Good money is hard to come by and I hate when I waste it on something I don't like. Therefore, I have to review everything before making purchases. Yelp helps me to research restaurants, hotels, and even which clothing stores I should and should not shop. Other Yelpers will inform you which stores are in dangerous neighborhoods, which restaurants are too expensive or too dirty, which clothing stores have the best sales, or which gym would be a good fit for you, and much more!
Also, if you do enough well-written reviews and attend a couple of Yelp events in your area, you can be nominated to become an Elite member of Yelp (like myself) and you can go to complimentary Yelp Elite events where businesses only want you to review their place of business... and you pay for absolutely NOTHING!

This Yelp add is a complete rip off. I paid $12-16 per click and for ever 2 months did not get a single lead. All scams calls. So i paid $16 for each scammer to call me! Also they offered me a $150 a month promotion and they only apply it when you reach your max budget or when every they like. My family and I ate at Copelands in Covington on Thanksgiving Day as we had many times before. This year however I began to feel sick when I was eating my Pilgrims Plate. Thank God that my girls had the buffet, they were fine. I got violently sick, apparently I had food poisoning. I had not eaten anything prior to going to dinner. I feel sorry for all of the other people who ate the same food... never again.

Lets disassociate the owner of yelp, hiding behind customer service and making them the bad guys and lie to us about algorithms making decision daily, from yelp. Despite our repeated requests you have steadfastly persisted in allowing a convicted felon fraudster who was not my client and who embezzled a small fortune (with overwhelming evidentiary superfluous paper trail, false bank logos, statements and correspondence, by small I mean few million) from non-English speaking female victims to post a fake review of me. It's shameful what Yelp is doing. In one sentence, Yelp has removed multiple versions of the response on that review I posted backed with public record criminal cases with case numbers of repeat felony charges Peter Chou has accumulated 3 year after the trial he mentions where I was not his lawyer, as a response to my due diligence Yelp went ahead and removed the many 5 star reviews I had from real clients.
No! I do not wish to be disassociated form my business on Yelp, nor fall victim to indirect forced tactics to buy paid listings. I want Yelp to be respectful of the 1.2 million dissatisfied small business owners and stop feeding off of bad customer reviews of hard working small businesses, their listings, and be their hostage holder. Simply put, Yelp is used as a threatening tool by customers from hell.

This store on Camden Ave is the worse on customer service the manager Alex is a Liar they were to deliver an entertainment center on tues evening when it arrived it was damaged her can to my house was very nasty about the problem said a new one would be delivered on Weds evening No show called then and said they were too busy said they would deliver on Thursday evening I said I would not be home as I had to work late so he said no problem Fri evening again no show I called and he said there was a problem they could deliver after 8 pm said I would be on a conference call and couldn't get out of the call he said we will deliver at 10 am on Sat. Again no show I call and he said he couldn't make it until 7 PM at 7 no show I called again said he could do it Sun I said it would have to be before 10 am as I had to be somewhere at 10:15 10 am no show I called we got into an argument and he told me to come to the shop and get a refund he didn't want to sell me the product. I went in Sunday afternoon he was very rude as if it was my fault that he had to refund the money (which I'm still waiting for it to be returned into my account)
So long story short DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE

This company Yelp Has falsely reported and misreported publicly negative comments about our business, at the same time they have neglected to report positive customer experiences. In summery they have had a negative influence on our business by reporting mostly negative reviews and not publishing many of the positive review. We believe this is based on monetary influences and not based on accurate customer satisfaction.
Thao (room 33@ Firewheel Salon) was the rudest hairdresser that I have ever encountered in my entire life! First she was snippy on the phone when setting up the appointment for my Brazilian blowout. I overlooked it thinking that she might be having a bad day. But on the actual day of the appointment I got delayed (by max 15 mins) as I couldn't find the salon and my gps made me go around in circles. She was very angry with me and did not even give me a chance to explain. In fact she told me that she would work on my hair if I kept quiet and did not talk to her. Who says that to a customer? I was shocked and wanted to say who wants to talk to a rude person! Then she proceeded to take out her anger on my hair by washing and blow drying very roughly and tugged at my scalp. I just kept quiet and prayed that she didn't mess up my hair. At the end of the process she told me that I would have to pay $20 extra as my hair is thick (I am sure she says that to nearly all to get extra money over the groupon price... a scam!) I have never had a worst experience in my life and strongly urge others not to go to her. She is sweet to her regular clients but to groupon customers she is RUDE! I was so upset that day that I did not say anything to her but I did inform the Firewheel Salon manager about my horrifying experience. Then the next day I texted Thao and let her know that she cannot behave like this with customers and you would think she would be apologetic... but oh no she turned more nasty on me and called me names. I knew I was wasting my breath talking with a person who is never going to change or admit their mistake. Future customers please be warned and then don't say that you did not know how RUDE she is. Go at your own risk! I did not even want to give one star in the rating... if there was negative points then she deserved them.
Ron White and Alex Reymundo (warm up comedian) were both excellent! Rons live show is a little raunchier than his video taped shows on You Tube, but I still laughed at every joke. Alex is also very, very funny! My only complaint is the cost of the tickets. We purchased average tickets. For two people there tickets were close to $250. We purchased them in May for an October 27th show. Everything had to be done online. Its difficult to remember that you have purchased tickets 5 months in advance of a show. I think the tickets should be 1) Cheaper, and 2) have an option for real tickets that you can hold in your hand rather than requiring you to print them out. You cant use a phone app.

