Calls to go through the cancellation process. Jessica McGinn emailed me to call Matthew Pryzwara to go through the cancellation process. I called him twice and left a voicemail. He never returned it. I emailed Jessica, again, three times with no response. I emailed her a total of seven times. She responded once. CHECK THE REVIEWS OF PREVIOUS CLIENTS AND SEE HOW MANY STARS THEY RECEIVED BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM! Don't do it

THE WORST DECISION I MADE. DON'T GET YODLE.

Don't do it! I signed up, then got their training, wanted out. They wouldn't let me. Now I pay $$$ for a webpage that I don't own and hasn't produced any leads. Literally the worst business decision I have ever made. I still have 2 months left and wish I could get out from under them because it's expensive!

UPDATE -- They took over 24 hours before they replied to this review -- I email them instantly -- Over another 24 hours I still have no response. Please listen, they don't help, they don't respond, they literally just take my money and leave me with nothing! Run now!

Do not have ANYTHING to do with this company. It is a scam and a nightmare.

My husband, who is very naïve about Internet marketing, was being pursued (by telephone) into a trial period with Yodle for our 40 year old small business. However my husband never followed through with providing them details about our business.

A few weeks later, customers started asking why we were opening so late in the morning, instead of our usual 7:00 am. I entered the picture and immediately discovered that a Google search resulted in our business, but the information that I had set up on Google years ago was entirely bypassed and replaced with inaccurate information and a website generated by Yodle. The website had a different phone number which was a tracking number through Yodle. It contained phony pictures and did not represent our business in the least.

I spent hours on the phone with Yodle. They treated me as if it was a joke... and actually chuckled at my frustration. I was told by them that they had no idea how they were able to "claim" our Google name and assured me that it would be released back to me. But it would take a few days. After waiting three days and still seeing Yodle information on our Google site, I finally called Google and they were able to remove the Yodle hold on our name within a few hours.

Now, 7 days has gone by, and I checked out Google site again and THEY ARE BACK! With the phony website popping up immediately on a Google search for our business name.

Tomorrow I will spend hours on the phone again with Google in hopes of getting our business name back once more.

BEWARE OF YODLE!

Deceptive business practices and nothing they sell you on is in writing. They will not deliver even 1% of what they promise. Save your money and spend it elsewhere! I was initially told that for $1250 per month I would receive 20-30 leads per month. I shut it down after month 2 when I only received 1 phone call total even though their system shows 4 leads total. I asked for a refund of $1250 since obviously the campaign didn't work. They even informed me that my account wasn't spending on the PPC end. $1000 per month was allotted to this as well so technically according to what I had been told by Mark Foley in their Phoenix office I should have still had $1600 left in this account that wasn't being used. I filed a chargeback with my bank for 1of the 2 payments, and since nothing is in writing, and I never received a written copy of the terms and conditions, I'm pretty much screwed and out all the money. Good for Yodle they have figured out a way to legally steal my money by being deceptive. I am very disappointed. I had very high hopes for this from the start. They have what seems to be a great concept and plan but it just didn't work. I would have gladly spent 3 times this amount if it had even delivered half of what was sold to me. I should have been more careful and not trusted a publicly traded company. Shame on me I guess?

Don't buy it! I am 5 months in and it took 1 month for me to realize rheir Call Tracking would not forward to my phone while I was in the Field. 4 calls, 3 from the same Company trying to sell me advertising and the 4th had found me on Angies List already! They misrepresented my Company and blamed it on Google! I have been fighting the reprocussions of their mistakes to date! You will never be allowed to talk to the same person twice... Especially the one that breaks down what you are buying into! Do Not Think This Company Will Help You... Don't make the same mistake I did. They will say "sorry, we dropped the ball!" But it's too late at that point. It's costing me an additional $$$ to fix their mistakes. Don't buy into it!
