Don't buy from these scam artists

I placed an order on June 14. I received an email stating that my order could not be delivered to a PO Box, so I replied with my street address. This is the only communication I have had with Yaheetech. I tried using their website to find out my order status, but it said the order number could not be found. Multiple calls to their "customer service" department have not been answered.

Highly flexible fencing option
July 12, 2025

Worked on slanted ground, over a narrow sidewalk, it managed a transition that involved irregular stone steps, gate latches are reassuring, as is the bit of a step-over through the gate that makes the dog pause a moment before going through. HIghly recommend this product for "challenging" terrains and safety.
Tip for sliding the metal "posts" into place - try to place flat fingers (ideally two hands if you have a helper) on both sides of the panel right above the hole to direct the pole towards alignment into the hole. Remember - you may have a condition when the first hole that you drop the pole through (e.g. Panel to the right) and the 2nd hole (to attach to panel to the left) may not be vertically right next to each other, if accommodating inclined terrain - there will be a natural gap. So, once through hole on right panel, next place your fingers flattened against the gap between the two holes, while your helper directs the pole towards that second hole. Just try it -- it works.

Worst customer service!
June 17, 2025

I made an online purchase on May 9. According to their policy items ship within 2 days of purchase. One week later I still hadn't received my purchase. Nor did I receive any confirmation email that the item had shipped. I submitted an online inquiry through their customer service online as to the whereabouts of my order. I never received a response. After 2 weeks I still had not received any shipping confirmation or any other response to my complaint. After 3 weeks I called the customer service number and was unable to speak to a live person. At 8:30 am there was no one available to take my call. I called 3 times that day and again the following. I got the same message each time that no one was available to take my call. I was beyond frustrated. The following day I called again. No persons available. I left another message as to the whereabouts of my order. 4 days later I received a voicemail stating if I hadn't received my order to contact an office in San Francisco. The voicemail transcription was poor and left an in complete message with an invalid contact number. After 3 weeks I contacted my bank and had the credit card purchase cancelled as I never received the item ordered. At no time did I ever receive a call from customer service about my inquiry. This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I would never order anything directly from this company. Nor would I recommend this business to anyone. It was unfortunate as the item I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the company who carries their product did not have this particular item. I received a notification email from Yaheetech about 3 weeks after contacting my bank that my order had been cancelled. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Sorry to tell you that because you left a po box address, and the carrier can not send the item to po box, so we have contacted with you about your physical address but we did not receive a response for 20 days, so we cancel the order and arrange a full refund for you. Hope you can understand

Great piece!

Totally Unsatisfactory

This entity still has not addressed my request for an opportunity to return their product or receive a refund. In the process of trying to assemble and mount this large ceramic and metal Christmas wreath that I purchased, the glitter from the wreath ended up all over my front door and my garage door. The glitter applied to this product was not sealed properly so that it continues to leak glitter everywhere. I have contacted the company with my concerns several times and have yet to get a response. I have yet to speak to a real person. I am extremely frustrated.

Cat seat broke

Cat seats are not very well supported and could use large washers to secure seats to particle board to keep them from coming loose and breaking particle board.

Damaged in shipment

Nothing is worse than getting something you need to put together and there is missing parts, hardware and a box torn open and re-taped. I contacted Yaheetech and they got back with me rapidly. I was able to take parts from an old tree to rig, I mean fix the new one. The cat tree is sturdier than I thought and my cats like it. I feel they are a reputable, honest and caring company who care about their product and customers.

Love this bouncy house!

We love this bouncy house! My friend has the 4 kid Yaheetech bouncy house and loves it. We bought the 3 kid version and think it's perfect! Easy to inflate, deflate, and fold away. My 2 yr old plays in it for 2-3 hours straight, and I can even go down the slide with her (I'm 145 lbs). If it breaks in the near future, we will buy this exact same bouncy house again. We inflate it inside the house so we can enjoy the A/C. If I had to complain, I would prefer the Velcro dart board was on the inside net part, bc I think my toddler would like that more. Otherwise this bouncy house is absolutely worth the money.

Solid product

The product is really durable. There was a miss on the powder coding in a 1×1 1/2" spot which was a bummer. Dont want to be spray painting new products to avoid issues, but other than that I am saving to order another one

Solid, does creak
July 1, 2024

Used it for a month and a half so far. Solid bed frame, quite affordable. There is ample storage space beneath. Takes awhile to build because there are many parts to put together, but instructions are pretty simple. Color selection was limited (I would have preferred an antique bronze), but neutral white was acceptable. It does not creak a lot, but it is noticable in a quiet bedroom. Any suggestions to fix that would be welcome.

Regarding the color selection, we'll definitely keep your preference for an antique bronze option in mind as we continue to expand our product range. As for the creaking noise, this is often due to the natural settling of new furniture or slight imbalances in floor leveling. We recommend double-checking that all screws are tightened properly and that the frame is level. Additionally, placing furniture pads or felt pads under the legs can sometimes help reduce noise.

Loving my end table
September 27, 2021

I was looking for an end table to add to my gaming room. It had to be neutral and something that would match with various wood finishes. The height and width are as listed. End table is flushed well against the wall, so it does no stick out. The drawer is great to put away the remote controls and other items, so they are not all over the room messy. It has a nice big drawer and can fit lots of stuff. The middle part is good for the remotes and to charge the phones in a discreet manner. Then the top is great for a nice decoration. As you can see in my pictures, the top I have some gold ornaments, in the middle I have a mid to dark wooden tray and my floors are natural wood. I am loving the contrast of the different wood finishes and accent gold tones with its gray finish.

The setup was easy. I built it myself in under an hour; all tools are included. Just follow the instructions and you are good to go. Material is well made, and it is great for the price.

Not Happy

My Gazebo didn't last 24 hrs, Light wind blew it down and the gazebo was thrown in garbage. I'm very disappointed $200 down the drain because NO ONE from this company has contacted me after leaving messages. I don't have money to throw away. Please don't waste your time purchasing
