Wrong items were sent through no fault of my own. Speaking with the customer service rep hoping to come up with a reasonable solution I requested half to be refunded. This doesn't count the shipping I've already paid. The rep countered $5 below what I asked for. Why? He didn't want to make this right. Therefore, I decided to return items no matter how much it will cost me because it's not about money at this point. It's now about principle. Learn to do good business and you will prosper. I will be submitting my review on other social media platforms.

I purchased three items. So far after at over 6 weeks I have only received one of the three items and I am sorely disappointed. The picture on the web shows it being lined with a grey fleece. The actual product has no interior lining. It's just the reverse side of the fabric which looks terrible! Additionally, there are so many conditions on the returns that I doubt I will get my money back. I'm advising anyone I know not to purchase from this site!

Be warned, they now go by the name of Koalasnow.com. They are thieves and the coat I actually received almost 1 year later looked nothing like the photo. The embroidery that the jacket was supposed to have was instead laser-printed onto the fake velvet material. This is Halloween costume quality garbage with plastic buttons. Oh, and my great-grandma called... she wants her damn housecoat back.

Purchased thru a FB ad for a company called Guyinn, who now claim to be going out of business. I'm attaching an image of their model pretending to wear these pants.
Ugly mustard yellow pants with literal plastic bag pockets and t-shirt thin material. The attached card suggests hand-wash only and drip dry, no kidding. I'd hate for them to melt in my dryer.
I was expecting a reasonable quality khaki but these aren't good enough to wear on a casual beach walk. Piss-poor stitching and construction, I didn't even bother trying them on. These are the kind of pants you'd use to paint a wall or clean out gutters. The quality is similar to those $5 Dollar Store buys. I can't stress it enough - THESE PANTS SUCK.
I'll definitely do more research the next time I purchase any clothing online.

Ordered 1 item, now the website says they are closed 3 weeks for chinese new year. No response to emails. No way to get my money back. Order status has been ''processing'' for over a month. $20 lesson learned.

4 months later they have sent me a phishing email asking me to give them my paypal login in order to get my $20 refunded. That is correct: they are attempting to hack my paypal account. Very, very, VERY bad company

I ordered 5 items from this website fashionmia.com and it took them 8 weeks to for me to the items, like that wasn't enough the fabric was the cheapest fabric anyone could find on earth. They were so ugly that I didn't even tried them on, I just put everything in the trash.

****Please don't let the pictures on their website fool you. It's all junk.

I've been waiting 20 days for a 'partial' shipment of my order! After reading these latest reviews, I'm very regretful on ever ordering anything from FashionMia. Fingers crossed that when I finally receive my order that it actually FITS! With all these horrible sizing and shipping SCAMMED situations, how is this 'company' even allowed to operate?!

Ok, so I jus received my order of 4 shirts that I was so excited to wear. 2/4 are so small and really weirdly sowed. Very poor quality of fabric/material. There are literally strings hanging off the shirt lol. Oh Goodness Im just not happy with what I received. I thought it would be a good buy but actually it came out to be expensive since I won't be wearing 2/4 shirts. The other "okay shirts" are just that OKAY. So I'll be giving the shirts I won't wear away. Never again will I order from this place of deceitful cheap crap. :)

I have never written a review before, but feel compelled to get the word out there about this corrupt organization. I ordered four items in January and have yet to receive three of them. I am a size 1,2, or 4 petite. The blouse I got was way too small and poorly made. As far as I can determine there is no customer service number to resolve complaints and I received no customer ID to track the order.
I would advise anyone not to order anything from this joke of a company.

This is unbelievably awful! After calls, emails over and over and over to no avail, I finally got two calls! YES! Two calls IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!

I am still stuck with no return label, instructions to go to the post office, get costs of shipping and that they don't accept Fedex, DHL or overnight.

I'm done!

The fact that their customer service is amazing and that they helped me pick perfect size for my child is a big plus for this company and is once of the reasons why I keep buying stuff from them. They are very patient and look take care of every customer. Thank you

They are the cheaters who can provide fake tracking id and just fool you to make a purchase.No one will respond back for your queries and you can wait for all your lifetime to get your order.

I've been waiting for refund for more than 2 month, which was told to be done 5-10 days. I remind them, then each time, they lying, like wait for 5 more days(1/5/2016), it was proceed, will check and will get back to you soon(1/30/2016), and never refund or no reply until I remind them. I think they are just waiting that I forget. One of item was totally looks different from picture, horrible quality. I just regret that I did shop here. I wish no-one will face same trouble like mine.

When I first saw the Mia Fashion website I fell instantly in love with these dresses. So I whipped out my debit card and proceeded to order the mermaid bow hounds tooth dress. My payment was made over the internet and I received an email shortly afterwards thanking me for my order! I got my dress in the mail rather quickly within days. I love the material my dress is made from and all of the clothes are so stylish! I love these pretty dresses and can hardly believe how inexpensive they are!

I bought a blouse picked size by bust size got it, it was like a tent on me so I asked to return it, for over 2 weeks I've been going back and forth with them and they still won't send me what I need to return. I was nice at first, but now I'm just pissed. So I'm out $17.00 I know it's not much but I don't have much, they where getting so many bad reviews on Facebook they took them all off

I hope there is "zero" overall rate for this online shopping website. The pictures and the real delivered clothes are totally different.

Don't waste your money.

Customer service it's terrible. They don't even have a phone number where you can reach them. I place an order 2 week ago and its still processing. I tried many times to get in contact with someone but it's almost impossible all I get it's an email telling me someone will contact me in 48 hours. Not happy at all.

Please, don't get scammed like I did! I have had some other companies from China be for real but this one is a total scam. The dresses went into the garbage and I bought 5 for over $70! What a disgrace - terrible cheap material, unfinished necklines, much shorter and skimpier than shown - just AWFUL! RUN!

I bought two dresses from Fashionmia and loved them both. The dresses fit me perfectly and were exactly as shown on the site. The dresses were made of nice fabric. I also reached out to customer service as i initially ordered the wrong size and they were very prompt on their response back to me. I will definitely order future dresses from fashionmia and recommend them to my friends.

I ordered in May 2018, after 2 weeks of silence finally received email that the items I ordered are on back order, so I immediately CANCELLED the order and requested full refund, repeatedly. As of today still no refund and never received any items
Tried to dispute with PayPal, they declined the dispute and sided with these scammers because FashionMia apparently provided a shipping conformation?! Which is a lie, so they lie to PayPal as well, and PayPal won't do anything. I have been reading now all these reviews and BBB reviews and I do not understand how this site is still functioning and still advertised on legit websites. It has to be shut down and investigated. They have to be taken to court with class action law suit for scamming so many people out of their money with the help of legit websites such as Facebook and PayPal. Shame on those business as well for representing and siding with those scammers!

If you ever even receive your order, chances are it'll be wrong. Months to ship... Seriously. What a scam. I'm so embarrassed I fell for this $#*!. Too bad negative stars isn't an option.

I ordered a dress and it was to arrive in 7 to 10 days. It came a week after the due date and after the time I needed the dress. It does not fit and it is impossible to get any reply from customer service. I am still waiting to learn how to return the dress for a refund.

This has been a very disappointing experience.
