I ordered a gift for my wife last October 2014 and it says 10-17 shipping days. Now it has been almost 2 months and still my wife did not received it. I need a 0 star rate, is there any?
I had ordered two things that came ripped, but as soon as I asked for help, they were already sending me replacements at no cost to me! They are very quick with responses and are very accommodating.

I put together a black friday order. I received an email about a week later stating that a handful of items weren't available. Understandable, they had a large volume of sales.
Not so understandable was that they canceled the order and refused to give an explanation other than "unforseen circumstances". The majority of items from my order are still in stock and are actively being sold (for a much higher price). I reached out to resume my order and was told my order would not be resumed, they would not honor black friday pricing, and would not ship it at a later time. (See screenshot)
They gave a 40% off coupon (with a limit) to compensate for deciding a month later that they didn't want to honor their original 90% off sale. I'm just hoping I'm fully reimbursed at this point after reading some other reviews.
I won't be shopping with them again unless they decide they are going to at least partially fulfill my order, or bump that 40% off to something closer what I had originally ordered at. There are plenty of other options out there.
I will never order from Yandy again. No longer trustworthy and total waste of time including more future hassles for me just to get my original money back.
As I understand e-commerce, it is simply I give you money and you ship chosen product to me. If you cannot uphold your side of that agreement... you should communicate such in an timely and honest manner. Instead they choose to take your payment very quickly, but not ship your product by cancelling all your "sale" items three days before Christmas. This is not cool and no "we're sorry babe" or take "15% off your next order for your inconveniece" makes Yandy as currently constituted any less sketchy.
I am/was willing to be super flexible on understanding current difficulties w/ covid, short staffing, inventory etc and was also flexible on when I received the product I already paid for. But that relationship works both ways and after nearly a month, it now appears Yandy is a company who has no interest in upholding any decent customer service duties and just plain screws you in the end... intentional or unintentional. Just unacceptable and they should be ashamed to treat people like this.
I placed my order on 9/14/22 and I paid for priority shipping $12.95 my order was $209.60. I still haven't received a email letting me know if it has shipped I emailed them on 9/18/22 and they said they said it was delayed and they are sorry but they can't tell me when my order will be shipped just keep checking to see if I get a email letting me know. I emailed them again today 9/20/22 to cancel my order and to see if they already took the money they sent me the same email from the other day and didn't answer any of my questions. I tried calling to cancel my order and when I called it said they are having phone issues, I tried emailing them again no reply this time, and I tried to live chat with someone and of course it said they didn't have a live agent available right now. I really wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered anything. Apparently they are just out here taking advantage of people scamming people out of their money that's why they are having phone issues, no live agents, and not responding to emails because they know exactly what they are doing.
This site has cute and sexy costumes and lingerie that are very reasonably priced. They have constant added sales and discounts. I got a couple outfits, and I was very happy with them.
Simply i can say Yandy have excellent feedback and excellent stuff. When u select any items they send as it is and all items are on website. Yandy i am happy with you

I ordered 5 for $20 underwear in small, 2 bras one a 34B and one 'small' and a one size fits all faux leather teddy. I received all of my items and the free panties that come with the order within the middle of the time frame Yandy estimated for shipping. This was my first time ordering online and I was nervous but I can't seem to find lingerie I like in person and if I do find it it's super expensive. Yandy' selection was impressive, I wish I could have got more. I'll definitely order from them again. Yandy' s pricing was cheap - reasonable on every item and their sales are great. I received everything in separate babies within a lined plastic bag. This did much better than a box would have when it was out in the snow. I'm super happy with everything I got, it was in perfect condition and exactly as shown on the website.
The only recommendations I would make for service is showing the Canadian pricing instead of American for users in Canada. The one size fits all item I ordered is a little loose when adjusted to the smallest setting but definitely wearable. I'm 5'8 and 125lbs if that helps anyone. I've also left a note about sizing in tips.
Overall, if you're nervous about ordering off of Yandy; don't be. You're getting exactly what you see and the whole credit card breach was years ago from what I can see and is definitely over now.
I ordered my first item on Yandy for a upcoming event and OH MY GOSH! The bodysuit i ordered came exactly how it was described match the pictures! So CUTE and the shipping was shipped that same day and delivered to me the next day! SUPER FAST SHIPPING! Will forsure order on yandy.com again!
Quality is similar to wish, or aliexpress, but for 5x the price. All of the items look NOTHING like the photos, the quality is terrible! The only ok item was from leg avenue, because it was in a sealed package from that company, not a cheap replica knock off. And i am the type of girl who doesn't expect too much.
I shop at forever21, H and M, and do not have high expectations, i am easy to please.
I ordered 10 outfits from yandy. I had to throw away most of them. Just directly into the trash. No joke. They dont sit right on the body, the straps are flimsy, they are like the 'expectation vs reality" fails from youtubers.
I am always happy with lingerie purchases on amazon ect. I will NEVER order from yandy again. And i cannot make a paypal case because my first order from yandy was LOST in the mail and i live outside the usa right now. I spent almost $200 down the drain. I literally started crying.

