This company will ruin your current web-site ranking. They provide a "fake" web-site, which they call an "Adver-site Landing page" which is a bogus web-site they create. They copy paste (steal) info from your current site to create the Adver-site web page. (which is a NO-NO with Google SEO) They change your business phone number to a toll free number and replace your current web-site with their own bogus "Adver-site page" to over 50 directories which are almost impossible to correct since they have you hostage. All they want is your MONEY $$. It's been now 3 months and they have NOT restored/correct my original listing to all directories. NO YODEL FOR ME!

We have a small plumbing business and don't need a lot off advertising. But we need to be seen in the main stream. Yodle helps us get there. With the way people search for business in their area, you have to have a currant web page. Also have it there so it pops up on your page when they are searching. There are different price range for the amount of advertising you might need. When I'm contacted from Yodle with a up sale and they are good(BUT I WOULDNT WANT THEM ANY OTHER WAY)they are also r on my team. They understand when I say I'm happy with what I got.

I have worked with Yodle for almost one year and have been extremely pleased with the results. The leads Yodle provides have been extremely lucrative for our business. As a business owner, I do not have the time to manage this aspect of the business on my own. It is such a relief knowing I have a team of people devoted to generating leads for my business. My Account Director keeps his eye on everything relative to my business. I have received messages from him "after hours" excited about the large amount of leads we received for the day! One would think in a large company customer service would be lacking... that is certainly not the case with Yodle! I have complete confidence in the services Yodle provides to me. The revenue they generated for our new business was substantial right from the start. I shopped other companies prior to working with Yodle, however no one else offered as much value for my marketing dollars. Do your research!

Yodle has many positive qualities and it can help market some services. If your are looking to market a product or a service that is different and not within their parameters they CANNOT deliver. They have a "cookie cutter" approach that they try to fit you in. They provide you with information and facts to justify why they have to do it in their way. The problem is that those facts might not apply to your services. When you complain they are very polite and listen and may attempt to correct the problem always in reaction to your complaint and never proactive. The correction is within what they think is "right". It is impossible to get out of the contract, which is already very costly. They really do not deliver. Yodle's true agenda is to sell you their product, not help you sell yours. So, DO YOUR RESEARCH WELL, consult, read, think, follow what makes sense to you, and do not let them manipulate you with nice strategies for their advantage. Take your time to make your decision, especially if you have a new product or service.

I am absolutely pleased with my experience with yodle. I own a dental practice and yodle has definitely increased my new patient numbers and my presence on the internet. I am very pleased with my account rep. He is always just a phone call or email away, and responds quickly. Their answering service is like having a round-the-clock front office person working for you. I can review each call that comes in to yodle. I am able to adjust my advertising campaign as needed, and my results continue to get better. Patients are coming in from areas they never have before. Since my email is personally linked to my smartphone, they are impressed when the doctor personally responds to their issue our inquiry. Theirs is a very interactive approach, and is such an asset to my office and our marketing campaign. I advertise with another online service and have gotten zero response. I am stuck in a12-month contract thats a lot cheaper, but disappointing. The only great thing from that particular campaign so far is I got to shoot a commercial for my practice, WHICH YODLE WAS ABLE TO LOAD ONTO MY YODLE ADVERSITE... YES! Imagine my joy when that happened. I have worked closely with my yodle campaign... maybe it really does matter what you are advertising on yodle. As a matter of fact, I am sure it does. But for me, the investment has been well worth it, and I would recommend them to my business associates anytime... thank you Lord. Better. My

This company is great in front end promises and it sounds like a great deal. After I signed up and was told to expect many calls to start right away, the real good stuff would maybe take up to 90 days to begin. After 6 months I had received three legitimate calls, and a lot of calls from people using the internet to look up my phone number. This is where my main complaint comes in.
After I finally was able to convince the managers that called me, that the site was not working. They agreed to stop the contract, and they have not been charging me any money. However, I am trying to do some SEO with a local company, and he is having trouble since not only is my adversite still online, they still have a phone number listed that has been disconnected! So not only am I unable to do my own SEO effectively, but any person that looks up my company name online to get my phone number will hear a recording that this number has been disconnected and they should look at yellow.com to find a business! That is poor business and I think they could be liable for damages.

I came in with Yodle in September of 2014, I had been with Web.com for 3 years, they were handling my Full SEO, I had a PPC, Facebook Boost, Website, Mobile Site, Email Campaign, I was spending a little over 800.00 with them, they made so many mistakes, it turned out to be a waste of time and money. I started with Yodle and in three months, they completely blew Web.com out of the water, they don't make mistakes and Customer Care will stay in close communication, I would recommend Yodle over all the SEO companies from my experience dealing with seo companies, they do what they advertise, thanks Yodle, you saved my business.
