Phone calls and texts did not work. There was an extreme lack of communication until I typed a review. After that, I received contact within 2 hours. They apologized for their lateness and quickly got my paperwork and marketing packages sent out. Thanks to Howard Chow and Jaeyoung Chon for their efforts.

These guys know their stuff! I have used other patent firms previously and that afforded me the confidence to know TTP is leaps and bounds ahead of the game. They actually seem to care as opposed to just being the obligatory paper-filler-outer that is needed to file patents. They discussed all the options with me and made sure we were not just on the same page, but that the patent was as strong as it could be. I am thrilled I decided to use TTP for my process. I first approached Thoughts to Paper to understand how to file a patent and see if they could help me navigate the process. A year later I have obtained a provisional patent and just filed for my first utility patent. I couldn't have done it without them. I will definitely be using them for my next big idea and recommend them to anyone who is interested in obtaining a patent, especially if you do not have any experience.

Mark Pang always replies to my emails promptly. When I made phone calls to their office, their staff was highly professional and accommodating. The final result of their work for me was meticulous and well formatted.

Everything started very well and i was pleased. I paid for each service they offered to me even the fast trac system for additional fees that was approved by the us patent office so i wouldn't have to wait 12 months. Patent examiner rejected my utility patent why offer that service if your going to automatically get rejected. That was a waste money. So i paid additional fees to appeal the patent that almost 2 months i havent heard back from Howard or jay. I have sent emails with no response. I tried to look up the patent pending application on the us patent website and it doesn't exist or even give a patent pending status. It has cost me everything i have to trust this firm i live low income and i am disabled since birth so gathering funds was very difficult. I guess we will wait and see. It's hard to trust people from another state.

This is the second time we've used Thoughts to Paper. The entire process is always very streamlined and professional. They also balance all of this by being very committed to your project, easy to talk to, and can explain and answer questions and concerns so you can get the best protection possible.
We wouldn't use anyone else.
