Ordered Product and got something else. Rude people on phone and won't let me refund it. Business morals... if your customer isn't happy, let them return and refund their money. Stay away from businesses like this! I will be calling Better Business Bureau.
I am angry beyond belief. I wish I had read reviews on this site. I ordered a black Fingerling. I paid the expedited shipping, I was suppose to get the item in 6-12 days. After several emails from me and them replying be patient. 31 days later I received a fake fingerling in a smashed box inside a bubble envelope. Are you kidding me? I have contacted my credit card company to see if they can do anything for me. This company should be sued for ripping people off. Lesson learned. I would not give them any stars but it won't let me submit my review without it.
I too was bought 4 fingerling monkeys on 10/27. Here it is 12/22 and still don't have them. I have sent numerous emails and I keep getting told they are on their way probably caught up on customs. For 8 weeks, really? I will never order from this company again. They are a joke. Thank god I paid with paypal. I intend to file a complaint with them and get my money back. Too bad I will have 4 very disappointed grandchildren Christmas day.
Ordered 3 fingerlings in early November and paid for expedited shipping (supposedly 6-10 days) Received one knock off monkey toy a month later. Filed dispute through PayPal and got refund, but now I'm unable to get the toys I hoped to have for Christmas since they're near impossible to find at retail. Waste of time and disappointing.
I ordered 2 pairs of Birkenstock shoes and never received them. I emailed them to find out where they were and they could not find the order. Luckily I paid with Paypal and opened a claim. I receive an email from them that they miraculously found my order and if I closed the claim they would ship it to me. Well sorry Im not that dumb and alerted Paypal of the scam, they stated they have had many claims and will refund my money in a few days. BUYER BEWARE, yes if it is too good a price there is a reason. If buying use Paypal or secured funds that you can get back.
Received the incorrect goods. Customer service refuted they were incorrect even when photos and order was resent to them. They eventually arranged collection, when the carrier arrived they refused to collect as the information they had been given was incorrect. The customer service emails were extremely difficult to understand and when questioned they failed to understand my questions. I am exhausted trying to return an item.
I wish I would have looked into this company's reviews before I ordered, because it looks like several others have had the same experience. I ordered three Fingerling Monkeys, and only received two... which doesn't matter anyway, because they mailed the fake "Happy Monkeys" in a bubble envelope, which has resulted in terrible damage to both! If you want to fall in trap then order with CNdirect.com. They shipped from chiana with fake items. When you asked to return, they will give you china address to return. They know that it is not viable for the customer and this way they are cheating overseas customer.
Terrible company. Sent counterfeit items that did not match the description of the item. Items took 30days to receive in multiple shipments and still did not receive full quantity ordered. Contacting via emails took days for response. Would not offer a full refund for their counterfeit items. Filed a bank dispute since their customer service is terrible.
First of all I placed an order for two fingerlings they told me my order didnt go through so I place the order again. That shouldve been my first clue because both orders went through. I never got an email confirming my order. A month later I notified my credit card company still waiting to hear what they say. I finally received my first shipment and of course they were happy monkeys and very damaged boxes. Just received the second order yesterday. It contained two monkeys in boxes that say fingerlings but Im pretty sure their counterfeit one was black one was white and they both say my name is Mia. I havent been able to find a working phone number or even an email address. Im hoping The credit card company takes this off my bill. $80 for for fake monkeys! Ive learned my lesson I will always check reviews for companies one line that I havent heard up. Please be careful if you ever try to order anything from this company!
I too ordered 4 "Fingerlings" from this company on 10/31/17 and they took my money the same day. I received 2, one box says "Fingerlings", the other does not. They were mailed only in a mailed envelope, not even padded, and the boxes are crushed - definitely not suitable to gift. Afraid to open to see if they even work. Have been in constant email contact - it seems the only person there is "Bree" and the most she will do is offer me $15. This is unacceptable and I will keep doing whatever I have to do to get a full refund. I said I would gladly return the half-shipment I received. UNBELIEVABLE!
Inpurchased Fingerlings from them. When they arrived in an enveloped and the packages were all damaged. They were not suitable for wrapping as a gift. When I contacted them they offered me a $2 gift certificate for my next purchase. This is unacceptable. I paid for proper shipping and did not receive that.
Joining dropshipping program on this website for special price, minimum total transaction have to more than US$ 500, slow processing order, slow response for the question, never using it again, although I already spend US$ 300. Cheaper price, but charge economy china post shipping method.

This company is a scam! I ordered 4 Fingerlings, and they sent me some cheap knock-offs. One of them was completely damaged. The positive reviews seem just as fake as the products they ship out. Buyer beware!
Not only is CNDirect the biggest scammers ever, but they seem to enjoy lying to their customers.
For two months they have held up my refund. They want me to remove my bad reviews first.
But as another contributor had the same problem and removed the negative feedback and then never received the refund, I will not remove feedback nor stop the official complaints until I get my refund.
Please people, avoid this company. Do not be tricked into believing the phony positive feedbacks that they produce themselves.

Also, listen to the sizing, because I bought a dress and got Asian M, thinking it lied about the sizing, but no, I should've bought an Asian L. Luckily, I sent it back and got the right size.

They're $#*!ing scammers. I ordered a jacket on the 1st of September and the site shows me "Delivery". I asked countless times how long will it take til it arrives and all I've got were some answers that go around the bush. It's the 21st now and I've wrote a ticket asking them what's happening with my order, a week has passed and still no answer. Never buy from them, they're $#*!ing scammers.

So I ordered a few items, and at first it seemed okay, didn't think about reading reviews before ordering because I figured it would be fine. Turns out, after reading all of their reviews, I should have never ordered from them.
First off, always checkout with paypal if you're going to do business with them, because if they don't send you all of your merchandise(or none) you can open a dispute.
I am currently trying to sort out with them my issue, but when I ask a question they don't answer it whatsoever. They say the general "sorry for the inconvenience" and don't do much of anything. I have not opened a dispute with paypal yet, but if I don't end up getting my package after 50 days of the purchase and they still decide not to answer my questions so we can get this resolved then I will definitely do so. At this point, I won't be doing business with them again, though if it's resolved in a timely manner, I may reconsider this review.

When I was trying to pay my order, their system said that it cannot process the payment because the status of my order is not "pending payment". I have placed that order a while ago and just decided to pay it yesterday so I thought that may be the problem. I ordered the same items again and then went straight to payment on the same day. That very same message appeared. I joined their live chat and raised this concern to their customer service. According to him, both orders were already "packaged really well and will be shipped today". And since the items are already with the shipper, they can no longer cancel it. It was weird because according to their website, "processing time takes 2-4 days because of quality control and packaging". It has not even been 24 hours from the time i ordered. I don't know if the "faster processing time" is true or not. It makes me think that maybe they just don't want to refund the money. So now i ended up ordering the same items twice.

Answer: I thought it was complete junk. I ordered small clothing for my wife and most of the items could fit an elephant. I purchased a watch case with glass front and idiots put it in a plastic mail bag with no padding. Completely destroyed. Worse had to send all back AND we had to pay for shipping and they still did not give refund until Paypal got involved again. Avoid this company just not worth the alleged savings
