It took over a month to receive my jersies. The jersies are NOT genuine. A mens large fit like a nightgown as they "make" their own jersies. Save your money! Asked for a partial refund to get the jersies hemmed and all "Dana" says is how bout a free gift with your next order. There will NOT be a next order and I hope everyone stays away from this worthless online scam of a store. In the picture attached, the white jersey is what I received. Half of it is mesh the other half isn't. They sewed pieces of fabric together to make the jersey. Look how long it is compared to the genuine green Nike one I have that is an actual mens large. Do yourself a favor and do NOT order from them.

I see alot of people $#*!ing about customer service. They are infact in China and there is a language barrier, maybe if you white mother $#*!ers didn't expect everyone to speak English and lick your $#*!s clean for you, you'd realize inflection and context differ from culture to culture. ANYWAY, this is the only place I order my jerseys and hoodies from. Every jersey has had the authentic tags on them as they do when I've ordered from the league shops. Tracking can take a while as they use China Post. I've gotten every piece I've ordered except 1 within 2 and a half weeks and I've lived in 2 different states. The last hoodie I ordered was a New York Rangers Mark Messier hoodie which took a month. If you pay thru pay pal they will investigate, not only did I recieve my hoodie but I was given a full refund for the delay. All logos are stitched not glued. I saw someone $#*!ing about that, why would you want it glued when that $#*! peels off. I have ordered a total of 12 pieces from this site and they are the exact same thing you find in the NFL,MLB,NBA, and NHL shops just cheaper and before the tax mark ups. The problem alot of you are having is you're expecting speedy delivery and blaming customer service on people who's second language is English assuming because they aren't white or english speaking that they're being rude. The site is fine if you'd like to shell out 300$ on a jersey to get it in a week go ahead. But I've been using this site since 2018 and have only ever had 1 issue

Bought a Newcastle United shirt for my daughter, for Christmas. It looks totally genuine, that is until you compare it with one from the official Newcastle United store. The differences are phenomenal when you look closely. Plus the sponsor logos are peeling off, as is the personalised name and number we had applied after purchase. The material is totally different to the genuine shirt too. Don't buy from these people. It's worth the extra to buy the original shirt.

Stopped answering emails about shipping. DO NOT BUY! Total Scam! Took my money and stopped answering emails. Garbage company!

Sent the wrong jersey and would only refund $20.00 of a $70.00. Our credit card gave a full refund. Run away from this company.

Looks like my experience was similar to others - horrible. I wish I reviewed the reviews for Custom Throwback Jerseys before ordering from them.

Like many others, what I thought I ordered was not what arrived, and when I tried on several occasions (phone and email) to remedy the situation they never replied.

I took the logical next steps and reported the situation to my credit company. It was only after that they reached out asking "wft?", to which my cc said to not engage.

Now they are able to reach out to me constantly (wow, so their email does work!) but with this (one example of many):
"Your bank has already refunded your payment so the jersey does not belong to you anymore.
You now have to return our jersey to the address we provided you ASAP.
If you do not provide tracking info by this Friday, we will begin legal proceedings against you.
CTJ"
AND
"At this point who cares what your issue(s) is... JUST RETURN OUR JERSEY"

Never buy off this website. They scammed me $62 and I never received my jersey. They will stop answering to your emails once you call them out for not delivering a product. Please save yourself and do not buy

Scammers took my money... of course... BUT its been over a Month and still NOTHING... do NOT buy from them...

It took forever to arrive with the continued excuse of Due to the British Columbia fires... When it did arrive it was fake. The jersey has no NBA tags, and everything is embroidered not stamped. Money wasted.

Jerseys took a little longer then expected so I reached out via email and was contacted immediately by Dana. Dana checked into my order, got back to me right away with updates. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered from these guys. Haven't receive pkg, no response from anyone. I've emailed several times, asked for refund but nothing yet. Been near 2 months. Customer service and shipping sucks with these guys! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I ordered 2 N. O. Saints jerseys for me & my son because they were cheap. I can't afford the ones in the mall. Finally got them. Everybody knows the Saints colors are black & gold. These were black & brown. Dude, I'm talking Cleveland browns brown. I complained on their site & never received a reply. The address's listed are fake. The display on their site shows the correct colors, but the ones I got were just made wrong. I'm gonna wear it Sunday to the Saints party with a sign "made in china & I saved a bunch".

Okay first things first, yes I received my jersey. I ordered it in January and only just received it yesterday (May). That doesn't bother me so much as I understand there is a huge global delay with the current pandemic. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because my tracking number did not work which is when I started thinking it was a scam. Please fix that. Anyway, I am planning to buy another jersey from these guys as it is quite good quality. Thanks

I ordered a women's small jersey but received a small kids jersey. Tried on several occasions to remedy the situation it they make you think that it's you're problem for their error.

DO NOT ORDER from these scam artists. This is the sorry response I received.