I placed an order and paid $13 for "2 day shipping- Get it by 10/22". Today is 10/22 and I've yet to get a tracking number or confirmation of shipping. When I've called customer service I've got no answer. I've called 6 times now inside their normal business hours over the course of 2 days. I've also put in a help ticket and have had no response at all. Really disappointed. If you're thinking about purchasing from them I recommend saving yourself the headache and looking elsewhere.
UPDATE- received a response from Kiki... while she reimbursed the shipping she sent me a link to track my package... which was the normal spot on the website i've already looked at... and my package still has not shipped, obviously there was no checking on her end. I cant get a response to the email i sent back asking if they have any actual guarantee I will get my costume in time, or if they dont forsee that I am going to get it in time if I will be able to cancel... Their offices close and I'm assuming they plan on responding monday - not really cool seeing as I dont know whether or not to go and find a new costume this weekend. The helpline has a voicemail set up for halloween basically saying they have a lot of orders so no one will be answering the phone... I think this company is a money grab. They completely over promise and underdeliver. Again- I really do not recommend ordering from here. False advertising to have an order to someone at a date that your company can not possibly meet is a scam to me.

This website really got on my nerve today. I ordered a green corset romper for my poison ivy cosplay(I didn't feel like I could make one in time for my photoshoot date) and made sure to take my measurements before ordering. Once I received the corset the hips would not fit at all- not even close! I'm convinced the item I received is mistagged or made incorrectly. The hips should for 36-39 inches and I am a 37. Once I contacted them the customer service woman Avery had told me I obviously measured myself wrong and that if I wanted an exchange I have to pay shipping the item back to them, and shipping again for the new one plus the extra duties AGAIN! To exchange would cost me an extra 60$ no doubt. She then told me it would take a long time to do that, when I asked how long she exited the conversation leaving me even more confused. I decided to simply return the item and reorder a larger size from Amazon because I could not be bothered with them. Worst website experience I have ever had. I will not be ordering from here ever again
I found a long dress that i fell in love with. I was to attend a wedding on Saturday and ended up ordering the dress on Wednesday. To ensure I received it in time I paid an additional $20 for it to arrive Friday. When I received the dress it was in a costume sort of packaging which was alarming. Regardless I loved the color and everything about it. As I started to try it on I noticed a HUGE hole around the neck area where the dress didn't catch to the seam. I emailed the company right away. They offered to send another dress but because the wedding was out of town, I had nowhere for them to send it to. I took the damaged dress with me and paid $20 to have it fixed. I have been going back and forth with customer service because I feel I should be reimbursed the $20. I didn't even ask for anything additional. The best they offered was a $20 store credit (like I'd ever buy anything from them again) or $10 refund. Not even the full $20. I told them to keep their $ because it was obviously affecting their account. Horrible service!
Ordered a costume for a party in 10 days, which I never order from the internet (which I wont again) the costume was completely different it was more of a two piece I tried returning it and of course theres no returns on sale items (what a sale I spent $65) no one helped all they said was it was in the return policy I know It said no returns but at least get the costume right!

I ordered a size L (39-41 inch hip) because I have a 42 inch hip. They are stretchy so you can go down a size and they show a little under butt like the photo. They look exactly like the picture and are surprisingly good quality.
I got standard international shipping for 7.95, the order was supposed to arrive oct 3 to 12 (10-17 business days) but I received them today after only 6 business days!
