Never can get anyone on the phone- they make you do everything in the app such as canceling an account and still get billed months later. Piss poor company- would rather go back to stone ages than use their services again
I constanty waste time accessing my email service. Loads slower than a turtle and is always buggy. Pay $160 per month but have no choice cause they are a monopoly. Fat cats get rich while us peons have to deal with lousy service. You would think they could hire some smart tech guys with all the billions they make. Avoid Comcast if you can.
Not only is the "service" very bad, but they also train their customers non-service to lie, cheat, stall and deliver the worst service in the history of customer service. They demand that we use the app and that's a joke. Very seldom works and if it ever does, it sends you in circles purposely trying to upset you so you'll either become hostile or give up trying to resolve an issue with their worthless "service". I am ACP qualified and they treat me like I'm a burden and a problem child. Xfinity, previously continental Cablevision, has been a sore on the arse of the consumer for decades. My "service" drops repeatedly 24 hours a day or night. They won't get another penny from me until they fix this bs non-service. I'm looking forward to a day when there is no Comcast. In southwest FL after hurricane ian there are no progress reports or an eta or any kind of explanation being given to customers as to what is taking them so long to restore the services they are still billing us for. They could have been up front and honest but chose not to. Total dirtbags.
Nobody is available, nobody will talk to you. At the store guys are clueless, don't know what to do or how to help. If finally after waiting for 30 min, you get a chance to talk to representatives, they hang up on you, so you start all over. Terrible service, we are switching to another company
No connection or cable. Appointment was cancelled last minute. They wanted me to wait 10 days for a tech and after I called and spoke with customer service the issue still wasn't revolved. So now I'm stuck with equipment that doesn't work. I would rate no stars if it was available but I knew better than to use Xfinity.
Xfinity said there'd be "intermittent" outages "for two hours" while they "upgrade fiber optics." Two days later, still crap internet. No ETA in sight. My partner is now unemployed after almost two full days without reliable service. Useless.

Are bill started at $50 month for Wi-Fi. Then kept going up all the way to $160. On top of that would have outages all the time. Customer service sucks. I don't recommend y'all to anyone as well will never use y'all again.
Xfinity is probably the most painful service I have ever dealt with. Their automated system is virtually impassible. Good luck trying to speak to a live person. Every encounter (and there are many) is at least an hour long adventure. Typically once I finally do reach a live person, they seem helpful, but the service is never appropriately corrected requiring me to go through the whole process all over again. Their free Xfinity Wi-Fi is worthless. In fact, it creates more work because whenever my phone selects Xfinity Wi-Fi, I will not get any service. I have to shut off my Wi-Fi so I can go back to cellular data. It's hard to express the number of hours. I will never get back. So happy to finally dump them and go onto a different surface. Any service would be better.
The service sucks, it freezes all the time and you are never able to talk to an agent. If you sign onto your online account and your contract is coming to an end they will deactivate everything and you won't be able to send them an email message either. They want you to pay the regular price after the promotion. They are very sneaky. I think I am done with them. AT&T works better in my area anyway. Stay far away from Xfinity.
Frequent unannounced multi hour/day outages. Forget about talking to a human in 'customer service'. I work remotely and depend on reliable internet service and that's not happening with xfinity/comcast. We go hours without any internet/cable service and there's no credit on our bill for services not rendered. Not to mention having to use my cell as a hotspot so I can keep working. This amounts to an increase in my data usage and more out of pocket costs. AT&T is laying fiber in our neighborhood and TMobile now has wireless internet available so going to check them out for what I hope will be better service.
I have been customer for 15 years always renewed each years after they do paper less and I'm still asking Paper is for me to track the bills,even I pay more $5 for paper,still never bills come to house.
Today I call for because no service in my house.
I renewed my account by calling on January 2023 my promotion end on march so is good but today they say renewal is NOT successful made. I need to paid the balance of $180 for month march,April and June.
My bills was $65.00 monthly since the promotion end is went up for $93.00 monthly so I have balance I have to paid for $190.00.I explain they agent and manager what is going on,they not helping at all.

Xfinity charges for quicker internet speeds but don't provide them. Their billing system is a total nightmare. I was charged by them on my credit card, and for some unknown reason they issued a refund to someone else's credit card. Claimed I did something wrong on their APP that caused it, I don't Use their APP. Why are internet providers allowed to be a monopoly?
Monopoly. Price increase 125% in 2 months! They said it is a permanent fee 29/mo. Then they made it 44. The next month 70. It is impossible almost to get billing customer service. All is auto. Very cruel people. No body is above them. No competition. In this corona time they do this.
I have been having issues with my WiFi disconnecting at least 4 times a day. When you call, you have to go through a mind numbing computer voice. Almost impossible to get to speak with a person. They tell you they will do a health check or unplug and plug back in. One time I finally got through to someone, Marvin. He was going to send me a new device, but his computer went down, so could not finish the process. He said I have to call you back. I asked for his number, and he said no I will call you. It has been two days and he has not called.
I'm am tired of the problems the dvr x1 has. Always... just about every day. Especially at night. And then the system reboots itself anytime and most definitely during my favorite shows. It's been out long enough. Fix the problems asap or I'm going to be asking. For compensation immediately
