JoJo is the best. I'm thinking that it is going to be an issue to discontinue services and be reimbursed for charges. NO, that's where JoJo steps in with a bright pleasant smile (yes, vivacious enough I can see her smile thru the phone) and reverses charges gives me all my money back and THEN proceeds to enroll me in a monthly subscription when "I thought I wanted out". I was having difficult processing my lease on computer made a call for some help to rocket lawyer what outstanding service I received from Justin I took his time I'm hearing impaired. I was having difficulty with answering some of the questions he was so helpful and patient and spent like 45 minutes with me it was just a pleasure to have someone assist you like that I think everybody should look into using rocket lawyer and see if it's the right mechanism for them because they're really trying to help people without reaching out to deep pockets

I had an issue with being charged for membership even though it was covered via my Hemlane membership. My experience with Rocket Lawyer has been very good. The deed forms that I used were easy to use and well done. I suggest the following changes to the form. 1) Change the "Mail Tax Statements To" info to show somewhere else on the the form instead of creating a blank page with only the mailing info. 2) Add an "Additional Provisions" section. (3) The Grantor Acknowledgement page spacing for signature lines needs to larger to accommodate normal size writing and signatures.
I will use Rocket Lawyer for any future legal items.

After having set up my LLC through Legal Zoom in 2015, I was ready to add my two friends who have helped get to where we are now in late 2017. I wanted to get a clear agreement on what we had been discussing for years, and was able to do so at moments notice through Rocket Lawyer. I even foolishly left out one of the three signature slots and got a fix on the phone within minutes, and we are all signed and ready to start 2018 off with a bang. Will probably pick up a membership soon, so all the legal questions that come up can be handled with confidence.

I have used Rocket Lawyer on and off for years. I've never found the need to try another search method. On inquiries about specific topics, there are attorney relationships with Rocket Lawyer which result in quick responses and lots of good information. I also use this site for document production. My experience with calling for the infrequent membership change has been very positive.

Grace understood immediately my issue with billing (being double billed) and corrected the error. She issued the appropriate refund and emphasized (twice) that it might not appear on my credit card statement for 7-10 days. She was quite thoughtful and professional, and I would give her an A+ for how she handled my call.

I was looking for a Rental lease in Florida. Something short but detailed for one year. After looking around about I found Rocket Lawyer. The site is inviting and pretty easy to understand. There were several options from basic to extensively detailed. The laws and regulations for Florida were auto included which is nice. I selected a basic lease and the 7 day trial period because this is our first time we wanted something easy. I just had to remember to cancel within the time period. The representative I spoke to was very kind, professional and informative. She didn't try to pressure me to keep the service although there is a pretty good' downgrade' offer for minimal dollars if I thought I'd have questions and could get legal help if needed. I declined as this is my first time and we wanted a lease to get started. While on the phone with the Representative, there is a wealth of information in icon style which I thought looked nice and I will probably come back and utilize. From my call in to call end it was quick and friendly. I appreciate Rocket Lawyer for the lease, wealth of information on the website which isn't crammed in your face and Awesome Representative for kindness, professional and knowledge of the products offered.

Rocket is a great service that allows you to create all sorts of documents for printing/saving. It's a great self-service tool and saves me a ton of money on things that I don't really need an attorney for.

I totally forgot I signed up for a free trial and apparently have been paying for this for 3 months 🤦🏼😅 I realized it when I got charged today and called to request a refund. JoJo helped me out and was able to get 2 months refunded back to me! Yay! So since I never actually used it I don't know if it's good or not, but the customer service was awesome! Thanks JoJo!

I have used rocket lawyer for the last few years. Every document i have made has been correct, accepted by legal entities and the site is very user friendly as far as making documents.
I have not been on the site for a few months and had trouble logging in(should mention here that i have zero tech natural ability-i'm an old boomer, slow typer and a luddite to boot
I choose the chat version in the help section-
McKenna was the person that assisted me-her kindness, patience, understanding and her willingness to muddle through my non-tech vocabulary was amazing.
