I bought a watch for my son and I have been trying to get it to work for 3 months now. Have written to customer service but the responses I get are not in relation to the question. Have asked the product to be refunded and have not heard for a month now. Tried the password recovery process and have not received the email for 2 weeks. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this site to anyone. I cannot show proof of purchase as I cannot login to my account. Another ploy to avoid the issue... I wonder.
