some time and headache and choose someone else
Adrian is a top notch mechanic! Very friendly & professional. He explains everything and really knows what he's doing. Adrian doesn't try to sell you something when you don't need it, like the stores/shops do all the time. I recommend him highly and will for sure call on him for my next automotive need.
A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
First they jacked up the price by $250 dollars the day before the appointment, after I had already got a quote and scheduled it. Then the mechanic complained about having to come in early over text and then cancelled on me the day of and I still got charged $30.
Tried to book the mechanic who had years of experience ( my car is 34 years old) to install a starter (I have the part) was quoted a price and when I accepted, the price and mechanic changed. I could not book the older experienced mechanic. Instead some kid young enough to be my grandson was offered repeatedly (no background info given). I am not stupid nor that desperate.
They canceled initial appointment and postponed it and then sent the wrong parts and had to reorder. Then two weeks later after doing a partial repair incorrectly because their mechanic did not flush the power steering system which is standard practice for the repair the new power steering pump didn't work. Then after days of no return calls they said I didn't tell them to flush the system so it was my fault. That was based on the fact that there were metal shavings left in the system that they should have cleaned out. I paid over $1,100 for a repair and have not received an operating car since and they are refusing to correct their mistake. Nobody calls you back Nobody has any answers and the people you speak with have no knowledge of car repairs and are not capable of answering the most basic questions. They basically robbed me of $1,100 plus and I have a car that still needs the original repair done. Run from this company. Run fast.
I used "Your Mechanic" auto repair service and it was just Excellent! The Mechanic that came to me was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Right off, he gave me the feeling that I can trust his skills and was straight forward about the fix and the costs. No hidden charges and BS that I have experienced with regular "Auto Repair Shops"! I encourage anyone to try "Your Mechanic" for your auto repair needs! - they come to you and it's fast and to the point!
On March 22,2021, I requested a quote for a slow leak in a tire. On March 30th I emailed customer service, asking for a status update. Maybe I got lost in the shuffle? Crickets. No response. Today is April 20,2021. Still nothing. Your mechanic, if you are wondering, the quote number was *******. Advice, don't waste your time with these guys.
Mechanic cancels 30 minutes before appointment. Morning ruined. I reschedule. Second time, waiting for mechanic. Call customer service. They inform mechanic is late. After 2 hour wait. Mechanic still no show. Call customer service... They say he cannot come AGAIN. They offer to find another mechanic and call back. NEVER heard back
Book an appointment today for 12:30pm I noticed that my appointment was for inspection only. So I called to see if the inspection included repairs, but they don't. 84?! For an exhaust inspection. So while Im calling to cancel at 9:00am my scheduled mechanic texted me that if I cancel an hour before the appointment there is no charge. LIES! Call them an they charged me $29 for literally nothing! DO NOT! Use this overpriced scam of a company. You have been warned!

Booked an appointment and got cancelled three times. I instructed them that I have the parts for them to do the repairs only for them to cancel due to not having the parts. The guy tells me he's going to call me back about getting the mechanic to re-route to come back to fix my car and of course he doesn't call back. Just a complete waste of my time that is very valuable to me. Oh and the refund takes 7-10 business days. Why so long to refund a person back their money?! Stay away from this company!
Arrived approximately 20 minutes earlier prior to the scheduled time window. Such great service and a thorough explanation of the repairs that would be done. He gave me an approximate time for the repairs to be completed. They were done within that time frame! I appreciate the wonderful service, professionalism, and knowledge Chris has!
Scheduled an appointment online, called the staff to talk to a mechanic to ensure it was the correct price, going over all details. Was called a day before the appointment to confirm my new (almost double) price because they need to change how much labor they need. Told them about my previous conservation and the guy basically told me to deal with it. Bad miscommunication, won't do anything to resolve issue, give us your money, give us more, or else.
Answer: Don't do it. They have scam written all over them. Was told different prices from different people within days of eachother
