Plastic Multifunction Fruit Peeler & Grater Excellent kitchen tool. Very helpful and easy for use. Its a quality product for great low price. My review is very simple where's my 4 Smartwatches I ordered last December 16,2022. Why until now I didn't receive yet? It's paid already,but always said waits for blah blah days and Christmas finished, New Year finished, Valentine's day finished now soon to March but nothing just likes gone in the wind. Can you just deliver my ordered please,before I will complaints to consumers rights. You already took the payments but even a Shadow of my 4 smartwatches I haven't seen it.

This was my first time buying from company and will be my last time buying from them. 11 days already that package has been in progress. Tracking never updates, so can't get accurate tracking details. It's supposedly coming from Illinois, so why it would take that long to get to Texas is just ridiculous. There's no customer support to get in touch with, although I did find a form to fill out, so no clue how long it will take to get back to me. Not sure how to even get a refund since there's no actual customer service. Do not recommend this site.

I ordered an item and I accidentally forgot to put in a coupon code, I cancelled the order soon after before it was shipped. I went through the cancellation process, at the end they had said "customer service will reply within 1 working day." I cancelled it on the 5th, it is now the 8th with no reply. I'd like to know the status of the refund, since the cancellation was made soon after I assume I should get a full refund as of your policy.

I took a chance an ordered a few shirts. The sizing is not even remotely close within several inches for the garment being to small. The website claims to accept returns but does not work. The website does not perform any function of Customer Service and does not allow contacting the company. Actually, the website is dysfunctional for everything except taking your money. There is no phone number and the company does not seem to operate in the US. Save your money and buy from a better retailer.

The company's' website is a disaster and should be taken down.

Ordered two shirts for my brothers birthday. Shirts were cut poorly and not wearable. I paid $50 for shirts + shipping. Their return policy said i could only return them to China for a full refund after 2-3 months and shipping was over $40 to do that. Or i could get 15% of my purchase price back, but not the shipping i paid in the first place, so 15% was about $14...so basically i lost $36 on the deal.

All advertised clothing sizes on this site are way off. And when you try to return the non-fitting item, you're informed that you must send it to China and wait 30-60 days for a refund. By the way, the high cost of sending items back to China are... you guessed it -- on you. Of course, this flim-flam company offers an alternative: they'll pay you 10% to shut up and go away. Save your money and your dignity. Don't get hoodwinked by these scam artists.

I ordered a brass shelf from this website, however, it did not provide the full dimensions and the depth of the shelf ended up being way deeper than the pictures made it appear. On the day I received the product, I requested a return as I knew it would not fit the space I needed. Instead of providing me with the steps to return, they stated that because it is categorized as a "bathroom accessory" it is not eligible for a refund/return. They referenced their return policy, which is poorly written and very confusing, and not something that was referenced during the point of purchase. There was never a notice stating this was a final sale item or that it could not be returned. So now I'm stuck with a $80 shelf that I cannot use and a bad taste in my mouth from this pathetic company.

Don't buy from this company they charged me for the product (scarf) and for the delivery and the item was never delivered. They then said that I will need to pay for delivery charge again if I wanted the product to be sent out to me again. Stay away from buying anything from them.

The dress I received was of horrible material, the hem was not even finished, the cuffs were not finished. They sent me the dress from an address in the USA, when I went to try to return it, they told me I had to pay shipping all the way to China or they would give me 20% of the cost of the dress, and let me keep it, I wish I would've known these items. Come from China, I would never have bought it.

It was a nightmare to get this dress, plus their coupons that do not exist. I ordered the cutest dress What I received was a shell of a dress. It was all faded and not even a dress material. More like plastic mixed with polyester. It is like a faded baggy apron. It is not a dress. It is huge also No shape. How can they get away with this. I tried to add a picture, but it would not let me.

I would not even purchase from them. Horrible experience. They are not even worth a 1. I wish this would have let me post a picture. The dress is so bad.

See the shoes photos after less than 8 hour use. They are still selling it. It was sold before on LightInthebox and now on this site (probably a parent company). LightInthebox would not refund. I do not need their money anymore but want to make sure that people know that this company is a SCAM.

Was ordering a waterhose to our small restaurants toilet. It said 3-5 days of order, but after 10 days they still havnt send it.
When I try to contact them they dont reply.
When i want to cancel the order when want to keep 50% of the money.
200 euro. And they havnt even send it.
Its a scam and fraud.
Buy here if you want to get ripped off.

I ordered a men's vest from Mini In The Box. I normally take a size XXL, but always order my vest a size larger (XXXL) so I can wear a sweatshirt under them. The vest I ordered from Mini In The Box says XXXL on it, but it is so small there is a 4 to 5 inch gap between the zippers when I put it on.
I have several vest in XXXL from different U.S. stores, all fit me loose with plenty of room to wear a heavy sweatshirt under them.
I will never order anything from Mini In The Box again. There products are not as advertised!

Tip for consumers:
The size they sent is not the size it claims to be, it's a LOT smaller. The vest I ordered says it's a size XXXL, but it's more like a men's medium, or large at very best. Now they want me to pay for shipping it back to them, when they are the ones who lied about the size.
I have multiple men's vest in XXXL that I purchased from U.S. Stores. I take a size XXL, but always buy my vest one size bigger so I can wear a sweatshirt under them. All my other vest fix perfect.

None. The vest I ordered is so small it's not usable!

I bought a watch for my son and I have been trying to get it to work for 3 months now. Have written to customer service but the responses I get are not in relation to the question. Have asked the product to be refunded and have not heard for a month now. Tried the password recovery process and have not received the email for 2 weeks. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this site to anyone. I cannot show proof of purchase as I cannot login to my account. Another ploy to avoid the issue... I wonder.

I ordered in November 2022 I am still being mislead by this dodgy company! After so many request for my order or my money returned all I get are promises that they are giving me a refund, I will never use mininthebox ever again

As always, a friend of our family did not contact me before they decided to make another great purchase. So they went on this website (I don't know how they found it), and they decided to order some kind of pressure washer thing. Of course, they picked something over 100$ for their first purchase from an unknown online website, but hey.

The item arrived (at least, that is something!), but it's completely broken. Like not from shipping, the water is just pouring everywhere inside the machine. Even the battery got wet and the thing became unusable after a brief test.

Worry not they thought, they went on the website and filled out a ticket about it. Pressed the button aaand nothing happened. Must be a fluke they thought. Still nothing. So they contacted me, I learned their story, and checked what is happening.

The website feels completely broken. By default, the page's code is broken, so your browser is not even submitting a ticket at all (due to CORS violation, the ticket creation is tied to LightInTheBox site, which is simply not allowed in any browser. You can't just throw data left and right and get away with it.)

So I got around that by enabling these CORS violations (be very careful, these restrictions exist for a reason!) in the browser. And... nothing. The ticket submission now happens, there is no fault during the process, and yet, nothing changed. No email, no interface to show that anything happened.

And so they are stuck now. Overall, I would not recommend using this site. I mean, blunders happen over other competitors too, but at least I can open a ticket there, show proof and get my money back, no biggie. But here? I mean the site is just broken and they are selling goods? It's mildly annoying I would say.

I ordered a couple of toys from the mini on the box. The delivery was ok, although it took twice the advertised time. But the items arrived in an awful shape, torn, crampled boxes, broken electric lamp, probably even used! Moreover, the items were not priced super cheap but looked like total garbage. Skip those fake traders and order somewhere else!
