NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
September 12, 2025

We just got our adjustable bed frame this morning and put it together and as soon as we tried the remote, the motor broke. I found out it can't be returned to Walmart and it's a 3rd party sale. I have emailed them twice and called 9 times and left 2 voicemails today. Nobody ever answers the phone at the customer service line or the number for the "front desk". And yes, I verified I was calling during their open working hours.

Purchased a Dog Pen. Received the Item. Opened it up and it was missing items.
Wrote to customer service and at first they stated we have a rigorous quality control standard. I asked for a return shipping label and then they offered me $20 discount to keep the item. Ahhh? It was missing items. Wrote then again and finally after a week they accepted the return

Tiny product

We ordered two sets of barstools that came toddler size. It was laughable to say the least but at the price point, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Highly flexible fencing option
July 12, 2025

Worked on slanted ground, over a narrow sidewalk, it managed a transition that involved irregular stone steps, gate latches are reassuring, as is the bit of a step-over through the gate that makes the dog pause a moment before going through. HIghly recommend this product for "challenging" terrains and safety.
Tip for sliding the metal "posts" into place - try to place flat fingers (ideally two hands if you have a helper) on both sides of the panel right above the hole to direct the pole towards alignment into the hole. Remember - you may have a condition when the first hole that you drop the pole through (e.g. Panel to the right) and the 2nd hole (to attach to panel to the left) may not be vertically right next to each other, if accommodating inclined terrain - there will be a natural gap. So, once through hole on right panel, next place your fingers flattened against the gap between the two holes, while your helper directs the pole towards that second hole. Just try it -- it works.

I placed an order on June 14. I received an email stating that my order could not be delivered to a PO Box, so I replied with my street address. This is the only communication I have had with Yaheetech. I tried using their website to find out my order status, but it said the order number could not be found. Multiple calls to their "customer service" department have not been answered.

Worst customer service!
June 17, 2025

I made an online purchase on May 9. According to their policy items ship within 2 days of purchase. One week later I still hadn't received my purchase. Nor did I receive any confirmation email that the item had shipped. I submitted an online inquiry through their customer service online as to the whereabouts of my order. I never received a response. After 2 weeks I still had not received any shipping confirmation or any other response to my complaint. After 3 weeks I called the customer service number and was unable to speak to a live person. At 8:30 am there was no one available to take my call. I called 3 times that day and again the following. I got the same message each time that no one was available to take my call. I was beyond frustrated. The following day I called again. No persons available. I left another message as to the whereabouts of my order. 4 days later I received a voicemail stating if I hadn't received my order to contact an office in San Francisco. The voicemail transcription was poor and left an in complete message with an invalid contact number. After 3 weeks I contacted my bank and had the credit card purchase cancelled as I never received the item ordered. At no time did I ever receive a call from customer service about my inquiry. This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I would never order anything directly from this company. Nor would I recommend this business to anyone. It was unfortunate as the item I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the company who carries their product did not have this particular item. I received a notification email from Yaheetech about 3 weeks after contacting my bank that my order had been cancelled. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Sorry to tell you that because you left a po box address, and the carrier can not send the item to po box, so we have contacted with you about your physical address but we did not receive a response for 20 days, so we cancel the order and arrange a full refund for you. Hope you can understand

Poor return policy
April 25, 2025

I purchased a set of chairs. Bracket/support for chairs is not made well and continues to slip out of place when any weight is placed on it. Packaged/resealed and brought to UPS to return. Cost to return is $140 and Yaheetech caps their shipping returns at $30. Still have not heard back from Yaheetech on how to resolve. Never had this problem with any other company.

Cat seat broke

Totally Unsatisfactory

This entity still has not addressed my request for an opportunity to return their product or receive a refund. In the process of trying to assemble and mount this large ceramic and metal Christmas wreath that I purchased, the glitter from the wreath ended up all over my front door and my garage door. The glitter applied to this product was not sealed properly so that it continues to leak glitter everywhere. I have contacted the company with my concerns several times and have yet to get a response. I have yet to speak to a real person. I am extremely frustrated.

Damaged in shipment

Nothing is worse than getting something you need to put together and there is missing parts, hardware and a box torn open and re-taped. I contacted Yaheetech and they got back with me rapidly. I was able to take parts from an old tree to rig, I mean fix the new one. The cat tree is sturdier than I thought and my cats like it. I feel they are a reputable, honest and caring company who care about their product and customers.

Faulty product

They shipped a recliner that didnt lock into place. 1 side locked, the other didnt. Then they refused to pick it up after it was already assembled and wouldnt ship a replacement
