Wrong items were sent through no fault of my own. Speaking with the customer service rep hoping to come up with a reasonable solution I requested half to be refunded. This doesn't count the shipping I've already paid. The rep countered $5 below what I asked for. Why? He didn't want to make this right. Therefore, I decided to return items no matter how much it will cost me because it's not about money at this point. It's now about principle. Learn to do good business and you will prosper. I will be submitting my review on other social media platforms.
