I love this site. I started on one player and couldn't get off it. 2 Hours later my battery died! I highly recommend.

I returned my 4th stick due. Each had imperfections (scuffs, pin holes, signs of trial use). Refund side was fine, the guy on customer services was rude, showed zero care and his attitude was of a cocky teenager. Buy elsewhere!

It's been one hell of a process to get ice skates. It's now took 4, that's right! 4 try's for total hockey to order my skates. As of right now I still don't have them and now may miss sign ups. Thanks total hockey.

Ordered a jersey paid for express shipping to Canada approx. $30. It was supposed to arrive in 4-10 business days. It's been over 4weeks and still no jersey. I also emailed them to try and track it down and have gotten no response. That was a couple days ago. Also, they do not have a contact number so you are not able to speak directly with anyone. I would advise anyone to stay away from this site.

Ordered back in November a Chicago Blackhawks Priemier Red Jersey Jonathan Toews with a Captains patch on the front for $169.00. When I received it it wasn't even the jersey that I ordered It was a white number 81 jersey. So I sent that one back then they send me a white Toews Jersey with a Assistant patch on it which I told them it was wrong the one rep told me to keep it and she would give me 33% back on my order I told her know I want what I ordered sent that one back. Needless to say it is now February and after sending so many wrong ones back I finally received a Red one but it also had an Assistant patch on it. They tell me to leave a comment on the website and they will get back to me with in one business day I have emailed them 5 times and still never heard from them. One phone rep told me I just have to be patient. I keep telling them that this was a Christmas present for my son and basically he still never received it and a $169.00 dollars is a lot of money. They keep telling me that someone from the warehouse that they deal with in Ohio is going to contact me. About this matter but that has never happened either.

My wife ordered a nyr jersey on this site on 12/4/2015. Did not receive an order confirmation, but the money was collected the very next day by a chinese company called wild panther garment. She didn't know about this until it was too late. The only way to contact them is by emailing their " customer service " site but you never get an answer. DO NOT order from this company, it is a scam!

8 days ago I ordered a jersey. The website says fast shipping etc. Upon ordering I received a "confirmation" number, and like other online sites, expected an email saying "thank you for your order" and yet, nothing. I waited 2 days then contacted them. The 3rd day I received an email asking ME to confirm the details of my order, and then it said once I did that, the order would be shipped. I completed the confirmation, and again, another 2 days and nothing until I contacted them. When that email came, it said my item would be shipped. I called the U.S.A. phone # on their website several times but always got a "busy" signal, never a person! Well, yesterday, day 7, I again contacted them and they informed me my order had been in fact, already shipped, and gave a tracking #. Upon entering it in to see when it shipped and when to expect it, it said that tracking # could not be found. I waited again until today, and NOW it says "item was received for shipping IN CHINA"! No other details, so God only knows how long that will take to arrive, probably NOT in time for Christmas. What irritates me is they charged $19.99 and initially the night I ordered, it only gave 1 shipping option, and said "expedited" shipping. I surmised it must be Priority mail or Fed Ex, but now realize it most likely isn't either of those, but snail mail from China. Websites should be required to STATE CLEARLY if the item is located in the USA or overseas! Now I'm stuck waiting and would NEVER advise anyone to order from them!
