Ordered a sample sale dress, once ordered I realised that the dress would be far too long as the model was a lot taller than me. Sent a message to Ella and she took the dress up free of charge. Quick delivery & looks lovely on. Will be ordering again!

Placed two orders. Never received. Company does not respond to emails. On instagram, the person responding is always "on the way home" so can't provide the tracking number for orders. Fraudulent and looks like they are now operating under another label. Stay away.

I bought a dress off of this website a month in advance for my graduation ball. The dress failed to arrive and all of my email correspondence was entirely ignored. The dress never arrived and consequently I had to escalate a paypal complaint in which the supplier replied once and then continued to ignore me thereafter. Luckily I won the complaint and am receiving a full refund but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not order from this company. They will take your money and never deliver (ignore all your messages and carry on posting on insta (comments off of course). Disgusting!

Ordered a red sample dress and it was perfect the fit and material! Great service also quickly arrived after ordering

This company doesnt exist, hope potential customers will see this comment and think before they place any order! They dont reply to any of the emails once you have paid for your goods!

Emailed the EJD team after another dressmaker let me down last minute. The team helped me to find an alternate dress to wear to a wedding 6 days later. The dress arrived within 3 days and was beautiful, cannot recommend them enough.

I very stupidly ordered my bridesmaid dresses from these people. Even after reading negative reviews I went ahead and placed an order because it seemed they has the colour dress I was looking for at a reasonable price.
They explained that they do not offer refunds (odd) so I went ahead and took the chance and ordered 1 so 3/5 bridesmaid could try it on. The dress arrived 8 WEEKS later (they said it would take 3). They ignored most of my pleading emails asking them to give me a update on the dress. They kept making stupid excuses or would just outright lie. The girl I was dealing with was Gabriella. After the dress finally arrived she said that if I did order the remaining dresses that she could guarantee they would be shipped on a certain date. Well that date has come and gone and she's now ignoring my emails. I feel so taken advantage of. I told her why I needed the dresses and that I didn't have time to find anything else because the first dress took 8 weeks. Have a look at their Twitter. They do the same thing to everything. They are deceiving scumbags. They were also to give me a 30
Pound refund for my first order because the bridal discount didn't work then I just ordered one. Emails have been ignored for that too. Please do not make the mistake I did and trust these dishonest people.
