I see alot of people $#*!ing about customer service. They are infact in China and there is a language barrier, maybe if you white mother $#*!ers didn't expect everyone to speak English and lick your $#*!s clean for you, you'd realize inflection and context differ from culture to culture. ANYWAY, this is the only place I order my jerseys and hoodies from. Every jersey has had the authentic tags on them as they do when I've ordered from the league shops. Tracking can take a while as they use China Post. I've gotten every piece I've ordered except 1 within 2 and a half weeks and I've lived in 2 different states. The last hoodie I ordered was a New York Rangers Mark Messier hoodie which took a month. If you pay thru pay pal they will investigate, not only did I recieve my hoodie but I was given a full refund for the delay. All logos are stitched not glued. I saw someone $#*!ing about that, why would you want it glued when that $#*! peels off. I have ordered a total of 12 pieces from this site and they are the exact same thing you find in the NFL,MLB,NBA, and NHL shops just cheaper and before the tax mark ups. The problem alot of you are having is you're expecting speedy delivery and blaming customer service on people who's second language is English assuming because they aren't white or english speaking that they're being rude. The site is fine if you'd like to shell out 300$ on a jersey to get it in a week go ahead. But I've been using this site since 2018 and have only ever had 1 issue

Pakd Store / VT Jerseys has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I contacted them before my order shipped as it was clear the it was not going to be delivered in time (ordered 10 days earlier and still not shipped) and asked to cancel order. They stalled communication so they could create a DHL shipping label. Three days later the package still had not been picked up, I called DHL and they told me that a shipping label had been created but not scheduled for a pick up, if it had it would have been picked up the same day. More communication, more delay and they start insulting me, telling me 'I don't think' all while clearly lying. Needless to say they refused to let me cancel and eventually created a new label and actually shipped the jersey which arrived later than needed. Don't waste your money, product is poor, collar wont sit properly, panels not stitched cleanly, logos not correct etc.

I wrote a bad review of this website about a week ago because they processed a payment but never responded to emails, their phone number did not work, and would not provide any shipping info or order status. Therefore, we canceled the paypal payment in order to avoid being ripped off. Well, they finally did provide a USPS tracking number for the item (a jersey) coming from China and told us to either refuse the shipment if we didn't want it or re-process the payment if we did want it. I am happy to report that the item arrived yesterday just as ordered and do plan to pay them. I retract my statement about being a scam site (as far as I can tell now), but do think they need to drastically improve their level of customer service. They really did present the image of being a company that takes your money without shipping the goods. I hope others have the good fortune of getting what they ordered too.

I ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas. Their response was it would ship that evening. No shipment. I inquired (via e-mail) and they responded it would arrive 7 to 10 days. No shipment tracking given. They charged my credit card and I inquired again about the shipment. No response. I got a refund on my credit card as a fraudulent charge and now it seems their site is shut down. If the site goes back online - stay away from them. No way to contact them by phone - only e-mail. This is a fraudulent chinese company

Sent the wrong jersey. Now want us to return that at our expense, to China through customs over $30. We pay for their error and then we also pay again to have them ship the correct item... pay shipping a second time. But that's not all they want us to pay for. They want us to pay for the shirt a second time! Oh but they will give us a 15% discount. Wow. What fools are we! NOT!
Really wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. If so I would have gone elsewhere.

Ordered some jerseys just after christmas. Just received them now. Stitching is terrible. There's a hole in the side of my Dion Phaneuf jersey. Terrible service terrible quality. This site needs to be shut down. Lesson learned. Never buy from China. Everythings fake and $#*!.

As a person who deals with customers on a daily basis. I would love to tell the whole world to run away from this site. Never ever buy from these guys.

I ordered 3 jerseys from this website at a cost of $136.53 and only received 2. When the package arrived, there was no shipping order and it wsas sent directly from China with no English description. My wife speaks Chinese so we could understand but how many of you would be in this situation. I called the company 4 times, but there is always just the same recorded message. I have written e-mails and replied via the contact form on their website, but have received no reply. This is a ripoff website to be avoided.

I stopped my order before giving them my credit card info---
The site is not secure, which was my first tip off. If you don't see the lock icon next to the address bar its an unsecure site! Don't give them your money!
My second tip off was the 347 area code and the heavy accent on the message. 347 in NYC and its usually given to cell phones. (I am from NYC)
The whole site reeks of fake. Dont risk getting taken for a ride for a $40 Jersey!

I got my jerseys and they were not the jerseys I ordered. The jerseys were made of different types of color greens. It looks like they cut up different types of jerseys and sewed them together. Very bad job. Jerseys dont fit right either. Also, acouple days after I got my order my credit card got hacked. Says I paid for something in another country from where the jerseys came from. Dont buy from this site. Try to shut the site down and make those scumbags pay for what the did!
