I would not recommend ordering from this company. I ordered three jerseys for Christmas presents Dec 5,2010 and the site indicated "fast shipping" via EMS/USPS for $19 and "usually shipped within 24 hours". The jerseys were not shipped until Dec 19 and disappeared in China Dec 20. It is impossible to talk to customer service, but I did receive two e-mail responses (one Dec 18 stating the tracking information, another January 5 stating that they only shipped two of the three jerseys that I ordered and paid for, but that I could request a refund when I received the other jerseys). After several weeks with no jerseys, I requested another shipment or a refund, but I received no further response.

Thankfully I did receive a full refund via PayPal, but it takes three weeks from the date they are shipped to get a refund on overseas shipments. (I started the claim in mid December when I was unable to contact customer service.)

The sizing is WAY OFF and I am not able to get a refund. You get what you pay for, all there is to it. If you stand by your product and the customer is not happy, a refund should always be acceptable if the tags are still on, it's packaged the same way and sent back in within days after receiving. Why not? Now I have a jersey that should be a women's xxl that some 8yr olds couldn't even wear. Amazon is always the best option. Don't buy from Pakd unless you are tiny. If you are, size up many sizes and be sure to measure several times to confirm or else you're stuck with a product and without a refund. Oh! And don't pay the extra $ to get it shipped quicker! I did and let's just say... it didn't happen!

I ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas. I got a confirmation for the order. I thought that it was strange that I did not get an email confirmation/thank you for the order. So I contacted them to be sure that the order went through (multiple times) and got no response. I called my credit card company to see if I was charged and I was but for a higher amount. The charge was from Szabldzkj (China). My credit card company reversed the charge.

Sent the wrong jersey and would only refund $20.00 of a $70.00. Our credit card gave a full refund. Run away from this company.

Hi guys i have ordered from this site and have got squat in the mail, the tracking number shows it being processed and just stoped showing any updates since the 17th of dec its the 28th i called usps and they told me to contact them so they can contact usps in china they told me at usps that it isnt normal for it to take so long. I called and called and called and e-mailed and still nothing no answer from jerseys-onlinestore.com i spent $320 dollars. Im gonna call pay pal to see if i can get money back. Their customer service dosent exist.

Stopped answering emails about shipping. DO NOT BUY! Total Scam! Took my money and stopped answering emails. Garbage company!

I ordered two jerseys. They didn't have one of the jerseys I ordered in stock, this should be shown on their site before I could even place the order. Their customer service person was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Debbie asked me to provide two other options instead of the out-of-stocked jersey. I provided two more options. Debbie then requested that I give more options to somehow speed it up. I explained that it was a gift and I wasn't interested in any other options and if you couldn't provide, I'd like a refund, seeing as I'm not getting what I wanted. She replied, "refunds wil be a huge pain. Can you send me some more options to speed up complete your order?" Are you kidding me? This person is awful. I replied that I want a full refund. After stalling me and trying to appease me with a keychain I had enough. I filled out forms from the authorities and that was when they finally offered a refund but not a full one. It took so many emails just to get %85 of my money back and no product, apology or anything to show. DO NOT buy anything from here. Complete scam.
