I placed an order on 1/22/14 and receive an email confirmation. A week later no tracking number. When I tried to contact them, there is no phone number listed on the website or anywhere on Google, Whois, or the internet. I tried contacting customer service using their website and the forms do not work!!! Either you are prompted to enter info into a field that does not exist OR the CAPCHA code which is pretty easy to read doesn't work--repeatedly fails.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR...NO or NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLOW TO MAIL IF AT ALL, AND NO RESPONSE!!!!
Ordered a jersey paid for express shipping to Canada approx. $30. It was supposed to arrive in 4-10 business days. It's been over 4weeks and still no jersey. I also emailed them to try and track it down and have gotten no response. That was a couple days ago. Also, they do not have a contact number so you are not able to speak directly with anyone. I would advise anyone to stay away from this site.
it honestly has bad service. ordered a jersey for express shipping (20$, over night) didnt get the jersey.its been 10 days. missed it for the game.they sent wrong jersey. i got an email saying that they sent me wrong jersey and asked me when i needed my original jersey by? well when you order for express your suppose to get jersey asap. but nope they ask me when i need it. still no jersey yet. didnt even get refund. i sent email asking on the current status of it. still havent gotten reply, its been 2 days.