NW Relocations is a Ripoff company! They lie, don't return calls, lost 1/2 of our belongings and 25 boxes! We contracted thru Coast to Coast out of Florida. Do not use them either! Both companies are not honest and do not take care of their customers or their items. We were billed $612.00 more when they came to load our stuff, they were a day late picking our furnishings up too. Upon delivery, the driver did not care that 1/2 of our stuff was missing. I called the owner at Coast to Coast and he seemed genuinely concerned and told us we would receive some compensation for our move. We have not heard from him since, nor does he answer emails, or messages left. The same with the owner of NW Relocation. Our items suddenly appeared in NW Relocations storage a month after they picked up our items. By this time we were told they could not find them and to file a claim. They called 4 days after we started the claim to tell us they found our furniture and boxes. In the meantime we went out and bought a bedroom set (yes, the whole set was missing) and 2 recliners. Other items were missing too. Now, we have an abundance of furniture. So far, they have not delivered the other 1/2 of our furniture or the 25 boxes that were missing. They called us almost a week ago to tell us they found our stuff. The original delivery had many boxes crushed, and furniture damaged. Who knows if we will ever get a settlement for the damage done to our furniture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SO SORRY!

I want to comment Leith BMW Service, especially my Service Consultant, Heather Drake, my 2012 BMW X3 lost power and overheated on Tues. I called and the service department they told me to stop and get it towed to the dealership. When I got there Heather meet me and got the car into the shop for analysis, she thought it might be the water pump, she was right. By having the car towed she prevented further damage. She got the car into the shop on Tues and back to me on Wed. Her service, quick assessment and communications about the repair was outstanding, I worked for HP for 20 years and we know what outstanding service is and Leith Service Department and Heather demonstrated that value. THANK YOU Heather and Leith.

Very rude unprofessional company. They spend a lot of time advertising on Craigslist. I text them, as the listing states. "Call or text". Please see the conversation and their responses:
Me: "Hello, what is the name of your company, do you do complimentary evaluations?"
Them: "No... nobody worth a crap works for free. Not interested in working on old garbage. Good Luck"

Them: "My job isn't to tell you what you want to hear, my job is to tell you what you need to hear"
I deal with business owners on a daily basis and have not come across someone with this type of unprofessionalism. Straight out of the gate, very rude.
**PLEASE AVOID using them at all costs. Ask them for the name of the company and see if they are licensed, insured and registered with Sunbiz. Also ask them for 3 referrals minimum. Call these people and ask them how they liked the service, price, etc...
GOOGLE and research for bad reviews and complaints. I think I needed to make people aware of how this company or person operates.
Yelp will remove all your good reviews and keep only the bad ones if you don't advertise them, post photos, or not do anything else that they say. When asked, they say that reviews are removed when they feel they don't know the reviewer. Well, they have removed my review from someone but not the same person's reviews for other businesses. Also, they say if your reviews are too frequent, they remove them. Very dishonest company.

Melinda Wendel-Smith is the office manager and since she has held the position, I find the office staff to be very efficient, helpful and sympathetic to my telephone calls. No longer am I put on hold forever, or am I dissatisfied with the service. I feel that I am valued as a patient and as a human being. Not all doctors' offices are as thoughtful or as conscientious. Ms. Wendel-Smith sets a professional, yet humane tone. I appreciate her service as well as that of the medical and office staff.
