So I start filling out all the information to get my price estimates until til I get the "We need your license plate number for an accurate estimate" Thats a load of crappolla! Your might need that info if your planning on selling my information to some third party... If you had asked for my vin number to give an accurate estimate that would have been a truthful statement and request. Beware of a company that starts out already lying to you!
I love the fact that these mechanics come out to your home. I got an oil change and my mechanic was friendly and responsible. My car ran perfectly after and I plan on using them in the future for more repairs I might be needing. I reccomend these mechanics to anyone who needs service as it's really convenient and pretty fairly priced. Customer service is great as well but you can also book online or with the app.
This company will not honor the mistakes of their mechanic. They do not care about their customers at all only money in their pocket. Had to take our car to a REAL mechanic that fixed all our problems caused by yourmechanic for 50 dollars. Honestly I would think that yourmechanic would of saved not only their reputation but potential customers by fixing my car. Their mechanic wired the electrical system wrong, pulled off the arm rest and broke clips in the control panel. Really a simple fix for someone that actually knows how to repair cars. I will always continue to warn everyone to stay away from this company.
They are dishonest and devious with their actions.
You and your fake I am sorry. This was your mechanic that you KNEW WAS A LIABILITY YET SENT HIM TO US DECIEVING US INTO THINKING HE WAS WORKING THROUGH COMPANY POLICIES. YOU APPROVE AND ENCOURAGE THIS!
We hired through your company and paid you. The mechanic did not time our truck properly and left a mess. Our car door panel was ruined on the second vehicle for a simple pully install and you ignored these facts. You sent a second mechanic to evaluate the damages and assured us you would fix the mistakes. Never heard back from you until I called and called you. This is not the actions of a good company.
Thank you for taking your time and providing us with valuable feedback. I am sorry that you had a negative experience with us. I understand you have been in contact with our support team and unfortunately because you paid the mechanic directly with cash as a side job outside of our company & systems, we are unable to provide any warranty for a transaction we were not involved with.

They inspected the car and took 80 dollars, this will be waived if I continue the service with them but the next availability is in 6 days. The car needed half an hour work that's all. One week without a car because they don't have 30 min to complete their work

Mechanic cancels 30 minutes before appointment. Morning ruined. I reschedule. Second time, waiting for mechanic. Call customer service. They inform mechanic is late. After 2 hour wait. Mechanic still no show. Call customer service... They say he cannot come AGAIN. They offer to find another mechanic and call back. NEVER heard back

Requested a quote for a timing belt job and received ( computer generated) email the next day saying that they are working on quote and I would receive same in 24 hours. However, I never received a response from YourMechanic.
These people are NOT REAL mechanic they just want to get your personal information. BEWARE!

They replied to my last review just for show. I emailed them WEEKS ago and have yet to receive a call from them. My car sounds more and more horrible as the days go by. It's sad that after spending over $600 to fix one thing they messed something else up and refuse to fix it!

I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment, and the mechanic (Nate) did not show up until 1:20 p.m. He was there to install new rear shoes and a brake cylinder on a Honda Civic. The job was estimated to take a maximum of 2 hours, but Nate took over 9 hours! He left twice during the appointment, but never told us he was leaving. We had no idea where he was going or when he would be back. At 10:30 p.m., he informed me that there was a problem with the brake drum which was the reason he could not complete the job; however, he had not mentioned this problem or any other problems before. At that time (10:30 p.m.), he told me the car "was not drivable," and that he would have to call corporate in the morning to see if they would pay for the additional parts.
I called corporate myself, and they told me Nate would come back out to fix the problem. Nate then called me on the phone, saying it would take "five or ten minutes to fix," and said there was nothing wrong with the drum, contrary to what he previously alleged the night before. I immediately called corporate and demanded they send another mechanic out to fix my car.
The new mechanic, Robert, came out within hours and informed me that the rear shoe had been "improperly installed," and in the process my brake drum was ruined and needed to be repaired as well. Luckily, Robert fixed the problem and replaced the drum at no cost for labor or parts in about two hours. I would absolutely recommend Robert because he was fantastic!
Unfortunately, I was still charged $200 for the brake shoes, brake cylinder and labor from the day before although they were installed incorrectly. The problem was ultimately fixed, but it took 35 hours after the time of my original appointment.
Perhaps most alarming, though, is the idea that if Nate came back to work on my car. I'm not sure what he could have done in "five to ten minutes," but there is no plausible way he could have correctly fixed the problem without the new brake drum or reinstalling the brake shoe. I could have potentially been in an incredibly dangerous situation with faulty brakes if I were to drive my car.
Hi A C,
First, thank you for your candid feedback. The experience you had with us is absolutely not acceptable, and we take this very seriously. We strive for (and achieve) excellent customer service and mechanic performance every time, and this falls far short of our standards.
I am glad that Robert managed to help you out and we hope to be able to demonstrate the quality of our service and our mechanics in the future.
All best,

Used them and I was pleasantly surprised. They were terrific. Only concern was the cost, I felt it should have been a little less for the job. The convenience was the best though, no more dropping the car off and being at the mercy of the shop. Pretty neat concept. I would use them again when needed.
Had use their service and so far so good, i hope they sustain the quality and efficiency in their job roles for years to come
I've used this service several times now. Basically, they give you a quote online and the mechanic comes to your house or office to service your car. No more dropping off the car at a garage and being stranded without a ride for several hours.
Each time I've used the service, the mechanic has been super friendly and very knowledgeable. One time, he was able to fix my problem in a mere 15 minutes and I was able to get half the fee refunded to me. I've been impressed so far with their customer service and the costs have seemed very reasonable.
Answer: Don't do it. They have scam written all over them. Was told different prices from different people within days of eachother
Answer: Good call. They're not touching anything of mine ever again!
Thank you very much for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience.
I can assure you we do not sell any of our customers' information to third parties. We use the license plate number to pull up a VIN number. You may provide your VIN as well. The VIN number helps us select the best parts for your vehicle.
Please message us your contact details so we can make this right for you.
