I order a mermaid blanket, shipped out November 19,2016, haven't got it yet, says its still in china and tracking hasn't been updated since Dec. 5/16. They say they can't help me until January 19/17 then they will help me. Apparently it won't be here for Christmas and I am sure they can see it hasn't gone anywhere. Really don't want now, I have ordered elsewhere, just want my refund. Whats the sense of a tracking # when they can't track it?

My order is over 1 week late and Ive only received one out of five of my orders. And I understand that shipping can be difficult so Im not mad about how late they are. But on the front of the package it includes my phone number which worries me because it has all my information on it (my address, full name & phone number). Because of that I definitely wont be ordering from there again. Their prices may be good but I do not want to be ordering from a place that shows my phone number on the package.

As soon as I ordered from here, I read the reviews and I was a little hesitant on the order I just paid for. I paid for the 10-24 (I think?) weekday shipping on December 23 and it arrived here on New Years. I ordered 4 different swimsuits and one dress. The swimsuits looked just as good as they looked in the photos and they fit, except for one which had been a "one size fits" all swimsuit. So pretty happy about that. I also ordered a dress which resembles a poncho more than an actual dress which I wish I didn't order. But overall, the stitching was really good considering I had ordered almost all knitted bikinis and nothing was coming off.
This site is a scam! I signed up and now I'm on an email list I can't get out of, they sent me a coupon code that "doesn't apply" because of a promotion lol are you kidding? I added two dresses to my cart and at first I thought I would be getting a deal but then they hit you with $10-$25+ for shipping! The site looks nice but something smelled fishy to me. I will just go to Forever21 and pay a little more. Don't get scammed! I don't think anything good can come from ordering from Trendsgal.

Trendsgal is a great online store! Everything is affordable and cute. I recommend buying a size up and really paying attention to the size guide. Shipping is reasonable too.
Okay so first time buying a bathing suit online and all of the negative reviews almost stopped me from doing it! Long story short I paid for a shipping number which was dumb and it only took about a week and a half to get here! It ran very small but overall the bathing suit is nice!
I ordered 8 items from trendsgal.com and spent a total of $45. I was very pleased with almost all of the products that I ordered and received my shipment within 10 days. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future!
I ordered 3 pairs of boots. 2 brown 1 black. I ordered them all on December 7th and only received the 2 brown at the end of december. When i questioned the black pair of boots I was told it was a splot package and the 2nd package was sent oit December 20th 2016. Its February 8,2017 and I still havent rec'd my boots. I will NEVER order from them again. Such a rip off! Then they had the audacity to tell me to verify my address with them... ummm no the address is valid... but they want me to be patient because of the chinese New Year.

At first I was suspicious about new sites I find online, but this site fulfill my expectations with professional attitude towards customers, low prices and sales, and variety of different products for everyone. Ive ordered a couple things without any problems. Sure it takes a while for you to get your items but different shipping speeds equals lesser time. I don't mind shopping with them because there clothes are better quality than most sites Ive shopped on including shin etc. I visit every few months because they have something different that sparks my interest. I cant complain about shipping because they are coming from china.....

Last spring had horrible experience with trendsgal they are the worst website to buy anything from. Took several months to receive my stuff. The tracking system is fake. Im happy to see others are reading our reviews and moving on to honest and customer friendly websites instead of trendsgal. By the way by the time I received the cheaply made clothes, the sizes are not right. Bought 5 shirts now use them all as rags for around the house! I hesitantly ordered after having read reviews but figured that for the price (SO cheap) if things went pear-shaped I was really not that out of pocket.
Received order confirmation but never received any tracking email. My top arrived within a fortnight (to Brisbane) and it's absolutely fine. Better quality than I was anticipating and even a bit too big as I ordered a size up than I normally would. Still wearable though!

So far I have had a phenomenal experience using TrendsGal. I have ordered a few items from their site and can see my self buying more in the foreseeable future. From clothing to jewelry bedding or bath they have a little something for every one do to the wide rang of styles. The shipping is some what timely taking between the listed time to around four plus days. But with that being said, each time I have receive my items they have arrived in pristine condition. So a little more time spent on receiving my package intact is not that bad of a trade of. The only draw back of TrendsGal is the fact that most of their clothing do tend to run small. So it is wise to size up 1-3 sizes or go off of the provided measurements to assure a proper fit. Over all I feel that TrendsGal has a wide range of items and styles for an amazing deal.

Trendgal said it was delivered, and someone picked it up. However, there was nothing at my door, or in the apartment office. It was never delivered no one answered the phone, have emailed 3 times, and they said they can't go anything because it a USPS issues. However, the tracking number doesn't even work for the USPS. SO unfortunate. I really wanted. H items. I either want my refund or my wig.

I purchased 2 items and chose expedited shipping (7 business days). I still haven't received any items after 7 days and no update from them. I contacted customer service, and they said the products have been shipped. No idea where the items are or when they'll be delivered. No further answers from customer service when I asked for up to date tracking information. I'm about to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

I spent almost $700.00 and it went through my bank. They asked for my divers license and copy of the card I used for verification of payment. Last night they emailed me and said it wasn't going to be approved and for me to western union them money. They still have $700.00 of mine. I am so angry what kind of company does this. Never again will I buy or recommend anyone to buy anything from Trendgals. Thank goodness I only purchase one item about a month ago and I still have not received it. I've gotten an email that gave me my supposed order information and tracking info but when I would look to see if I could track my item it doesn't even show me anything regarding what I have purchased. I've been on the site to try to contact this company by phone and still got nothing. Really think they are a scam.
